Terre Coffee is delightful!! Its always nice to drive through or stop in for a cup of coffee and a pastry!! Its a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and patrons. Know if you get their mocha its not a traditional chocolate taste so it might surprise you. I like the Carmelo with white chocolate instead of the dark chocolate. I know the owners and they are super great Christian people. I encourage everyone who likes coffee and socializing to stop by and enjoy both at Terre in Post Falls, CDA or Hayden. 5 Stars!! The staff, atmosphere, orange-cranberry-almond scone and the chai latte with an espresso shot... This is a great place to sit with someone to love, relax, and enjoy a conversation. This was a great choice!

I was very unimpressed by the service here. After giving my order, the person didnt give me a total, or any confirmation, so I said thank you. Their response was no worries! Felt like I was apologizing for inconveniencing them at their place of work. When I got to the window, I really felt that. No hello, or any greeting. I wasnt given a total, she just stood there and I handed over my card. The only word I heard from the server was here as she handed me my card back. I waited and thought I might be waiting for a receipt and she just turned around and walked away from the window. I guess when you get your drink, you are done!Then when I read their packaging that states their mission is, to make a positive impact on every life we touch, I had to laugh!

The Post Falls Spokane Street location has great baristas working there - all of the Terre locations have great workers, actually. The food & coffee are awesome. I have never dined-in at Spokane St, just used the drive through. The drive through is SLOW at Spokane St, however. Has to be some way to speed things up there, seriously. Management has to find a way to improve speed and when cars start lining up on W Seventh Ave, there’s a problem. Went there this past week, got into line on Seventh behind 3 others, waited 5 min with hardly any movement, became upset and had to leave. It would have been 20 min for me to get my food at the pace things were going.

This place is just awful. 25 minutes to get one drink is disgraceful. Also, the smell of the cafe literally made me nauseous. The drink were nothing but average. They had a lot of customers, and a lot of orders to fill, yet I saw 1/2 of the employees just talking about what they got when they went shopping. I came here previously through drive-through, and they lost my order after I had waited a ridiculous amount of time. Please do not waste your time or money here.

Friendly service, welcoming environment, plenty of tables, and great cup of coffee. Its hard for me to find a decent drip and terres provided a great cup of Joe.I did ask where the beans came from and was told Seattle but couldnt tell me where or what comosny. That was a first. Thought that was a little odd. If I could find out I will be happy to purchase my beans from here.

There small meals and breakfast is fantastic!wonderful staff,fresh and friendly!and the coffee quality is superb!!...I happen to live quite close by and when my husband and I go on the freeway we make our must stop at Terra...is that simple!...you need to try this place.

☕Good espresso, happily predictably good coffee, really amazing scratch baked goods. Service is sometimes a little on the tense side but it doesnt stop me from going here because I know that I will get a good product and enjoy a nice looking feeling atmosphere via decor and cleanliness☕

I go here almost daily, so Ive seen it all - regulars, employees, managers come and go. Theyve got this place dialed in better than ever, and they just keep improving. Its another staple of the community that makes me glad to live in Post Falls. The current team runs smooth as a pit crew, and the brand of coffee is really great.

I went at 10am on a Saturday. Delicious coffee! Extremely noisy and packed with people because its so popular. Need to expand and make a bigger place or have more outside seating. Perhaps into where GW Hunters used to be???

One of my personal favorite spots in Post Falls! Delicious coffee, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and their baked goods are to die for. I dont think that Ive had a single menu item that I didnt love. My recommendations go to the Nutello, and to the cinnamon rolls.

As busy as you were, I enjoyed my visit.

These are by far the best pastries in the area I have enjoyed thus far. The cinnamon rolls are incomparable to anyones--extraordinary. My bride and I try and go on Saturday and Sunday mornings as a treat we enjoy together. Sometimes they dont warm them unless you ask; but do yourself a favor and get them warm--theyll melt in your mouth. Last two times we have been there; drinks have lost there quality over time, wait through the window is too long, there seems to be some challenges with quality in this area. Overall, best pastries (cinnamon rolls are perfect); but hold on the drinks--not worth it!

I dont like to write bad reviews but when it happens more than once I feel the need to voice my opinion. On Fridays I like to go and grab coffee and a breakfast bagel or pumpkin bread. The last 2 Fridays I make sure I tell them its an iced coffee, normally I have to repeat my order twice to verify. It sounds like a young gentleman on the speaker, and a woman at the window. I pull up to the window and they have to ask again on what I ordered, okay thats 3 times thats fine I can live with that, but then they still give me the wrong order. Last Friday I had them remake it to my iced coffee, this morning I did not have them remake it. I just took it because I had too many cars in line behind me and I had already been waiting since they had to verify the drink at the window. I let them know I wasnt happy and it wasnt what I had ordered. Thankfully I had a gift card the last couple times I had went there so Im not wasting money on stuff I didnt order. However I will be using the rest of this gift card and not coming back which really stinks because I like their drink and food, just not the customer service.

I normally dont get involved in commenting, I feel that if Im doing business with you, that speaks to my satisfaction. This morning, my wife and I visited your Post Falls store. She and I both had careers in the service business. Weve both noticed recently, your servers seem to be looking past us, on to the next customer before establishing any kind of rapport. Were taking a rest from Terra. We both feel that service intangible happen when the mgrs. take an interest, not until. My wife and I use to frequent your CDA store. Your product if good, just some lack of attention. Their service standards dropped, then weve been going to the Post Falls location, now were in search of a new coffee/bakery place.

Came into store at a busy time and waited quite awhile for my order. I normally use the drive thru, but there was quite a line and didnt want to block the street. I will say that the staff was very courteous and let me know when to expect my order. They all displayed good customer service.

Coffee is hot and flavorful, they use real fruit in the smoothies, best cinnamon rolls even if cold, but they will warm it up, amazing gluten free scones - like perfect! Super friendly service! Drive thru or sit down - your choice!

Bible quotes are half their decor :/ Cinnamon roll was mediocre at best (it was more of a dough spiral, since the inside parts didnt all touch). But their spiced mocha was delicious (great flavor, not too sweet, coffee was decent) so that brings them up a star.

The coffee is not the best. Ive tried a couple different drinks and didnt love any of them. But they do have amazing sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches that I love. If I have time to get coffee elsewhere, I do. But if Im in a pinch their coffee will do.

I drink a lot of coffee and have been to plenty in the area. This place is in the top 5 list. Their flavors are smooth and not chalky. Their Carmel and chocolate sauces are really good. Worth at least a visit for five.

Slowest service. I wait a half an hour for my order and they cant even get my order right. I ordered a jalapeno breakfast sandwich with sausage and egg at the drive through. When i pulled up to the drive through i was only the 3rd car from the window. When i pull up to the window they ask me if I ordered a jalapeño sandwich and an Americano. I corrected the lady at the window and told her I had only ordered the sandwich. She corrected it in the computer. Handed me my order and I drove off. When I opened my order it was not the jalapeno sandwich, but some sort of sun dried tomato bagel with cream cheese. Definitely not worth me being late to work for.

Friendly and Fabulous! We are visiting from out of state and it was recommended we go here. Our favorite location in Coeur dAlene was no longer in business. So we went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 drinks like a bunch of lost tourists... the staff was patient and accommodating. She explained and answered all our questions and still maintained a friendly demeanor.And surprisingly, the price was reasonable. But the best surprise was the flavor. All of the drinks had fabulous flavors. They should fly to our town and teach the coffee shops how to actually flavor the drinks. Loved it here!

Pay attention to customers that come into the store Not just the drive thru! Furthermore, when asked what the coffee of the day is at least know what it is. I felt that we paid a premium price for a McDonalds like experience.

I gave 2 stars solely based on the cinnamon rolls and gluten free scone. Got a bagel on two separate occasions and both times, the bagel was bland and had a strong yeast taste as if they weren’t baked all the way. Not even the cream cheese could help it out. There is very little information on what they have. Just generic items.Another instance I was charged for a cinnamon roll and after paying for it was told they didn’t have it. I just think the communication and product advertisement needs to be adjusted and the recipe for the bagels. No refund was offered either when I mentioned it.

I visited the post falls terre coffee on a Saturday morning. The place was filled with smoke due to poor ventilation and the drive thru line was backed into the street. I went inside and was greeted by a lady at the shop who was clearly trained to up sale the customer. I declined and proceeded to order my americano with heavy cream. It took over 10 minutes to get my coffee since they kept moving my cup to the end of the line. Overwhelmed with the smoke and echoing sounds I decided to leave. When I left I noticed that my cup was leaking around the lid and the coffee tasted like gross burnt beans. The price of my americano was over $4 and I couldnt bring myself to choke it down. Nothing about this place or their coffee makes me want to go for a return visit.

Great food, and the coffee is pretty good too. The people working there are very nice, and even on busy days they get orders out quite quickly.

Food is great but their prices are out of control. I dont go there that often because of it. A 24 ounce raspberry iced mocha is over 6 dollars. Id go here more often if the prices were cheaper. Its just a treat for me here and there.

I love it! Great quality coffee and a great atmosphere. I have had meeting, gone on dates and just stopped in to this place. There also great people at Terre Coffee. Very personable and focused on serving. I have also heard that they serve great bagels here. I have not tried them before, but apparently that is what they were known for. Check it out.

Good coffee, fair priced, loyalty program although you have to buy too much to get anything extra as loyalty programs go. Clean place with plenty of seating though I dont often see people hanging out there. Easy access right off Spokane street exit.

Friendly staff, full octane mocha, lasted me on my drive through most of the state. Scone had good texture although was quite pricey at $3.50. My only real complaint was the shortness of their straws. I ordered the mocha frappe and the straw was even with top of lid. Loved the interior of the shop, roomy and inviting.

Excellent service! All four of our specialty drinks they offer were delicious. Went through the drive through and our cinnamon rolls were sent out warm and yummy in containers with forks and napkins ready to eat. Bagel with cream cheese was cut and spread evenly ready to eat and drive! Keep up the great work Terra Coffee and Bakery!

Coffee was good. I appreciated the Bobs Red Mill Oatmeal food choice. I was tempted by the scones and breakfast bagel options. Coconut milk was offered to accompany my coffee. Pleasant atmosphere. We dropped in due to a long wait list for Hunters. It was a nice substitute since we had an appointment we had to keep. We will return.

I have made a point of going to one of their shops every trip I make south to Post Falls ever since they opened the stand a few years ago. I am not much of a coffee snob, but I dont like bitter or burnt coffee! Nor very sweet drinks. And the coffee is perfect for me. I love visiting these guys as both the owners and the different hired help are so friendly and fun to visit with while I order my drink(s) I often make up unique flavor combinations or ask for them to make me something tasty to add some variety to their work day and am always impressed! The drinks are good, and if its not quite what I wanted they strive to fix it for me! Impressive considering I may not have known what exactly I wanted.ALSO!!! Their fresh baked, FROM SCRATCH Cinnamon rolls and Bagels are unbelievable! I thought they just had a good bakery for the bagels and didnt know till a few weeks ago they make them there. Recommend it to all my friends from the Newport area to stop in when down there.Final note: I consider myself a difficult-to-please (due to picky tastes) customer, but Im satisfied here, great job guys, keep it up!Dan

I love stopping in to the Post Falls location here. They have always carefully listened to, and make my sometimes specific request. They are just on the ball. I have only had one experience where the coffee was very bitter for some reason. It was a one-off day for sure. I let them know, they comped the coffee and gave me another free. Exactly how businesses should handle that kind of situation. I was very impressed. And its that kind of service that has kept me coming back.

The food is delicious and the coffee is fantastic. I enjoy my visits to Terre. I appreciate the company values. Its usually the only place I go for coffee.

From the moment we walked in, beautiful images adorn the walls, and the staff understands what customer service means. We have been going here since it opened and love it! Its a great place to stop when you get into town and they treat you like family. We go enough that they know our drinks and snacks before we walk in. They sometimes make mistakes when there is someone new, but are always very quick to correct it. I recommend them to anyone going through Post Falls.

I love this place! Super friendly staff who are are polite even when your being confusing on your own order. Just a rough estimate, Ive gone here probably 150 times (give or take) in the last year and out of all of those times Ive only once gotten a bad drink. Great atmosphere for study or meetings! I like to eat healthy and their quinoa burritos were delicious and healthy. I went in to get one yesterday and the burritos were made with white rice, which I do not include in my diet as it makes me sick. I was very disappointed because they used to have the best vegetarian burritos around. I hope this is temporary because of limited supply of food options during current events. I would love to have the old burritos again someday.

LOVE the bagels they have here! I have the same coffee order when I come in, and its tough for them at times to get it right consistently though. The taste of the coffee is good, and the products are of good quality.
