I was so excited when I ordered from ATRE. my box arrived and it seemed like Christmas came early until I realized they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them and no response over a day later so I called in and spoke with Haley. She mentioned that becuase it was Monday they were backed up on emails and would get to them in order. I explained the issue and she said she would overnight the correct sign. another day passes still no confirmation or email response so I emailed customer service again and this time they responded promptly with my tracking number. the following day I checked the status and I see they sent it regular mail not overnight like I was promised. I contacted customer service again and they responded that they are respected for their customer service and that they were being nice when they allowed me to keep the sign they sent in error (that i have no use for) and that they would happily send a return postage so i can send my entire order back. the worst part is USPS attempted delivery today to my office that is closed weekends and is closed early next week for Christmas.The worst part about it is that I ordered these signs to put in front of me to generate leads while I traveled for Christmas.Very disappointed

I have left so many reviews for this awesome store, but another small business owner just reminded me of an important point: Google owns the internet, so where more impactful to leave a review than here?The owners of this store are simply brilliant. As a realtor herself, one of them (or maybe the sole owner? Im not sure) saw a market need--to equip realtors with the materials and guidance they needed to take their marketing game into the modern digital and onsite world. And this store (both onsite and online) is chock full of super fun, friendly, hip stuff, from custom yard signs to open house welcome signs to multi-colored shoe covers to....so much more! Whether youre selling your home on your own-- or especially if youre a realtor--check it out! Your clients will love you for it.

A great place with lots of options! They have plenty of cool designs available right away and are very accommodating with orders and requests. Pricing is reasonable too. Definitely stop by!

Ive ordered a few times now and have been very happen with all the gear Ive purchased from this company. It ships on time and looks great! Whenever people see my wanna buy or sell a house stuff they comment on it and thats exactly what I need- a conversation starter. I was really impressed when one of the items I ordered wasnt delivered how they went above and beyond and even though I didnt respond to the e-mail until months later they still sent me a replacement item and instead of just the one they sent me two. Thats the kind of company they are! Love it!
