Gotta love big lots

I was followed by an employee as if I came to steal merchandise. This is the second time I have had this experience at Poway Big lot.

Got a calender, planner, hella munchies and valentines gifts all under 35$! Super clean and very nice employees. Love it!!

This is a nice store, clean and well organized. I like that they sell local dairy items from Hollandi Farms. 1/2 gallon of milk $2.29!

Picked up baking supplies at a decent price. In & out quick. Not crowded.

Nice big store! They carry a wide variety of products. Very clean, Alen and Caleb were very helpful and nice. Prices are awesome. Great place to grab things to decorate rooms with. But really they carry so much more. From food to furniture, kitchen ware, bathroom, supplies for pets. Big Lots is a great place to shop!! This location in Poway is a great store.

Great buys and prices

The store has some interesting items but the prices are definately on the higher end of the spectrum. If you looking for super dooper great savings this is not the store for you but if you are looking for some interesting cute things you might find a couple things. I seen the exact items there that were $2.99 that I seen for $.99 at another store. But like I said there was a couple things that I thought were cute. Might be worth a look.

Terrible service from management! My mom went to buy Christmas decorations for my son and there was the last snowman left. She asked to get help with carrying it out and was waiting at the register to pay for it. All of a sudden there was another woman that took this snowman ( that was put in the box from the display for my mom as she was waiting for it). And the manager sold it to her even though we told her that we were the ones who asked to pack it for us and waited at the register for 10 minutes to pay for it. It was absolutel absurd!!!! The manager told us to leave the store and didn’t care to do what’s right. I am shocked at how we were treated!!!! And I don’t understand how this person became a manager with ZERO customer service knowledge!!!! Shame on you !!!!

A big store with great deals. This location is quite vacant with a large parking lot. They have lots of clearance items.

Cheap groceries with awesome selection! They carry Rice Krispies Treats cereal! I havent seen that stuff in years it was awesome!
