First, I love the coffee - its like rocket fuel. And their flavors and signature drinks are fabulous, with many different layers of flavor. But more importantly, the staff when I was there today was fabulous. They were out of stock on almost all food (thank you COVID), and understaffed and had to close early (thank you again COVID), but even with all the bad news the barista had to give her customers, she maintained a very professional and positive attitude, and the service was great.

This place has a really weird feeling about it. The employees are a little out there. Coffee is good. Service is slow. Parking lot is conjested and a little hard to get in and out of. Again, the coffee is good.

Nice place in Post Falls strangely located next to rival coffee (not naming). Large regular cup full with just enough room for cream which beats rival and fresh berry/cream scones. Also had 3 different breakfast burritos which I missed. Located in lower shelf.

Great service and coffee. They have a fun community sketchbook inside as well for visitors from all over the country. Love the baked goods especially the lemon poppy seed bread.

If I could give it a zero I would, it was the first time Id ever gone to Thomas Hammer coffee and my wife and I ordered one drink and a slice of lemon bread we sat at the drive-thru window for 7 minutes without anybody even addressing the fact that we were there except for staring at us from the inside and during this entire 7 Minutes of Silent eye contact and poor customer service we didnt even see the drink begin to be made nor the one slice of bread be cut. It was my first time being there and I will never come back

I walked in and the lobby was dead-there were a few people in the drive thru. Two people were working and didnt say hi. I walked to the cold case which is at the register and grabbed the items I wanted and set them on the counter. Still no greeting or acknowledgement even though I had made eye contact with both employees and was now standing at the counter. It was just awkward. Once I was greeted and interacted with by the guy working things went well-the girl working just seemed grumpy. I was going to not leave a review and just see if it was a fluke but as I was sitting in the lobby on my computer another guy came in and experienced the same awkwardness. Him and I had a moment of eye contact as he stood in the limbo of waiting to be acknowledged.

I honestly dont know what they add to their coffee to make it so smooth and tasty!?!I make a point to stop here every time Im in the area and Im never disappointed. I cant speak for their fancy drinks a Im a no frills kinda coffee guy...but their seasonal coffees are guaranteed winners.

Very slow. Did not greet my son and I when we walked in did and we did not feel welcome. Stood there for about 3 mins waiting to place an order. Could have at least let us kindly know that it would be a few mins. Took at make least to 10 minutes to make two 2 drinks. I would rather drive to Spokane Valley Mall and get a coffee there. At least the Spokane Valley Mall Thomas Hammer is friendly, welcoming, and quick.

Never disappointed when I stop for a visit. The coffee is great. Lots of different treats to choose from. I especially enjoy the chocolate covered Oreos. Pretty much the only reason to stop off in Post Falls and its worth every drop.

Ive been going for years and can say I love their coffee and the people working there. It can be a little pricey compared to other places, but I find its worth it for me.

Best coffee ever! Starbucks burns their beans. Thomas Hammer is definitely my preference any day! Also, if you load a gift card with $20 you get a free 16 oz. drink. You can upgrade that for $1 something. Youll spend $20 at any coffee shop for about 4-5 of their drinks. So a reward every 4-5 drinks is a lot better than plowing through 12 drinks at Starbucks before you get a reward! Makes Thomas Hammer less expensive in the long run. And their coffee is better!!! :)

I give 1 star because I was there and they messed up my hole order and they didnt know what they were doing.

Service was painfully slow. Seemed like only one of the two baristas knew how to make cappuccinos. Coffee and food choices are good but next time Ill go to Starbucks unless I want to wait 15 minutes for drinks

They have such friendly baristas! This is a nice cafe to sit and work alone (wifi) or meet someone for a visit. Espresso drinks and coffee beans are good quality and delicious. (I usually order Americanos or black coffee or iced green tea.) They have yummy treats (e.g., no-bake cookies, rice-krispie treats, shortbread cookies) and more options for a savory snack or a little breakfast. Consistent and clean. Good spot!
