Very clean and organized store. Store associates were friendly. Would definitely shop here again.

I found a lot of stuff for a birthday party I was setting up.

Wow, best dollar tree Ive ever been to! No line even a week before Christmas?! A true miracle 🙏 🙌 huge selection, and they even have the quality radiant tampons and pads! Wow

Today my husband and I went into Dollar Tree in Ramona. The inside of the store is neat and clean. The staff is polite.But for some time the front of the store is trashed. It looks so bad. Ive seen some pretty awful items of trash lying around. Partially eaten food and drinks, used masks and tons of other stuff.Today they only had one cashier yet there were other employees. There was a long wait in line. My husband is disabled and Im in a wheelchair from recent foot surgery. We are not blaming the girl at the register. Its not her fault.One employee did come over to the next register and all of us in line were hoping that meant someone was going open another register but nope. They walked away to the back. This happens sometimes when we go there which isnt that often. Would rather ho to 99¢ Store because they keep the lines moving.My husband while standing in line today at Dollar Tree called the store on his cell phone. You could hear their phone keep ringing and ringing. An employee in line in front of us was buying a drink and we heard him say to the cashier hed answer the phone if it was still ringing when he was done paying for his drink. My husband decided to just hang up.My husband was calling the store to get another cashier to come in from the back.Seems like there is bad management at the Ramona, Dollar Tree Store.

A good place to shop for a variety of one-off use items.

Dollar Tree is a great place to go to find good deals. They have an awesome large greeting cards section. Its on the small side but definately is a place you can find things you need. Not as big of a store as the 99 cents store but has different styles of things you really need to stop by and see. Staff friendly and social distancing is practiced.

Good prices, eclectic collection of things for sale and tends to be Very messy. However employees try very hard to help customers. Gets very crowded.

I can always count on this location to have a good selection of staples and holiday supplies. Its better organized and cleaner than most other locations Ive been to.

Friendly staff and nice products for the price

Well everything was great toll I paid, got home, looked at my receipt and noticed I wss charged for v 1 bag 3 times, and credited back only 1 bag. NOTE: I only actually bought 1 bag. Ill bring the receipt to you next time Im in poway.

Dollar Tree Poway makes the neighborhood 99 cent only (do they sell anything besides the employees dignity, for 99 cents?) store look like a 5 & 10 store!Dollar Tree Employee Earl, brings laughter and a great attitude with energy which in turn, becomes quite contagious!!Being happy spreads (even if you are faking!) throughout the store, customers feel welcome and comfortable and happier to spend.5 stars for the manager who hired him!!

Great bargains and the salespeople are nice but long lines and only one cashier.

If there was a less than 1 star I would give that as the rating! I was told I could leave the store twice, and a third time I was told to get my a** out. This is after I didn’t understand the directions the apparent manager was giving me. I simply asked him to use his words, because I didn’t understand what he was telling me.I am an average height, small frame woman, of middle age shopping alone when these two large men decided to treat me in a threatening manner. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, especially over a misunderstanding. I will certainly NEVER go back and have told several people today what occurred and will continue to do so.

I found everything I was looking for and was checked out by the nicest, most cheerful cashier. Hearing that older gentleman interact with each customer was awesome!

Great place to get Easter stuff, the location is convenient and inside of the store a bit messy, mostly because of the amount of kids. Great selection of cards

I always come here, the ppl are great. But today, I mistakenly said thank you maam to Michael. I quickly apologized (I work with mostly women and use my manners all day) he gave me the Meanest nastiest look and said IM A SIR!. I was absolutely embarrassed. The look and and snear he gave me told me Id better leave.And wont be back.

Awful, they only had 2 register open and the line to check out was at least 15 customers waiting. Set my stuff down and left since I know my Ramona store is NEVER that bad!

Rarely like to go here its always the same one cashier and 50 people waiting in line. And it dont fail theres someone wants a ballon filled. Guess who has to do it.thats right the only cashier working...

Go here all the time. I work in youth ministry and swing by here couple times a month to pick up supplies for all of our games and outings and find what I need almost all the time and certainly can’t beat the prices anywhere in town.

Good experience shopping at Dollar tree.

The line backed up on a Tuesday about midday with two employees leaving the checkout area. The lone employee checking out called for assistance without any response. The two employees sat audibly chatting in the side room about shift schedules. Poor customer service.
