Great pharmacy staff today. Got our booster shots after making an appointment online and completed vaccine authorization before arriving. Everyone was quick and courteous. Stay safe!

Very lazy and rude people that work in the photo department. My first experience a photo female was very rude and dismissive like I was bothering her although there was no one else in line I only had one question. My second experience in the photo department was today with a different female I asked could she check me out because the other line was 4 deep and she was not busy at all just standing there putting photos away and she dismissed me with a rude NO and said I have to go and wait in the long line. Terrible customer service.

2nd time I go to get Rx, and pharmacy is closed - no pharmacist. Drive thru had a sign - short staffed - come inside. Go inside - ITS CLOSED. Looking for new pharmacy.

My doctor called in a prescription which I called for 5 days to verify. I sat on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Whats ironic is it would sometimes say I have callers waiting and other times like now it just says theyre answering other calls. After holding for so long the phone would just hang up. So far Ive been holding for ten minutes. This is unprofessional. What is I was sick and about to die from lack of medication. I wonder if this is a law suit because the entire staff is unprofessional. Im honestly still holding. I wish I could give no stars

Worst place in the world to go.. you can’t come at 6 cause they close at 7. And it takes way longer then an hour to get your meds!!!!! All I’m saying is, don’t have anything to do if you plan on coming to this Walgreens!!

Today was a wildly busy day for the pharmacy. They were so clearly slammed—as in 4-hour-wait-times slammed.But when I came in today with prescriptions to fill after having surgery, they saw how miserable I was and put a rush on my medication. It was maybe 15 minutes before it was ready; I’m really, really grateful for their compassion and kindness on a day that I really needed it.10/10 pharmacy experience!

The pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They have a vaccination check in line, but they take all kind of other customers in that line before those like me, who actually have an appointment. I stood in line behind TWO people for over 20 minutes. There are 5 people back here. Could not one be designated to check in the appointments? If I didnt really need this vaccination, I would have left. Whoever manages this pharmacy needs to completely revamp it. This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

This has to be the worst pharmacy on planet Earth. My prescription was called in on a Monday they were closed at 7:00 p.m. when I came to get it because the hours changed. I come back on Tuesday at 3:00 and wait half an hour for me to be told its going to be another hour and a half, came back at 6:00 and they asked me to come back on Wednesday and after I complain they told me its going to be another hour. GET. IT.TOGETHER! I guess CVS will get my business in the future. UGH!

Excellent staff and very prompt with filling my prescriptions every time. They always remind me that I can use my rewards that I have built up over time at checkout, saving me all kinds of money. Now thats something that I can appreciate. Who doesnt enjoy saving money?

Worst pharmacy customer service ever. Usually go to CVS, but since this place was closer to my home I decided to give them a try. Never again, terrible, terrible customer service. Long waits, no attention by the workers behind the counter. Avoid this place like the plague.

There’s a Full size mattress in the parking lot and it’s been there awhile. Management isn’t up to par. I am truly disappointed with the lackluster attitude towards providing an inviting shopping experience. Brownsville Rd/ Hiram Lithia Springs location.

Great store and friendly staff except for Rasheed very unprofessional and has an I don’t want to help attitude if you don’t like customer service then you probably shouldn’t be working in retail. Other than that the store is very clean and organize and the other staff is friendly and helpful

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow and not very knowledgeable when dealing with insurance.

I arrived at the store 30 October 2021 at 5:30 PM. The pharmacist tells me to come tomorrow because they do not have that prescription. When I go there the 31st the store was closed. While my son can barely breathe. Walgreens just lost a customer😡.

Scheduled a Covid-19 Vaccine dosage online. The day of I go there 5 minutes early to check in for my appointment. I filled out my information and waited and hour and fifteen minutes for other people who showed up after me with later appointment times to get their vaccines before me. Pharmacy associate working there knew nothing about what was even happening and gave me a boiler plate response to my complaints. I am at awe at the sheer amount of incompetence at this location.

Generally very upset with this Pharmacy! 2 months in a row they are having a hard time filling my sons prescription. They take over a week to fill it, and now my son is out of medicine again... I would suggest to anyone to go to another Pharmacy!!!

Long drive thru lines. You have to wait more on your turn. They open after 9 and close at 9! Cvs in Villa Rica closes later!I was reccomended Publix but I didnt listen.

Prices and sales are a bit confusing. Otherwise, a great store.

Not a fan. New here and couldn’t get my prescription filled. Told me no partial refills could be filled. Had to get it from my original pharmacy back home. I’m not flying home just to get my meds. So I go on the Walgreens app and got it refilled on there at another local pharmacy. Hopefully it goes through but obviously they weren’t very helpful. They seem annoyed.

Every time I come to this Walgreens to pick up prescriptions I end up waiting in line for 20 minutes plus.

Walked into this location, a few minutes before closing time, my wife and I were approached by the Shift Leader, Ken. Instead of politely greeting us or welcoming us to Walgreens, he just said You have 2 minutes to get what you need and get out. We quickly got the items we needed and proceeded to the checkout counter. Since there was someone currently checking out, my wife stopped to grab a magazine. Ken then thought that a great form of customer service would be to yell across the store at my wife that she needs to get to the checkout counter so we can leave. I approached Ken and asked how long he had been a manager. He stated that he had been in management for 10 years. I then asked him if he thought is actions were an acceptable form of customer service and why he felt the need to disrespect my wife instead of showing appreciation for our continued business. His only reply to my questions were that he loses more money for each minute after closing time that he stays open than the few dollars we spend at his store. Truly a great way to treat customers who have only shopped at Walgreens for 15 years. Sad to say that we werent the only customers that he spoke to this way as another woman walked in as we were checking out and told her that she had less than a minute to check out an go. We checked out at 10:02. I truly apologize for the money Walgreens lost in those 2 minutes after closing time we were in your store but I can guarantee that they will never do business at this location again.

Everything I have bought has been food. Medications, photos dept, pharmacy has been helpful and great.

The downside is they close so early (especially Saturday’s) ! However, one of the technicians there is very fast & friendly! I went through the drive thru to drop off my prescription & she told me to circle around the building and she would have it ready. (That she did!) Then, another time I got the same tech and someone messed up the quantity of my medicine and she fixed it in like 2-3 minutes. (I wish I knew her name) will edit after I find out.

Girl at the pharmacy drive thru is always so sweet and helpful. You can tell she likes her job because every time Ive been, shes always so positive and willing to help. No attitude, no mad face. Just always smiles!

Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. Ive been using Walgreens as my pharmacy for years, but my experiences at this one have changed that. They never have my prescriptions, so they send me off to another one, and there goes my entire evening with my kids because Im stuck in traffic during rush hour because they couldnt be bothered to let me know or handle proper inventory control.Then tonight after waiting for two hours for traffic to die down I decide to try a different tactic and just take my kids with me to at least have that time. When I get there they tell me that two hours wasnt long enough to get my prescription ready (although the did finally have it in stock) and that Ill have to wait for another 45 minutes with my kids already unhappy in the back seat because - and in these exact words - there are other people in front of me. How are other people a higher priority, if Im already at the cash register after waiting for two hours?Ive struggle with this unprofessional crew long enough. Loyalty is earned with respect, for me and for my time. Im done.

Great store but the pharmacy sucks! As others have stated the pharmacist is very rude! I have experienced this with several Walgreens pharmacies and after my latest experience I will no longer give another Walgreens pharmacy my business.

If you value sanity DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! There is an extremely rude female pharmacist who refused to fill a prescription to allergy medicine my Doctor called in twice! She also lied to my Drand said I refused to pick up the perscription. I called in and talked to a female who worked in the pharmacy and in 3 min she was able to get my perscription ordered. The female pharmacist is unprofessional, incompetent and rude!

Best place to get med refill. They help you and very kind people here.

I called 5 times. They answered and immediately hung up the first 4 times. The 5th time, they answered the phone and spoke with me for a little bit before hanging up on me.
