Had a brake problem & happened upon Meineke....Seth & his crew were able to take me in & get me back on the road! Seth has been the owner since 2018! Seems like a real hard working mechanic who is trying to do what is right! His staff seems to be the same!Thank you for fitting me in Seth! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It took over an hour and 1/2 to do a simple alignment and there were no other customers. They took their time chatting outside to each other not doing much of anything. They have high pressure sales tactics and wanted to fix things that were not broken. Do not waste your time or money here! I will not return
Great service here at Meineke! Friendly and efficient staff! They did the brakes on my truck and they feel awesome. Ill definitely be coming back for further servicing! 😊
THIS PLACE IS A GREAT WAY TO LOSE A LOT OF MONEY, AND LEAVE WITH YOUR VAN/VEHICLE WORSE OFF THAN WHEN YOU ORIGINALLY BROUGHT IT IN..... SERIOUSLY 👎👎 I HAVE TO GIVE THEM DEFINITELY THE 2-THUMBS DOWN AWARD, THEYRE ALL JUST ARROGANT, CONCEITED, ROOKIE SCAM ARTISTS.* THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR RATING, @ THE MOST MAYBE A GOOD A** WHOPPING, AND LOSINGTHEIR JOBS,BUSINESS, AND HOMES. ILL BE FOR SURE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!)THEY OVERALL SUCK BAD 💩💩
I never write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences Ive had getting my oil changed. As a woman, I expect to get hassled into dropping money when I take my car in, since they assume that I will listen to whatever they say. At this location, however, I felt like I was practically getting bullied into it. When the mechanic called to update me on the extra services that were needed on my car, the total was going to be about $350 (so much for the $20 coupon). I told him I would call my dad to talk it over with him and he proceeded to ask if I wanted HIM to call my dad. No, thanks, I think I can remember all the complicated manly terms, even though Im just a simple woman. My dad said that the replacements they wanted to make were completely unnecessary, and when I relayed this back to the mechanic, he actually got mad and said that I would need to sign a waiver in order to drive my car off the lot, since they couldnt be held responsible. I said fine, that I would take the risk, but, needless to say, when I went to pay my bill there was no waiver. On top of all of that, the front desk was completely unfriendly. I would not recommend this place in a million years.
BE WARY!!! they will talk nice to you and then tell you have things wrong with your car that are not wrong at all. I am a Car inspector and they tried to tell me i had issues with grease on my axle - and needed to replace -nothing wrong just needed to get an inspection on it. I would only use them as a last resort.
Went into the location, no one was there to help me. I called the number On the flyer they sent me in the mail. Turns out it is a call center. Scheduled an appointment with them through the call center, I showed up at my scheduled time for the representative at the location to tell me they cant get me in and not to use the call center. Went to QuickLube instead and they were great.
Had excellent service here, had some major brake problems that required two rather expensive parts to be replaced and right off the bat the manager discussed financing options, and was more than willing to help me look for after market and used parts. After all was said and done he even gave me a bit of a discount! I ended up with 2 quotes, the second, after everything had been dealt with, was 500 dollars under the original quote. On top of it all, I was actually charged LESS than the agreed upon quote. Would definitely recommend to everyone, and will be going back soon for the routine maintenance I should have been doing to begin with.Edit: Had to have more work done a few months later, took it to a friend of mine who immediately told me I was over charged. The next shop I took it to told me I was in fact over charged by quite a bit.
Took my truck that i had just bought in to get a muffler and tail pipe put on and checked out for an overheating issue and the dude came out and tried telling me i had a blown head gasket... Well im not stupid and im not giving you $1500 to fix something that aint broke. There was no coolant in the oil and the compression test showed the water pump was going. He also was trying to rope me into ball joints and a pittman arm and idler arm. Seriously? What a douche.
Took my car in for a pressure bleed after having to open my brake lines to replace the rear struts ( air stuck in a high spot by some loops ). The guy sounded apprehensive at first about the pressure bleed but insisted they could do it. My rear passenger side bleeder valve was stripped from previous attempts to manually bleed the brakes (me) so I brought them a new one and asked that they replace it when they bled my brakes. The pedal is still spongy, so they infact didnt pressure bleed it. My guess is they manually bled it. They never replaced my bleeder valve even though I brought them one. 60 something dollars later and I may as well have had nothing done to my car at all. After all a set of vice grips would have easily removed the bleeder valve and then at least some thing would be in better shape. I highly discourage taking your vehicle to these mechanics.
Got a new fuel pump. Seemed expensive but I didnt exactly check around. Staff is efficient and professional.
I have had to get my head gaskets replaced on my 98 Subaru Outback 2.5 liter.Well as soon as I drove it 300 miles, it was leaking oil. After about a month, it was leaking quite severly. Turns out, my independent mechanic here in Bozeman said it looked like a bad valve cover gasket. What did they tell me? Drive it 100 miles let alone say my car is broken and have it towed all the way. Spend my own gas, time, and perhaps maybe leak more oil from my car for something that should have been done right the first time. Quite frustrating especially when working weekends and being a university student.Brian has reached out to me since about checking it out and changing the oil which I may decide to give the benefit of the doubt but we will see.
They advertised all the veterans would be able to receive a standard basic oil change. I had a feeling it was going to have to pay a little extra for synthetic oil although I didnt expect it to be almost $100 which is outrageous for the difference of a basic oil change. The first gave me a price around $85 and then try to give me another discount for around $75. I knew I was being a little being charged a lot more than I should have but I drove 50 mins from home to have my oil changed. They proceeded to work on my car and came back and tried to charge me extra for two air filters which couldve easily came out to another $60 or $70, which is a job that a 5 yr old could do and one of the filters I had just changed a few months ago and was still VERY white, no need to change it at all... After my oil change was done they proceeded to give me another discount and dropped the price to $65 it just seems fishy that they were trying to give me three different prices for an oil change and there wasnt a set price. I expect this kind of service from the dealership. Especially on Veterans Day I wouldve thought they wouldve treated their active-duty members in a more peofessional without trying to screw them over when we already get underpaid.
