I was traveling from Iowa to Douglasville and my uhaul trailer was to be droped with them and they were to direct me to the nearest uhaul stirage facility . The woman was very rude and disrespectful i am a 64 yr old woman askung for help she refused to even help me and had her computer right in front of her saying i can do nothing. This is bad customer service !!So teaveliers do not stop here for help. And the place was dirty and smelled bad !! Very unhealthy conditions and i am a nurse who just ended a contract as a covid nurse . No safety measures or hand sanitizing station .
