This place was recommended by a friend after 2 bad experiences elsewhere. The owner, Bryan and his team were very professional and got me in and out without trying to upsell me anything. Got my oil changed, tires rotated and brakes changed in about 2 hours and didnt need an appointment. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back

Employees werent doing much but walking back& forth. Waited for about 20 minutes to get an emission test. Nobody cared to do anything so I left. You need better management & crew.

Ive lived within 1 mile of this place for years but never used it, my car was making noises with the steering and I thought Id see if they can help me out, a worker named Josh was able to quickly diagnose it and hook me up. I didnt any more work that some power steering fluid and I was out of their in about 5 minutes. He just made me and my family solid return customers now! Now I can see why they have such high ratings. I highly recommend them!!

We frequently use Lost Mountain Express Lube for our auto maintenance and repair needs. The team provides excellent customer service and quality work. Recently, we had an issue starting our Honda Accord and dropped our car off for a diagnostic check. A little later Andy called back with a diagnosis. He took the time to explain how he found the issue and what it would take to resolve it. Outstanding customer service! Guys were knowledgeable, friendly, eager to answer any questions I had, looked to keep a clean shop. But what stood out most to me was that they did not try and rush me out even though I had arrived close to closing time. I will definitely be coming back to Lost Mountain Express Lube, not only for my next oil change, but for any mechanical issues I may have in the future.

I popped in here to get my emissions tested today. They were able to get me in right away. The gentleman was very friendly and efficient. He got my emissions completed quickly. I had a question about replacing the battery in my key fob and he also gave me some very useful information about that. Good, hard-working, honest people.

These guys are dedicated, hard working, and complete gentlemen. They helped me identify the issue in my car, and the owner stayed open late to let me wait for the locksmith in the shop, opposed to letting me sit and wait outside in the cold and dark. I wasnt a customer of theirs but Brian, the owner, stopped what he was doing to talk to me about an issue I was having with my Jeeps catalytic converters. Then he got down on his back to look under my car!! He told me they definitely needed to be replaced. We discussed pricing and he explained what full replacement or possible welding would cost.Brian and 3 or 4 of his mechanics are Jeep owners.

Emissions inspection was immediate and the process was quick. Technician was courteous and efficient.

They do all my oil changes and emissions. Been going there for many years. In and out quick. Theyre great people! Brian, Andy and the rest of the Techs are awesome! I was just there today with my Inferno Toyota Tundra TRD Pro and got the oil changed and emission done! They do other work also like brakes engine work.

I have no doubt that I’m going to be doing business with Brian in the future. Pulled up with a warning light on my dashboard that I have no oil pressure and needed to immediately shut down my engine. 60 miles from home. He performed a diagnostic test and told me that I needed a new sensor and told me how to replace it if I wanted to go that route. Driving home was much better than the alternative.

I love this place for an oil change, you dont even get out of the car! Fast! They check all fluids, and tire air pressure. They give you a heads up if they see a potential problem, Love them.

This morning, approximately one week after an oil change at Lost Mountain Express Lube, the drain plug fell out of my car. My car has lost all of its oil and now needs to be cleaned from front bumper to rear bumper. I should have known something was off when none of the techs seemed happy to be there, and I showed up at 4:00 only to be told to wait so a tech could tell his friend something because “they were supposed to be leaving early.” This was a very rushed job, and honestly wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. I will no longer be taking my vehicles here. Thankfully my car is okay. I just advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible.

Great service at a great price and FAST! I was done with the dreaded oil/filter change in less than 10 minutes! The owner is on deck to greet you and you get the sense that this is an honest, fair establishment. I will be back!

Amber Faith. I am sorry your car broke down However in our computer system your name and car is not listed as ever been to our facility. I do see quite a few Fiats in our garage and keep plenty of filters for those cars. Also noted is you drove more than 200 miles from our facility not to mention the amount of miles you drove before you left for your trip. with absolutely zero issues in a car with less than stellar reliability issues. So is it possibly an issue with your car and not the facility you took it to? Once again I am very sorry about you breaking down.

The staff at this place were really friendly and courteous. I had a spark plug coil pack fail and they replaced it quickly. It was about a 20 minute pit stop.

I drive a Fiat 500 and I went here to get my oil changed- the man working seemed offput by the car, saying that they didnt get fiats very often, but that they would be able to do the oil change. A while later, my car broke down smoking on the highway, 200 miles away from home. I am not exagerating at all when I say that the dealership I went to to get repairs told me that there was so much oil in my engine that I had to get the ENTIRE ENGINE replaced, due to almost 2 quarts of oil spilling everywhere from this change (I thank the universe every day that it was still under warranty, because it would have been an $8,000 repair). This is not my first bad experience with this place- they also put the mileage sticker for your next oil change much too soon, so that you come in more often then you need to. It is full of very nice people, but they are a horrific place to get your car fixed. STAY AWAY.
