There was a small line but it moved quickly. The staff was personable and the coffee and breakfast burrito were delish.

Fast services gets the lines down quicker than most other coffee shops. Drinks are great. Customer service is unfortunately lacking in communication and friendliness

These ladies are absolutely incredible theyre extremely friendly helpful courteous sometime I literally go out of my way when heading to Washington to stop at the shop.

Very disappointed with this place. My drink was 2/3 filled and when I asked if she could add more RedBull she claimed she already used a full can. A 12oz can for a 24oz cup... then when I said I would pay for the other RedBull she said she doesnt have any extra to do that. All Im saying is were already paying enough for our fancy drinks the least they can do is fill it all the way up. .. wouldve gotten a 16oz if that was the case.

The staff always friendly, coffee very good taste love the burrito breakfast, but lately is feels like it has 95%potatoes and very little ham inside...hope some improvement on the poor breakfast burrito in the near future!

Love coming here but even after the mandatory mask madate the employees do not use masks and do no sanitize between customers at the least. Not worth the risk for me! Sucks because I really love this place!

First time going to this stand due to me hearing they make great coffee. I learned that they do make wonderful coffee and it tastes delicious. But, I will not be going back due to the horrible customer service my family received. The window was slammed in our face and not even a thank you or your welcome was given. Seems like management should definitely be doing some training on how their customers should be treated.

I appreciate how quick and friendly they are but the drinks I get have left a bad taste in my mouth after each sip and got to the point that I had to toss them out. I tried two different lotas drinks and had this issue both times.

Normally i really like these gals. Customer service was good this morning but my bagle had almost no cream cheese and i was already at work when i took my first DRY bite. I tried to call the number and the voice mail isnt set up. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars if they get back to me. I feel Im owed a bagle with the fair amount of cream cheese. I can see the bread its the thinnest, thinnest smear like they cleaned the knife off on my bagle... My coffee was great and my gal was kind. Probably an over sight at 6 am its all good but Id appreciate a remade bagle.

Hands down the best coffee place in Post Falls. Top Notch customer service. I can even call ahead of time and order my coffee and they will have it ready for me. I have never met a rude Barista that works over there and they have all been with Cory for years.

They make good coffee are always nice however they screw up my drink everytime and I have to ask them to fix it. When ordering anything in addition to a drink they often dont pay attention and I have ask 3 or 4 times for what I ordered. They are nice but definitely need a refresher course in customer service and listening skills.

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest coffee stand to my work. Every time I go through the girls act like I’m an inconvenience, very rude and short. Just trying to get a coffee girlfriend, not trying to steal your boyfriend.

Stop at kokopellis almost every day. Love coffee and they have the hottest most consistent hot and blended drinks anywhere in North Idaho. I know cause I am a coffee maniac and have tried almost everybodys. Baristas are always friendly and can throw down a mean mocha.
