Professional staff that made me feel comfortable with my experience. I dont think anyone enjoys getting their car repaired but the staff made it as best as they could. Definitely recommend going here.

The people were super friendly and fast. Keep me informed every day of the status of the vehicle. No hassles in a rental car, they called and I dropped off at the location. Best experience I ever had. It was easy and they were meticulous of the what needed to be repaired. Repaired in an appropriate time and looked brand new! The quality was excellent!

She truly has great customer service and makes you feel welcomed . She kept me updated and even when I wasn’t able to be reached she made sure to leave a message. These two ladies really are a great asset to this company. Caliber Collision, When I say from the time that I walked through the door The customer service was phenomenal any questions that I had was definitely answer keep me posted on what was going on with my vehicle. I didn’t have to do not one being in the service manager she was just phenomenal and I will always do business with them please continue to give the excellent customer service that you provide from phone calls and just walking through the door. and I know when I took my truck there it was dirty but when I picked it up it was detailed in and out. This place is amazing. The customer service is never seen. I recently moved from Washington and customer service in Virginia has been very dissappointing compare to the west coast. But this Caliber collision place changed my perception and expectation about customer service in Virginia. Bottom line is, there is still places with an amazing customer service. Not all is evel. Starting from the manager to the the lady who follow up and gives you update of every single steps of whats happening to your car(Stacey). It felt personal in a good way. My car was backed into by a friend. Her insurance company outsourced the repairs to Caliber Collision on Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, VA. Donnie made sure that I was kept up-to-date with the repair process. My vehicle repairs were completed 10 days early. I was very satisfied with the results. No complaints or gripes. I would highly recommend Caliber for cosmetic/body work.

I had to get my car serviced after a crash, and this team was super helpful! They wanted to get my car fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. I went for a paint job instead i got water stains specs on my car and my personalized plates are smeared. Totally unacceptable. They told me they were using a clay bar and no chemicals but my car looks even worse. I blame my insurance provider and caliber collision for taking the cheap way out instead of focusing on what was best to resolve the issue and satisfy the customer. My camaro aint a cheap car. I feel like they think i was trying to get a free paint job or something. White paint spots all over a black car and they chose not to paint it. It doesnt make sense No way should any one have to go through what im going through and the job still isnt complete. Im so disappointed.

Great service and repaired my car perfectly after my accident.

Took my car to get fixed for a dent near the driver door and after I picked up my car it was making a loud noise that it wasnt making before. I wasnt even e minutes up the street before I turned around and took the car back to them. Instead of fixing it they told me I would have to take it to a mechanic. I ended up taking my car to tire discounters and they found one of my tires had a patch on it. I bought my car brand new and never had my tire patched. I called Caliber and let them know and the dude on the phone said he would have to ask his technicians About it and put me on hold. When he came back to the phone he said nobody knew anything but since it wasnt like that before that they would fix it. They have replaced the tire but my car is still making a noise and it does not drive the same. I am going today to get a mechanic to look at it. Also It was a scratch on the driver mirror that was suppose to get fixed also that didnt.

I took my car to caliber after another shop attempted to fix my car several times. They were exceptional! They not only fixed the extremely piss poor repair, but fixed all the other stuff the other place messed up. Any time I need any further repairs Ill be coming back! Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I was a victim of a hit and run and I went in and they treated me like family. Dropped my car off on November 4th and got a call 2 days later and was told they would have my car completed on the 19th of November. Donnie called me every 2 days to give me updates on my vehicle and on November 13th Donnie called me and told me my car was ready!!!! That is 1 week after dropping my car off that they had it ready. I appreciate Donnie and the whole caliber collision team for everything they did for me and treating me like family!!!

My car was hit by a vehicle trying to take a right turn from the left lane while I was in the right lane. It seemed like a minor damage, which could have been fixed by replacing the bumper and the fender inside but it didnt turn out to be so.The folks at Caliber Collision handled my situation very professionally. They did everything needed to provide an estimate to the insurance company and updating the estimate upon further inspection. When the insurance company determined that the cost of the repair was not worth it, they deemed the vehicle totalled. At this point, Caliber had taken apart the front of my car and was ready to work on the repairs. Please know that they dont repair totalled vehicles and they promptly informed me about it. I was in a panic state upon learning that my vehicle was totalled but Caliber did a fine job in putting things back together and making it drivable.Im very grateful to them for going the extra mile in making my vehicle drivable without charging a penny for it. They even washed the vehicle for me. I wish to give a shout out to Miyoko and Evy for their professionalism.

GOOD INSTRUMENTAL ON CAR AND APPOINTMENT SET DAY LATER 👍🏾

I took my vehicle because a tree branch hit the top of my vehicle I was quoted a price of $1100.00 then I got an email from the insurance company that they paid an additional $690.00 then I got another email from the insurance company that paid out more money. Why was this not estimated correct the first time, for all that I could have taken it to the dealer. So I go to pick up the vehicle to come to see that it was Badly scratched up on the passenger side I know for a fact that my vehicle did not have those scratch on the door. Then when I asked the manager why my car was scratched up like that, he had the face to say that it was there when I took it in. I asked to see their inspection paper but they didn’t provide the paperwork. They fixed one thing and damaged another place. I will be calling the insurance company and I will let them know how poorly the service was and how I was treated. Now I have to fix the door because it looks like the car was keyed or scraped with an object.

My experience was wonder and my car was completed and ready a 1 week in a half before the original date given. They are amazingly polite and if I ever need another car repair I will definitely be coming back to Caliber Collision.
