Cindy and her whole team are awesome. I was in a relatively minor fender bender with my front bumper. Had it towed to my insurances suggested body shop. After two weeks, insurance declared it a total loss and gave me salvage. That shop wouldnt fix it. Called Cradock on a recommendation. She took time out of her day to look at my photos and the estimate from the other shop to determine if they could do the work. Had it taken to them and I couldnt be happier. The car looks great, runs great. Took longer than I would have liked, but that was not Cindys fault-parts were slow, but she was great about keeping me informed of the progress. Cost was $1000 less than the original estimate. If I ever need body work again, this will be my first choice!

These folks are so easy to work with. When you call, a knowledgeable person answers the phone and can answer any questions you have. No layers of people to work through to get information on cost or how long they need the car. Their work is excellent. I wish all car places were this hassle free.
