Generally helpful people but there seems to be a delay in getting items that have arrived, but are not available for pick up. When asking for the item, I was told they only will look for it if they have left a notice in my mailbox and not before. It doesnt look like they are willing to flex their procedures to assist a customer. At least, this was my experience. Staff are otherwise helpful.

I have used this store for many years and always find the service to be exceptional. They present shipping options and help find more affordable solutions. They are fast and friendly so even if theres a long line, things tend to move smoothly. There is also a wide variety of shipping materials and supplies along with various additional services.

I used to like coming into this store until I had a terrible customer service experience with Steven. I have never been treated as such and I will not go back again. Everyone else has been great. I hope you have a better experience if you come to this location.

Outstanding and helpful staff each and every time. We have a PMB there and quite often have to call and have mail forwarded. Their staff, like Jeff, are always helpful and efficient.

This place used to be awesome and still is if you get lucky and get helped by Mariah or Brutus or any employee that has been there a while. But if you get one of the new owners expect one star service. They are absolutely terrible and difficult to work with. My advice to the new owners would be to stop working directly with customers.

Absolutely great service - used a virtual mailbox for 3 years while I was on the road. Have used office services like mailing, copies, regular mail as well as UPS package service. All provided with a smile.

Whenever I need to send a package, receive a fax, or return something this is the place for me. They are pleasant, professional and get the job done. And since they are also a postal substation, I get the options of either USPS or UPS for shipping. They also have great greeting cards that crack me up. Their packing services are so convenient too!

I had a post office box here. They put the wrong slip in my mailbox and gave me someone else’s package. When I requested my own package they had given it away !!!! The woman responded by saying usually when this happens someone will return it. That is not acceptable for a mail service ! Amazing

I dont usually write bad reviews but I keep getting emails asking me to review this location. This use to be my favorite UPS store but the last 2 times I visited the store I found the same guy super unhelpful and a tad rude. As a result, I now go to another location on Powell.

Every time I have gone to this UPS location, I get great customer service. They are always responsive, and come up with good and cost-effective ways to accomplish my goals. I very rarely need anything printed out on paper, and don’t have a printer anymore for that reason, so it’s very helpful to just drop by UPS for this as well.

I love the UPS store for their printing services. I run a small business from out of my home, and its super convenient to just send my larger size (11x17) prints here. Its simpler than having a large format printer at home, and they are always very responsive and I usually get my prints the same day. The store is super convenient to my other errands on Hawthorne. The staff are experienced with remote services for sending, receiving and creating documents. There are basic and special supplies, postal services including seamless returns for Amazon, and all postal services are available here. Including P.O. Boxes! Super efficient services, helpful staff, easy accessible location.

Finally the place to send docs to Europe. Fantastic service. Really helpful with giving a traveller everything they need. Starting from copying, then emailing docs to be printed, then Highlighting, pens for signing. They even lent me their stapler. I know it’s all peanuts but it’s the world to someone who doesn’t have an office nearby. Would go again without second thought!

The UPS store on Hawthorne Boulevard is the first place I think of for copying and mail services. The salesclerks are always friendly and courteous. They are also helpful and well-informed, patient and knowledgeable. When I have had some complicated issues about sending packages overseas--they spent a great deal of time helping me find the most economical ways to send them. Once, when they thought (correctly) that the US Postal Service would be a less expensive alternative, they had no hesitation sending me there instead of trying to convince me to use their services. I was very impressed. When it comes to copying, they have well-maintained state-of-the-art machines. If I ever have any problems with using on of the copiers, a staff member is always there on the spot to help me.

My experience has been nothing but perfect for service.I appreciate going there every time and having my needs met.

Im so glad to have the UPS Store in the neighborhood. This small store is tidy, has a couple of copy machines, safe-deposit boxes, and of course shipping services. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is usually parking in their reserved lot (a must on busy Hawthorne!).

The new Asian girl (Im sorry, didnt get her name) is incredibly helpful and very good at anticipating needs. She helped me troubleshoot printing a label and was able to open a non-hyperlinked website address where her co-workers had struggled. Everybody is very proactive about checking email and having materials printed with little notice.

This place has pretty sad customer service. I understand that it is probably not a very nice place to work. However, what struck me today is that the lady at the counter refused to recycle a small cardboard box for me. I had picked up a package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered to my house but got sent to this UPS store because it is an access point. The box was too large for me to carry home since I dont have a car. I found it hard to believe that a shipping supply store didnt have a recycle bin. also, they charge an additional $0.10 per stamp from the United States postal service.
