When you go into their showroom they have beautiful, quality material and are knowledgeable in answering questions. However, I have to give them 1 star because while they were willing to answer questions and send home samples, they don’t call you back. I requested pricing for 2 different options of countertops I liked and am now 3 weeks with no response. I was told to leave a note with my name and number to be contacted back and when I didn’t hear anything 5 days later I called them back and got sent to voicemail. Here we are still with no response so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very unfortunate that customer service has become non existent in today’s day and age.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company’s driver this morning. I was headed out of Spokane on I-90 W and came across one of their drivers. The speed limit was 70. They got into the left lane as did I, due to the fact that there were a few trucks to pass. However, as we got further out of town I noticed that they were driving below the speed limit in the left lane. At first I didn’t think much of it, but soon came to realize that for some reason they were not letting me pass. They put me in a very dangerous position where they were in front of me, in the left lane, going 60 mph. Yes, you read that right - 60. In a 70 mph zone. This also positioned me to where I was driving right next to a vehicle in the right lane. There was plenty of space in the left lane for the vehicle in front of me - a company vehicle - and there was also room in the right lane where they were at to merge. But instead they kept me in that dangerous position for several miles. The only way I was able to pass them was when the right lane cleared up and I was able to drive around the company vehicle still going 60-65 in the left speed lane. These actions were very unprofessional and endangering and I now know not only that I will never use this company, but I will also not recommend it to anyone or encourage their services.

Product is beautiful. The installation was done extremely well. Scheduling was made Difficult by the people at Carpet One. I would recommend flowform but not Carpet One

Summary: Dont use FloForm if you want it done right the first time. FloForm has no quality control and repeatedly attempted to install a counter top with obvious defects and poor workmanship. Initial installation was scheduled for January 24th, 2020. Even before the counter top was unloaded, it was obvious that something went very wrong with the edges. I paid extra for double thick edges where the grain of the counter top is mirrored to give a seamless, thicker effect. The grain on this counter top was not matched up at all. The workmanship on the corner was absolutely horrible: a random chunk of white was inserted into a gray corner! Unacceptable. I rejected this counter top and installation was rescheduled for February 5, 2020. This second counter top was nearly as bad as the first: there were 3 large chips and a noticeable (from across the room) defect that had been filled with some kind of epoxy. The epoxy created a 2 inch bubble that was raised from the surface of the counter top and had a different sheen. The mitered edge of the counter top near the bubble was wavy. Again I rejected this counter top. Installation was scheduled a third time for February 17, 2020. This counter top also contained chips but by this time I had given up and just wanted this horrible experience to end. Unfortunately, if you purchase counter tops through Costco, the vendor is allowed unlimited redos no matter the impact to your projects schedule. This means that FloForms lack of quality control resulted in a 24 day delay to my project and a lot of stress. Save yourself the trouble and entrust your thousands of dollars to someone who takes pride in their work and cares about how your project turns out.

I would not use this company. Sounded good on sales however a continual pattern of lack of information and communication, hours late for installation no phone call, came with only half the product. Put in wrong edging and after over 8 weeks one installer showed up alone to install back splash on a Saturday due to the fiasco of poor service.

Nice location with easy access. Looks like they have a nice showroom. Their installers always get the product to the customer on time.

I love my counter top. This company does an awesome job. I am happy I found them after 3 weeks of shopping all the other contractors and suppliers.

Very professional, gorgeous Cambria kitchen counter tops and sink perfectly installed. My sister and her husband were so impressed they are also getting Cambria. We are having our bathroom vanity and sinks installed next week. Craig is awesome.

The entire floform crew has been great to work with from start to finish. Drew and Derek were professional from start to finish. Installation was great. They protected the existing floors and cabinets, installed great looking counter top and made sure I was happy with the counter during all aspects of the installation. Could not be happier with job. All members of the crew have been very professional during the entire project.

Derek and Frank were both easy to work with. Answered all my questions and installed my new bathroom countertop with ease. It looks great. I know I will enjoy it for years. Thanks Derek and Frank for all you hard work.

Treated extremely rude. Think they need a new person at the front desk. Tried to convince me that what I wanted was a stupid move. 6 to 8 grand think its my choice. Says she would rather deal with the builder than me. Really?

Both Derek and Frank were the installers for our new counter tops we ordered from Floform in Spokane, Wa. They were extremely professional, easy to get along with and both went out of their way to answer questions and educate us about our product. I would highly recommend Floform to anyone who is interested in new counter tops.
