Cheaper and faster than a lot of places Ive been around here. The primary customer service guy Raul was super friendly. I recommend if you arent brand biased and want a quick oil change.

Absolutely the best service Ive ever experienced for an oil change. They were fast and professional, and they provided extras I hadnt expected, including vacuuming, opening the doors for me, and even handed me two beautiful carnations when they finished up. No one has given me flowers in at least ten years! Im never going anywhere else. Obviously.

Do not ever, ever, give these people your telephone number. We were in Southern Idaho a couple of years ago, we stopped in there before our trip home to get an oil change. I gave them my telephone number to call when the vehicle was done. I dont know why they just couldnt walk in the door and say, hey your car is done but, off track ... I have been getting spam/telemarketing calls from hell for over 2 years. To the point Im going to have to change my telephone number!

They tried telling me my 4.7l engine took 6 quarts. I told then 5. I just wanted a conventional oilchange. They charged me for high mileage.My bill was 97.00 for a oil change.I was robbed. And ripped off. And Ill never go back there again.Man said he was losing business while talking inside. I can see why.

Guys seemed to do a pretty good job, I’m a little worried about the blonde kid, DW? He said my Chevy’s transmission fluid was black but I checked it down the road after the service and it was just dull red. I’ll bring a color wheel next time for him.

They were friendly, efficient, and very fast because they had three people working on out car. Also they gave us an easy to read sticker to remind us of when it is time for the next oil change. And when we were ready to leave they gave me flowers! That was a first for me to get flowers with an oil change. I recommend this business.

Kevin and his crew are respectful and on top of their game. I went in for a simple oil change for one vehicle of mine, and now; I take my wifes car, work truck and personal vehicle there. Theses guys know the business and are fair in pricing for the services done. Highley recommended!

Car wash tunnel is subpar for 12 bucks. And the vacuums don’t have good suction.

I would not recommend this business to anyone who values their lives, We had the brakes done by an unprofessional young male, after leaving the business our breaks started smoking the wheels were extremely hot, went through a whole bunch of issues not even 1 hour after giving them $310 for there servics, they said that theywould not make it right, we took it to good year tire in cda where me and my girlfriend sat stranded at a safeway parking lot., they took pictures and said we could have died and could have hurt others if we continued driving unaware. So we are taking matters into our own hands and getting a lawyer they will be hearing from us shortlyour experience was one I wouldnt wish on anyone else.

Did not clean windows or the floor. It was close to closing time they were in a hurry. Not happy with this job this time

Dont use this business. The Manager Kevin Turner has no problem keeping your personal data such as a cellphone number for personal use. Despite calling the owners and asking for them to ensure my personal data is not misused or stolen they cannot give me any resolution. .I am not the first and I wont be the last. I feel violated and the business failed to protect my information/myself.

What a freeking putz, my god. Completely unreasonable wouldnt install a cheaper battery as required by my fleet administration company. Wouldnt work with them. Made me wait forever. Tried to not even do my battery because theyre lazy I guess?Was at 12.0 volts trying to say that my battery was good. (12.6 is good).Then when I went to leave truck wouldnt start. Theyre either incompetent or lazy I have no idea which. I didnt expect much but wow. Even beat my already low expectations. Thanks for waisting an hour of my day.Im sure they could manage an oil change but I wouldnt let them.

I used their car wash. I will never ever be back. It was my first time using their car wash. First the soap brush are trashed it barely got my car cleaned. I can still see the mud on my car. The soap took me 5 time of rising my car to get off. The floor mat clips barely hold anything. The drainage is horrible. I got soaked washing my car. For $2.50 I expected way better. Next time I will drive to cda or Spokane.

Your vehicle is in the capable surgical hands of natural mechanics here. They were very quick and thorough as they did my oil change and checked other operational systems of my truck. Guess what, the tag lights were out and my air filter was filthy. These should have been checked on other oil changes, but other mechanics seem to be too lazy. I am glad these guys caught it before I got too much farther down the road. And I did not have to schedule an appointment. Every one I called wanted to do it in a couple of days. These guys got my truck right in and right out. No appointment. Thank yall.

Great, speedy service. They dont waste time with bells and whistles, but excel at personal and professional assistance. I drive a Subaru, and their staff have knowledge to direct and advise on maintenance and cost-effective auto care. Theres no push to take add on services, and the maintenance history is clear. I update my car history with their receipts very easily. I wish Id known about them earlier in my ownership or I wouldnt have wasted time and money in drive through lube services. Thanks!

Went here because I needed an oil change before heading out for a road trip. Figured Id get a quick and relatively inexpensive full synthetic oil change and tire rotation on my Tundra. The service tech broke my oil cap before telling me that the previous change someone overtightened the cap. I was later charged $36 for a new cap. The oil change itself was $106. I called the local Toyota dealership who quoted $60 for a full synthetic oil change. The service tech also tried to sell me on $100s of dollars of extra services that were done recently and not needed. I feel like they probably sell these services all the time to the unwitting. My oil change and tire rotation took close to 2 hours. Paid and left as I did not want to fight with the service tech. Save your time and money and take it to the dealership, will not be going back.

The guys go above and beyond excellent service, they are 100 percent honest, do excellent work and I will only take my car here. I highly recommend them.

I have been here a number of times and have always been extremely happy with the service these guys provide. I am always greeted by Anna who is Johnny on the spot to come and see me before I even get out of my vehicle. She wants to know what service I need and she does it with a smile! Ive been very impressed with the entire crew, they are willing, ready, and more than able to do everything from a tire change to an oil change. One time they even gave me some of the tires that they have stacked up in the back of their yard. At no charge! Another time I stop by just to have the air in all four tires of my truck topped off and they did it with a smile and again, at no charge. I am a loyal customer of this place even though other folks charge less. The competency factor is important to me, especially once Ive seen how many oil pan plugs get stripped by taking them to places like Walmart. That will never happen here!

This is a locally owned business. The owner here works hard to do a great job. It look like they are doing more types of jobs, tires and smaller repairs. He does have some kids working for him. I did find I needed to watch them kind of close. We use them and plan to continue to do so. Being one of our locally owned businesses, please use them so we can have folks that care.

Recently had an oil change done here and they are extremely quick and efficient. They provide you with a printout of manufacturer specs on what should that be routinely serviced. And theres absolutely no hassling for additional services needed. Going back today to get some of those things taken care of.

I called to get a quote on an oil change and the lady that I talked to was very friendly. I got there and they welcomed me with open arms. John came in and talked to me and showed me how awful my oil filter was. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I got my car back, the windows were clean and the floors were vacuumed. I will definitely return to this location to get my car worked on.

Got my oil changed here. They were very polite and didnt try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary things or add in any hidden fees. Vacuumed my car and cleaned the windshields for free. Great service!

Don’t trust this place with your vehicle. Unable to do a basic oil change. My boyfriend and I both used to trust and recommend this place. NEVER again. My boyfriend went in for an oil change and they left a major sensor unplugged. His truck died in the parking lot after their inability to do a basic task, they watched it happen, did not offer to help. Incompetent, terrible service.

A few months ago I went in to get an oil change. They told me that I had a oil leak and I said thank you I would have my fiancé fix it. When they were done with that I thought was just changing my oil and I went to pay they tell me that my tires were bald and I needed new ones so they quoted me new tires. I let them know that I had low profile tires that were new. Then I look at my bill.... they put synthetic oil in my car, which I did not ask for, and they fixed my oil leak with out asking me. Naturally I was upset but they didn’t care. Once my fiancé was off work he went to go talk to them, once again they did not care or offer to rectify the situation. Now we changed my serpentine belt and we find that the oil leak was never fixed. If you want poor service and to be charged for work they do go to Grease Monkey in Post Falls. I have a hard time believing any of their mechanics are ASE certified.

My wife brought in our vehicle for an oil change. It was before a long road trip and I hadnt changes the air filters for too long and I knew we wouldnt have time before we left for the trip to so them ourselves. They didnt advise but also did a rear differential service service and fuel system cleaning that were not necessary or asked for which added over $100 to the bill. They also didnt go over pricing before doing the services. Dont go here unless youre prepared and ready to say no to a bunch of upselling. Very disappointed with the experience as I had told my wife to go here after reading positive reviews.

As the owner of Grease Monkey in Post Falls, I was concerned to see the previous review posted by Josh Voorheis. Upon review, it appears Mr. Voorheis has never been to our store for service. Further, it seems Mr. Voorheis is an employee of Jiffy Lube. Grease Monkey customers know they will receive great service and will have a great experience when they come to our store. Its a sad commentary when a competitor posts a dishonest review attempting to mislead customers and discredit a business in our community.
