Had an issue with a print job. Called the store, explained the issue, and they reprinted the order at no cost to me. Should arrive at my doorstep tomorrow.

Everything worked out just fine picking up a package. Good communication while waiting for the package in and easy to get when we got there.

The weird thing is the employees never say Hello, never make eye-contact if they are with another customer.Being slow... is relative.But when you stand there watch them pack and oversized box of college junk.-They finish and finally say, just dropping that off, set that slip on top youre all set!

Horrible customer service. My document would not print at the self service station and without even trying to troubleshoot the issue the employee just said we can do that for you. Of course it costs more for them to do it for me. So my options are either Don’t print or pay more to have it printed. A little troubleshooting would have been nice since the self service machine sent me an error message to “ask for help”. I guess their idea of help is Pay Me More and I’ll help you.

No good. I have a fed ex account. The problem I had was trying to send a package to Canada. They sent it to my home instead. Still sent me a bill for 36. Dollars. Then you have to call 800 numbers, put on hold etc. Overall, I am not a fan of fed ex, or this location.

I had to print off 700 programs for a special event in 2 hours. Lindsay got it done for me in 45 minutes. She was amazingly helpful and even called me back twice to confirm what my order was when I entered it wrong. Great customer service and professionalism!

I drop off packages here regularly. Always fast and friendly service. Easy to park.

I placed a large order on a Friday afternoon with a quick turn-around time. The store didnt have all the notebooks I needed, so Johnny, an employee, called other locations and was able to gather enough notebooks, get pages printed, and have the order ready for me to pick up before Monday morning. He saved my bacon!

I needed help down loading some folders to print but wasnt sure how to do it and Zeporah V. was so helpful by showing me how to operate and store files for future printing. She spent a good while patiently helping me. I was very impressed with her knowledge, her friendliness and readiness to help!

I stumbled into this place a few nights back. I had no idea it was here, and to be honest, I didnt know FedEx had locations this big. The retail selection was wonderful. Greats pens & all.The employees were altogether unhelpful though. It was a little surprising to see two them at such an hour as well. Either this place does an absurd amount of printing and shipping or someones not tracking the labor very well. Usually I wouldnt bring it up, but the fact is, I felt like I was more of annoyance, than a valued customer to both them. After seeing some of the other reviews, I understand now, why I had never seen this location before. There clearly seems to be some attitude issues at this location. UPDATE ON ORIGINAL REVIEW: I did file a lawsuit in small claims court. While I cannot discuss the details of the settlement, FedEx has settled prior to the court date, and has provided evidence that something other than employee theft was the cause for the missing package.ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: Dropped a 30lb 48 inch package off on Oct 19th (this review written Nov 13). Staff failed to scan acceptance, and package went missing. If.... IF the box did get onto the drivers truck he/she failed to scan as well. It was never scanned. How does a 30lb 48 inch box go missing? Theft. Unless FedEx can prove otherwise, they have a theft problem here. At least one employee, if not more. Currently filing police report and starting court proceedings against FedEx Poway. DO NOT SHIP HERE! If you MUST ship here... MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THEM SCAN, AND DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE UNTIL THE WEBSITE SHOWS THEY RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE. Both in store manager Johnny Lux and FedEx corp couldnt care less about helping sort this issue out.

Was at poway dmv and needed to print something from e-mail. Was able to get it done fast without a bunch of hassle

Very bad experience!, first time when I went I forgot to carry my ID with me so the guy in the front rest didn’t let me to mail my package as I didn’t have my physical ID. The next day I carried my ID and the lady at the front desk didn’t accept my ID as it was Texas driver license and she asked me for Californian ID. I asked her if I don’t have a Californian ID, I cannot send a mail ?. And the answer was, “we need to verify that you are local and it’s a fedex policy”. When I called the customer care to verify they said it’s ok to have any state ID. After confirming that I can have any state ID I went to her again she took package and rejected saying that I don’t have proper physical address. I mailed the same package with same physical address at other fedex store. It was weird experience.

I went to FedEx Kinkos to send out a fax. A simple fax!! I had to insert my Visa Debit card which I use to rent cars, make hotel and flight reservations. No problem? Yes problem it wouldnt take my card. Why? Still baffles me. I didnt have cash so I would have had to go to a bank and get cash. Solution. I went out got in my car, went to Google Places on my Droid phone. Typed in faxing services. The first place that came up was a competitor closer to my house. I went there paid more than half the price of what kinkos was going to charge. At kinkos I had to do it myself. The competitor took my fax went to his fax machine loaded it faxed it. Took a couple of minutes, gave me my confirmation, and used the same Visa Debit card I tried to use at FedEx Kinkos and was told it would not accept it. It cost me more than half as much. What a deal. Sorry FedEx Kinkos there are other businesses in town that want to do business and they make it easy.

The main thing i like about this location is that its never crowded. Able to get in & out asap.

Extremely understaffed. Left after almost 20 minutes of waiting to ship a package and went across the road to UPS where they helped me right away.

This store is chronically understaffed, which translates to long wait times.

Horrible place of business. Poor customer service and poor management.
