I forgot to post a couple weeks ago but came in to print something and was in and out faster than ever before! I believe his name was Robert, very nice and helpful also great at multitasking and not making people have to wait!

Had to drop off 13 large heavy cartons abs being 7 mo pregnant, it would have been challenging to get all these boxes out of my car. Robert was super helpful and didnt even ask if i needed help--he just went with me and unloaded from my car. SUPER HELPFUL!! Thanks so much!!!

Very helpful here. I came in to ship something for my sister, and the process was something the guy behind the counter had never had to do. Instead of getting all flustered, he calmly told me that it might take a few minutes but that hed get it figured out. I called my sister and he very carefully listened to her so nothing had to be repeated and she started to explain it to him, and he had it figured out before she could finish. It only took about 5 minutes and I didnt leave feeling like I had to get the hell out of there. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely be back.
