We had to get our little one tested for Covid and arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled time just in case there was a wait. There was but the young black gentleman who took care of us in the drive thru was so kind and patient even though I am sure he was overwhelmed. I hope he is recognized for his hard work and ability to still be so helpful in difficult situations.

Pharmacy doesnt care to go out of the way to help if theres an issue with a prescription. I had an issue with one and when I called the Rx manager said hed call me back. He never did. So I went in to confront him. He told me the systems were down and couldnt do anything. Maybe it was true; maybe not. But he was very dismissive and was trying to walk away from me when I urgently needed the medication.So I went to Professional Pharmacy (a real pharmacy) down the street. 5 minutes later I had the prescription in my hands that CVS couldnt ever get right. So I wont be using that pharmacy anymore.

I absolutely love this CVS!! Everyone is always friendly and helpful, from the front of the store right back to the pharmacy! Have been using this store and pharmacy for well over 20 yrs. No reason not too!!

Very rude pharmacist. The cashiers are always pleasant but the pharmacy staff are super rude and short.

I was notified that my prescription would be filled in the next few days, but it never was. I tried calling only to get hung up on three times and put on hold twice without ever getting through. It took having my Dr. office reach out to finally speak to someone, not without some attitude. I ended up just switching to a different pharmacy.

Very rude customer service and ill trained employees I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled there but they lost it so I had to get all 4 refilled we waited for 20 minutes and got only 1 of the 4 prescriptions I needed I recommend you go to the E High St one they never let me down

The pharmacy people are HORRIBLE AND VERY RUDE there!! Especially their head pharmist!But I have to say the people that work in the store part are very nice and courteous. They always greet you when you come in. (Unless their busy of course. Usually checking out another customer.

Good hours to pick up medicines, otc stuff, and a small selection of food and home goods. Service is ok
