This store is set up differently than other staples locations Ive visited. So it takes considerably longer to find what youre looking for. Its short and wide, rather than long and narrow. Plan on spending more time shopping or look for things.

Granted I called at 8:55 pm. The after hours recording had already been turned on. The Poway store. Ive been in the service world for more than 30 years. This practice is to get out earlier. Tablet time had 5 mins. I bet the manager had gone home. Difficult time getting actual number to that store then very long description on the phone for doing business online. Sometimes you actually need to talk to somebody at 8:55 pm.

Bad service, I walked around the store twice and not one associate asked me if I needed help, bad management is the root of the problem.
