Everyone at Volkswagen have been so helpful to my husband and I. A few years ago, I purchased a Jetta and had a wonderful experience. So good, that I knew my next car would be purchased from this dealership. Even at a young age, I was treated with so much respect.A few months ago, I came in for a service and was helped by Gideon who gave me all the information I needed regarding an Atlas Cross sport.It wasn’t until this Saturday that my husband and I came back to the dealership to test drive another Cross sport that we had our eye on. I had an overall great experience. My ultimate goal was to trade in my car and get something cheaper -- Im just at a point in my life where Im kind of tired of high car payments. We felt they were nice, but they had so many buttons and controls around the dash they were overwhelming border line cluttered. Im 62 and I have plenty of room in the back when we have guests. Chris was my salesman hand that kid [yes he is a kid in age compared to my age] knew everything about the vehicles and I all the vehicles on the lot. I could have bought any car anywhere but he is the only salesman I met that worked for the sale even though cars are scarce and easier to sell he didnt act like the other salesmen I met.

Im leasing a brand new car from them. The tire went flat. The piece to unlock the lug nuts is missing from the kit to change the tire. The tires have never been changed and we have never had service anywhere but VW. How the part magically disappeared is beyond me . this place now wants to charge me to change all my lugs for none locking ones when there is no reason the piece should be missing to begin with. Such a rip. Terrible terrible service.

The best experience Ive ever had at a dealership! Gideon was the Salesman helping me with the purchase and trade. I went in thinking I had an impossible mission (finding something I loved while lowering my payment pretty significantly). He was thorough with his questions trying to feel out my wants and needs. He took me around the entire lot and was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen and every other brand they had taken in on trade. There was one vehicle he had in mind in particular - a Volkswagen Tiguan - and it ended up being the perfect fit for every criteria. We took a couple of hours talking and running numbers with the Sales Manager, Jason. I was still on the fence so I took the night and most of the next day to decide. They allowed me to take the Tiguan out on a couple more test drives the next day and Jason ran the numbers again to lower my payment even more. I never felt pressured to take it or to hurried to make a decision. They both were very patient and were working very hard to make sure the vehicle and payment all worked in my favor. I ended up trading for the Tiguan and I absolutely love it. I am so thankful that Volkswagen was one of the first dealers I went to and was the one I ended up going through.Overall the best people and environment Ive ever seen at a dealership. I should have written this weeks ago. However, just like my salesman, Doug Fredericks said, I was having too much fun driving my new VW. Jetting around in our Jetta to Lake CDA, we averaged OVER 45 miles per gallon. Each ride is quick, smooth and above all SAFE. This Jetta gets some get up and go when you need it, it beeps politely when someone is approaching behind you. It picked up a motor cycle 40 feet away. I had seen him since I have been through motor cycle safety training. I guess my Jetta has been through that, too;)I cant say enough for the flexibility, responsiveness (nice brakes) and cargo capability (45 Longaberger baskets 78 pieces of Occupied Japan china in huge boxes, a huge vase and two brass lamps.) This was my first load in my sedan but the seller and I had to look up on YouTube how to release the back seat to drop down. Lots of room.I got a come on ad in my mailbox today. It was offering extended warranty. I dont need it! I have five years on a very gently used vehicle.Thirty Something is her name. She prefers to go over 25 mph. But, she will creep along like Jeep if I ask her to. We love her!

Horrible customer service. I took my 2015 vw Passat to you guys to get my oil changed (serviced) and my snow tires taken off and summer tires put on, as well as a wiring harness put on for my abs breaks so I could have cruise control. That was all fine until I still do not have cruise control, it doesnt work and I got home on my way home I noticed it was as making a loud rubbing or grinding noise. I thought I was my tire rubbing on a piece of plastic that was lose in front of my tire no big deal. It ended up being my left front hub and I had to take my car into les schwabs to get it checked out. I had to replace my rotor because it ended up have 1/4 inch play. Your service department knew that I was going on a road trip to Arizona with my 2 children and they did not have the decency to tell me that I needed to Replace my rotors and break pads for my car or even notice that my hub was about to fall off. The manager at Les Schwabs called the manager for the service department to let them know what was going on and your service department cussed out the Les Schwabs Manager. Your manager said that he works for a multi million dollar company and he doesnt care about one persons business? it ended up costing me $900 and a days worth of driving to get my car ready. My car was deemed not drivable 300 miles into my road trip by les schwab tires. Blake was not helpful at all to help me get this issue resolved and had very rude horrible customer service. I will not be giving you my business again.
