Huge shout out to the Assistant manager lady who helped me on Wednesday, I was in Portland for work and ending up buying a brand new 27in IMAC, I went into the store and she was beyond gracious from the start. The custom box that was made for the IMAC was hands down the absolute best. I just received my computer back in LA this morning and it made it here in perfect condition. Thank you so much! Next time Im in Portland I owe you coffee!

Zero stars. I came in for Notary services since it’s listed on this locations site, but they don’t offer it. No biggie, but then when I told the employee they should remove it from the site he was pretty rude and sarcastic. Awful experience, I’d rather walk out of my way to UPS for a nicer (still subpar, but better than this place) experience.
Submitted a poster printing order online and picked it up the next day. Online submission was easy, I was notified when the print was ready, and everything was on time. Customer service was very helpful and efficient when I arrived to pick up the order.
I had a 36 x 24 color blueprint - this place wanted $35.00 just for 1 copy. ONE COPY!!!! And this was self-serve. I called Willamette Blueprint & Copies - same poster $6.00. And they copied it for me, while I waited. Never again going to KINKOs.
Do NOT rely on this store. I have equipment waiting and for no reason at all, they closed the day I needed it. A Monday. Not a holiday or state of emergency. SO disappointed in this store.
This is the worst FedEx I’ve ever dealt with ever ever ever. Employees are; rude, don’t understand the equipment and have no clue regarding their own policies. The last time I went, i wanted a wide format print Which I should’ve been charged the accent print price of 1.99 per square foot, after I attempted to print it myself at that price I was unable to enforce to find an employee to help, after another 15 minutes of watching him failing at the same task, he printed black-and-white image that was 24“ x 79“ and then he printed a accident colored 24 x 79 print. After I pay he says to me do you want to purchase this ? I told him no because I wanted the accent friend but I’ll take it since you don’t need it and he replies no it’s our store policy that we have to trash Mistakes and can’t give them away. He then proceeds to rip it up and place it in the garbage in front of me. What a joke.
Today (06/13/16), I went into Fedex to enlarge, and make two copies of a blue print. Graham, the gentleman who helped me, sighed after he had to remake two more copies since the first two were not coming through properly. Now, here is my issue. The first time he copied the blueprint, he comes back saying its not going to work (the blueprint wasnt fitting the entire page). So I recommended cutting the paper to make it fit. He suggested it wasnt going to work. I then recommended making the percentage smaller, where he then agreed (why didnt you recommend that the first time?). What bothers me is I paid for the ones that didnt come out properly. Its a business, and part of a business is making sure the costumer is leaving satisfied. Solving out the problem that was OBVIOUSLY not hard to do. Also known as a job. Please make sure your employees have a better attitude. Looking through your reviews, this business doesnt hold great costumer satisfactions. I suggest you have an employee meeting regarding the way they represent this company.
For the service and how easy it is to access a computer and use it for work related documents, I do like this. I do find it expensive because it cost a lot of money to do things yourself but if you have a flash drive you can have the employees help self service you and its easier and less stressful route to do things. Good store, Nice service.
I was in this FedEx on Thursday and was having trouble because I didnt properly format what I wanted to print. I was going nuts on my computer for about 20mins, printed the wrong thing (a black and white page that I accidentally printed in color in a rush at $.59 a page), and was getting increasingly flustered when an employee came over to help. She told me Youve already paid for your pages and youve been here long enough, can we take care of this for you? She directed me to another employee who quickly fixed my problem and printed out all my pages at no additional charge. It was very helpful and great customer service, I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

I have to say that my experience with this FedEx shipping location was a great let down. All I had to do was ship a box to the East coast. The gal that was helping me seemed like she was annoyed to start out with and didn’t even want to be there. She quoted me one price and then quickly said it was going to be way more than the price she just said. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received, and as a person who happens to send clients to this Fed Ex location, that’s going to be happening anymore.
I came to this FedEx location to ship a few boxes to various locations late in the day and after a trade show. Lidsey was courteous, helpful and very patient. Great service. Thanks.

Some of the people at this locations customer service skills are less than polished, they always seem to terse when you asked him a question. This morning I called to check if an order in order was in and she seem like I was inconveniencing her, then she left me on hold for 15 minutes and forgot about me. I had to call back. She said she was only one there. Thats an excuse for crappy customer service.
A few of the people at this FedEx location are good at what they do. The people behind the ship counter are not happy and let it be known. If you dont mind a lot of huffing /puffing at your questions and a lot of attitude for no reason, then this is the place to go. This is the third time these people have been shitty. Stunned. I have decided to boycott this location. I will never give this location my business again.
Location is large with a decent layout. During my most recent visit a friendly member of their staff was very attentive in helping me choose the right packaging for my shipment.
These guys are great - they have done a ton of work for my cycling team, creating graphics for bikes, wheels, and banners. Highly professional, and very cost-effective.
I do printing here a lot, and despite the corporate takeover of Kinkos and its attendant muzak and Welcome to FedExOffice greeting ( I feel so badly for those workers that they have to mouth that all day to every soul that comes through the door) they are competent and personable and deserve better overlords. This store is a great resource.

4 stars for service, 2 stars for technology.Every time I come here to print something out Im unable to because the operating systems and browsers are all deprecated. Having only a choice between IE and Firefox on Windows is quite a blast from the past. I use Google Docs to host everything but I cannot open Docs on their machines because the browsers versions are out of date and Chrome is not installed. The workaround for me is to send a store employee my documents in an email and have them print them out for me. Either Fedex has no IT staff, has an IT staff which is incompetent, or has a competent IT staff that it simply doesnt listen to. They should probably update their systems to the level of systems their customers are using or get rid of them.Also, the only reason they get so much business despite this and all the negative reviews is because they have very little competition here. Typical.
This store has the most idiotic policies imaginable. Get a package held here and don’t have the tracking number? Well you’re out of luck because Brian the manager won’t release your packages to you even with a photo I’d to match the name on the package. Condidering this is a point of sale for my small business this fedex policy is taking money out of my pocket every single day I can’t get my package.
If you ever need something done, take the time to drive to the one near mall 205. They have a better grasp on what their company does

I went into this FedEx Office location last Friday evening (Friday the 13th, actually) and was a bit stressed about trying to get some business cards printed and cut before they closed so I could take them to a conference I was attending on Saturday. I spoke with Meilani over the phone and she said they typically cannot guarantee to do this large of a project in a couple hours, but suggested I come in and she would see what she could do. When I arrived, she knew exactly what I wanted and I was so thankful she thought they could get my cards printed, cut and ready for me that same night! Thank you Meilani! Generally everyone was helpful in the store location, but she really went above and beyond to help me get my project finished that night. They even called me as soon as the cards were ready so I could come back and get them. I would definitely recommend using this store anytime. Just make sure you explain what you need - and be nice - a friendly customer leads to friendly service.
Not helpful. I was told the tracking number is not useful thry want the name on the package. Then why have a tracking number?

Fed ex doesnt deliver to my building, so I end up going here to pick up often. Friendly people, and the wait is never too bad either.
Convenient yet sub-par service today. The clerk cut my postcards crooked and tried to charge double to trim the edges to make them symmetrical.
The staff who attended to me was not at all helpful. He was unpleasant, grumpy and very blunt and did not want to provide any information. I spent $80 to ship a package but the type of customer service I received was very poor. Very disappointed with the service.
Rude person at cashier—helped a man who walked in after me first, then made me move my own boxes despite them being heavy, then wouldn’t look up my account number for me so I had to do it myself!

Excellent service, the employees are very attentive, the place is quite clean, they respect social distancing, they offer services such as passport photographs, document copies, document laminating, document printing, banners, signs, photographs, the essential and basic for an office you find it without any problem.
