After getting backed into from the side, USAA referred me here. I had an appointment 2 days later, then just 2 days later I got my car back. Paint matched PERFECTLY. Everyone was very nice, the process was really smooth and all I had to do was drop off and pick up. The rim too! But Im so glad my car is back to brand new again and WAY earlier than I expected!!! Update..I took it back to them and they fixed my concerns. Youre going to have to take my word that the scratches are gone because that shine on my truck is too good.😁 The only suggestion I have is they really shouldnt tell me noone was in the front of my truck when someone was. Other than that they are back on my greatest body shop list.Someone needs to explain to me how I took my brand new just bought in April Armada in to get the bumper fixed and get it back with a piece of the rails missing with scratches on the right side. If it wasnt for the gift card they gave me I would have given them a zero. As a provider in the area I understand COVID can make things difficult but my estmated time was consistently pushed further back, which lead to me spend more money on a rental car. When I arrived on the day they told me to pick up my car I found out it was finished but it was still at their Norfolk location. Also, I waited over 20min for the Regional manager to tell me my car was in Norfolk. He offered to pick up my car but I was so angry I went to the location myselfGood: 1) The front desk women was very professional and empathetic 2) I can tell the regional manager wanted to solve the situation 3) Gift cardBad: 1) Overall probably one of the more frustrating transactions I ever had.

Had a minor repair needed on the bumper. Since I had them repair my vehicle a few years ago, I called and got an appointment the same day. Everyone was helpful from the employee working at the front desk to the technician. Brian, the estimator took the car right back and it was repaired at no charge.

I went to Rich Hendrick Collision for an appraisal after having an accident in my 2019 Honda Accord Sport. I meet an appraiser by the name of Ryan Curtis who, in my opinion, is a true asset to Rick Hendrick Collision. Ryan evaluated the damage to my car, showing and explaining what would be necessary to restore my vehicle. The most impressive thing was, Ryan even buffed spots, at no coast, to assist me as I was not filing this against my insurance. I can say, the individuals that work at Rick Hendrick Collision are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate in proving care for their customers.

My experience here was so amazing!! The staff was so helpful and they explained everything. They went over everything they did with my car and i’m so satisfied with the result. I had some damage to my Cadillac fixed here. Gotta say they did excellent work! I couldnt even tell my car had ever been damaged when I picked it up. The staff was friendly and explained the process of the repairs. I was kept informed throughout the repair and my car was done a day earlier than expected!

Hated it when my truck got side-swiped. Wasnt even my fault! When I took my baby to get it fixed, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. Gotta hand it to these guys for putting up with me, they kept me informed and always responded with respect. When I got my baby back, she looked as good as new! Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if it does, THIS is my number one go to!

I highly recommend Hendricks Collision Center for your autobody needs. I recently had a meeting with a deer on US 17. My truck may have won that battle, but not without some major front end damage to my 14 year old truck. The work they did was amazing. The repairs were completed within 5 days of dropping my truck off. What I got back made this truck look like new. I have been driving this truck now for over 6 months and have had no issues with the work performed. I would definitely return to this shop in any future deer meetings!

Was referred by the insurance but very impressed by the speed and quality of the work. My car struck on the drivers side and dented from the front wheel to the trunk. Now it looks like new, better than before the accident.

I came in a while ago to get an estimate for my side mirror that was damaged by an inconsiderate person parked next to me at the mall. Ryan was my estimator and he was very thorough in evaluating the damage and even took the time to attempt to buff the scratches out. He was very personable and showed empathy toward my situation. Having your vehicle damaged sucks, especially when you have to pay for the repair yourself, but Ryan did a great job making this a positive experience for me.

I recently took my car to Ricks Hendricks after my car was involved in an accident. I was extremely hesitant after reading the reviews, however I am VERY pleased. The staff was very pleasant to do all they could to make this process go as smooth as possible. They gave me updates via texts every times something was done to my car to keep me updated. When the work was complete my car looked as good as new. He even pulled my car around and had the air conditioner on for me since the heat index was 104 degrees that day.

My insurance company recommend that I take my car here, due to a pothole damage, which caused $2400! The service was OUTSTANDING, Renee called me to give me updates on my car every time they worked on it. My entire front car was damage, I picked my car up and it was unbelievable, my 2013 Malibu looked like it was a showcase model..Their work is AWESOME!!! One of the most satisfying customer service experiences Ive had. They showed me friendly, polite and courteous service at every turn and were very helpful diagnosing and correcting my problem.I dealt with the front desk, the manager and the estimator and all were very professional, answered my questions clearly and worked with me to get my repairs done quickly, efficiently and economically. I couldnt have asked for more.

Had some body work done after someone hit the front driver side of my wife’s minivan. The insurance company had us take it there. After the work was completed the van was making a strange rattling sound when turning or hitting bumps. My wife had to take them a check that the insurance company issued her about a week later. She mentioned the noise and they said they would take a look. After an hour of waiting they gave her the car and said it should be good. We noticed that it was still making a strange noise as well as the tire light was on. I took it to my mechanic the following week and he said that the main bolt holding the frame together was loose and that this was very dangerous. Not only that, but the tire pressure on 2 tires was 28, 1 was 30, and the 1 in the back was 41. They’re supposed to be 36. I had a tire with a nail replaced about a month earlier and they were all check and there was no issue until after getting the van back and noticing the light on. I’m pissed that this incompetent company put my wife and two children’s life in danger. I have no clue why the tires would have been deflated/inflated since they were doing body work.... and don’t know how they couldn’t tighten the freakin bolt that holds the damn car together. I think someone needs to investigate to ensure public safety of cars that have been through this company. How many other vehicles has this happened to and accidents and possible deaths have occurred because of their incompetence. Not acceptable. Beware

I have had work done at this location twice now and the front end (communication) is great! The work, not so much. I got my bumper replaced due to being rear ended in March 2017, and the bumper still is not properly secured, its on and wont come off on its own but the driver side is sticking out slightly (October 2017). I was told that they cant find the clips that need to be put on. Next, my car was broken into in August 2017 so I figured I would give them another shot and go ahead and fix my bumper at the same time. I had to point out several things that when I picked up my vehicle: 1 the chrome piece that is on the keypad on the driver door that they replaced was put on upside down & dented (they were suppose to get a new one), 2 the window got scratched as the window rolled down due to something that was on the inside of the door that they replaced. (granted things malfunction, but you should have checks done and your customer should NOT be the one pointing out careless mistakes on your part!!) So I was told once the new window and bumper clips came in they would call and get everything done at once. ITS NOW THE END OF OCTOBER AND STILL NOTHING!!!!! Needless to say I am not 100% happy with the service I was provided. SO if you decide to utilize the services at Rick Hendricks Collision Center, please be VERY alert and inspect every detail.

Arrogance.... poor quality. When I pointed out paint drips, panels misaligned, missed spots the response was, oh, you want a new car followed by, you got what your insurance company covered.

This rating is specifically for the rental department. First, the reserved and readily available car was not then I was taken advantage of by one MARKELL WILKINS who lied to me about some insurance coverage. If you are renting through your insurance company just be vigilant of their fraudulent attempts. Read every document yourself before you sign!!

My car was repaired under USAA, Rich Lawson was very helpful with explaining the process of the repairs and the office staff kept me updated. Once the repairs on my car were complete it looked brand new!! They also have a great warranty on their repairs! Highly recommend if you have USAA.

I took my truck in to have a scratch on the roof repaired. Dropped it off on a Monday evening to have repairs started Tuesday morning, here we are a week later and still not complete on my truck. Stated they were waiting on the insurance company on one update phone call, next update I got was they went ahead and started the work without waiting on the insurance company, just got off the phone with them and they stated that it wont be painted until later this afternoon or maybe even as late as tomorrow morning. No phone calls were called to update us on the delay, had to call them to get updates myself. I would not recommend them to anybody, unless you have a lot of time to let them keep your vehicle.

I had a nightmare experience going through GEICO auto express. The original repair was done two years ago. It took them a month to replace my bumper. Then I still had to go back, because they used an inferior bumper, that did not have the chrome inserts, or the ability to hold them so they used tacky visible clips to hold them on. Then the plastic license holder came off, I brought it back and they simply used a large screw to hold it in place. That inferior repair failed. So now the big thing, two years later the left side of the bumper starts hanging down, in the same fashion it was after the original accident. I bring it to the shop, they take a quick look and tell me I was in an accident, and I need to file a new claim. I was not in an accident, I did not go over a curb, there was no clear evidence of anything other than their original repair failed. The supervisor Justin gets angry with me, and then gets Chad the manager, who says the same thing, and he starts yelling at me. Then he says look I have no way of knowing what caused this without taking off the bumper. I can take the bumper off for free, but it will cost you to put it back on. And if you dont want to pay you can leave here without a bumper. So besides contradicting themselves, they now are coming off as crooks. They tell me they cant have people abusing the system and the bumper is no longer in the same condition as when I left. Yes the bumper is not in the same shape, but it is not damaged just shows wear and tear. We talk some more he admits that if they take the bumper off and they find it is their fault, I will not have to pay, but the two of them have already yelled at me repeatedly that this is clearly the result of an accident. However, there is absolutely no clear evidence that I hit something or someone Hit me. How I can trust them after all that. Thankfully GEICO is co guarantor on the warranty. They take a look at it and either because of a commitment to superior customer service, the fact that there is no clear evidence of an accident, or a combination of those two things, they step up and honor the warranty. I go in this morning they had a rental car ready for me, but I didnt need it both repairs, rehanging the bumper and remounting the license holder took a whole ten Minutes. I can only hope their repairs hold, I have no desire to ever deal with Rick Hendricks again.

Had an appointment at 8 am. At 820 was told that they accidentally overbooked. Not going to be able to get to it. Drove 40 minutes for nothing...they said oh well.Update: After receiving a call from a supervisor at GEICO I found out it was not necessarily the repair shops fault. The GEICO member at the repair shop was at fault. Since it appears it was more GEICOs error I feel it necessary to update my review.

We are new to area, but know of Hendricks motor sports, from wife hailing from Lexington NC. Had flood damage to our Nissan Altima and Rich/USAA went above and beyond to get my Navy wifes car back on the road. The turnaround time and job performance was awesome. Very efficient, timely and always open communication. Office staff at desk were equally impressive. Rich also addressed need to our Yukons window regulator facing. He got thing working in under an hour just before the rain came. Thanks for all of your assistance Rich. We will be taking g all of our auto collision need to Hendricks and will refer all your way. Had my Rogue fixed here and the bummer was sricking out. Told them you can push it back in but pops back out. Take it to get fixed amd thats what it did. They just pushed it in like I can do. Still not fixed. Like another complaint it now makes noise when I turn. To top it off, my husband couldnt find his wallet. Wasnt sure qhat happened to it. Thought he left it in my vehicle but wasnt positive. Recently I realized mine was. All it had was my conceal permit and voters card. Didnt think about it until recently and when we looked it cant be found. My husband now believes someone there took them both. How can two wallets disappear around the same time feom same vehicle when it stays locked when not in use? We cant prove it but I bet someone there has sticky fingers. Never would recommend this place. Seems they cant ne trusted to fix your car, maybe cause more damage and possibly take what isnt theirs.

BULLY stay for away from here.I couldn’t ask the man a simple question without being jumped. Very rude and acted like he was doing me a favor the whole time I was there, like I was beneath him and owed him something.

They do Good work but they lie about what they tell you they will will do. Then when you pick your vehicle up its not taken care of but they say we didnt tell you that .dont lie and say you didnt say it and then say if we said it, it was just a courtesy on us to do it that I know but you still said out your mouth that you would hit that spot up as well .now I call this morning 6/20/18 Mr. Otwell and he act like he never stated them words .no big Deal but dont tell lie you didnt say it.not going to knock the quality of work down but the lie I will.

Worst estimator ever if you want your car fixed, I had a X5 and they totaled my vehicle all that was damaged was hood and radiator. They estimated 14K in damages.... yea right. If you want your vehicle back dont bring it here
