About a week ago, I was going to my car in a motor cart because I have bad arthritic knees and a torn meniscus. A man in a truck backed into me knocking me off of the cart an on to the cement. Had the lady next to him not stopped him by telling him there was somebody behind him I dont know what would have happened. He didnt hear my screaming or pounding on his truck.I say this to say the employees at this Kroger were of immeasurable comfort to me! I feel that Stefan, Ashley the meat dept mgr and Sharika went above and beyond to help me and comfort me until my husband and police showed up. To any reviewers out there throwing this Kroger under the bus for taking too long or being spoken to rudely please take it from me, that is the small stuff. At the end of the day, we all want to be treated with respect and dignity but can you ask yourself and answer honestly that you are being the best you can be to people 100% of the time wherever YOU go? These people showed me their true character in a emergency for someone they didnt know. They were totally self sacrifing and compassionate and you cant find that hardly anywhere today. You cant get any better than that!

I don’t know what has happened to this store. It used to be one of the best grocery stores and pharmacies around, but not anymore. The pharmacy now takes forever to fill a prescription, even if the prescriber asks them to expedite it. Last week I took a prescription there to be filled, and was told immediately that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. That was early in the afternoon. Today, my doctor called in a prescription around 4:00pm, and at 6:30pm I haven’t heard anything. My doctor tried calling to have them expedite the order, but had to leave a message because, as usual, they aren’t answering the phone. I knew they weren’t answering the phone for me, but I expected that they would answer the prescriber line. They did not. I tried calling the pharmacy several times, but they would never answer the phone. I then tried calling Customer Service, with the same result. Is this store closing, or what?

Im tired of them never answering the phone! How can customers get answers to their questions without having to drive all the time to speak to someone? Some of us dont have that kind of time. Used to be great but now 😑👎🏻

I used to shop here all the time, but it seems to have gone downhill. Tried it again, and immediately left. Produce employees still wearing mask under nose or on chin, all the while talking over the produce to another employee over the produce, sneezing, coughing over exposed produce. Pharmacy Drive Thru still closed; pharmacy lines still long with only one register open; 2 day refill time. Inventory, including produce, is empty. Hope it gets better.

I use to love this Kroger even continued to come after i moved. I will definitely be switching! The employees definitely lack with customer service they bearly acknowledge you even if there is no line. The drive through is closed, they dont fill the providers request. I am having to come in and ask for refills because they dont answer the phone or answer and act like they cant hear you (hello hello) and hang up! All around has changed i dont know what happened but management retrain your employees. & again i get when they are busy but just the lack of everything even when they are not Horrible!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like the bad experience I had a this store needed to be reviewed. I shop a this store a lot and rarely I interact with the employees until today. I am in a bit of an emergency so I had some money sent to me. I called last night and they told me they were closed for the night, that’s fine. I called this morning to verify the customer service hours and I was told it closed at 8pm. I drove to the store immediately after work (5pm)only to find the customer service desk closed up. The lady at the counter told me she was closed. I told her I had called in the morning but she said again they are closed. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she had called the manager for me but that if I wanted to speak to her I needed to walk to the self checkouts. After a few minutes the manager appears offering no assistance or solution. I am telling her that I called and she just said “sorry we don’t have anyone and I was not here this morning” at this she begins to walk away which I found very rude. I walked behind her to ask for her name, Tiffany and that’s when I saw her name badge that said store manager. I asked her if she was the store manager to which she replied “yup” and continued to walk away from me. I was extremely shocked to the rudeness of this lady. I understand being understaffed but there was no need to be so rude. How can you offer services and not have coverage or a replacement ? I also filed a complaint with the Kroger national number. I doubt anything will come to this but I had never experienced service like this.

I have always liked Kroger. If you come across an employee, they are normally very polite. My mom who is 76 is slow when it comes to checking out. The cashier went into her pocket and gifted my mom $10 towards her bill. It was so sweet.I appreciate great people, especially in the world today. We all owe it to pay it forward. Yes, I give all the time!

This is the worst Krogers I have ever been in my whole life. After a visit to the dr office and ct scan tried to get pain medicine which the pharmacy after 2 hours of calling no answer . So I go to the store and wait 1hour no prescription ready the pharmacist leaves and a tech feels my prescription I go to speak to store manager but she was to busy to speak to me Krogers at Brownsville stick I will change pharmacy and grocery store most of my neighbors have I hope everyone leaves this store I hope they close up and someone else moves in .PS i will be calling district Monday

We shop here often, but their pharmacy never gets prescriptions called in from doctors offices.

Besides not having enough Haagen-Dazs “dulce de leche” ice cream, pretty good grocery store. They need to order more of what they sell out of and less of what’s always on the shelf.

I get off my job at 11:30pm at the earliest, and I greatly depend on Kroger being open until midnight because nothing else around here is. Im getting really sick of rolling up at 11:45 or 11:50 and finding that your employees have randomly decided that no one is allowed in any more. If its too much of a burden for you to be open until midnight, then officially change your hours, but if not then please tell your employees that the doors are to remain open until midnight every single night.

Definitely come here if you want racial slurs yelled at you!

They had no strawberries when I went but its cool. The store itself is stocked up nicely and I had no issues here.

The picture says it all this store customer service center has been closed since Thursday of last week May 07, 2021. Its MondayMay 10 still close. Customer service is so much than returns.

Website says they close at 12 am. Pulled up at 10:55 to get some cold medicine for my kid and the doors were locked. They had a guy sitting at the entrance and he just pretended like he didnt see anybody. Smh.

I have never shopped in a more disgusting Kroger. This store just feels nasty to be in...bathrooms are on par with a truck stop in Alabama. I just cant believe that Kroger employs management with such low standards. A great reason to drive 5 minutes down the road to Publix from now on.

I ordered groceries. My pick up time was 6-7pm. I receiveda call at 5:15 stating to be there at 7 as they were running behind.When I arrived, it took 6 minutes for someone to answer the phone.I asked when my order would be ready and Tyree didnt have an answer.I asked for a manager. Tiffany got on the phone at 7:13 and again couldnt tell me when my order would be ready. She cancelled the order and hung up on me. This store doesnt look or act like Kroger. I didntwant to even give 1 star, but you cant post unless you choose 1 star.I now shop at Publix.

This Kroger has really gone downhill over the years. There is never any handicap parking, they only have a few, and anyone parks in them so when someone really needs one they can’t get one. They moved everything in the store around and they are out of a lot of items and they don’t seem to care. Very poor management

Terrible service from curbside non pick up. Waited 30 minutes when inside then Waited another 30 minutes never received the order or anyone else that was waiting on theres either. April 19th 615 to 715. Go elsewhere

This Kroger was built right after we bought our home over 13 years ago and Ive always enjoyed shopping here. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The pharmacy is always very speedy. From drop off to pick up has never taken more than 20 minutes and they are always eager to answer any questions you might have.

I love how close this store is to my home. My children love going grocery shopping with me because the cashiers are so nice and give them stickers every time. The only negative comment I have about this location is that on several occasions while I have been in the self check out lanes, I have overheard some cashiers speaking to each other about what they were doing the night/weekend before (not things I want to hear, nor do I want my children to hear), and Ive also heard some cashiers using foul language casually like its no big deal (which again, I dont want to hear nor my children).

Awesome customer service and great prices. Everyone was so HELPFUL AND HAPPY. But when I went to self checkout the young white lady with highlights in her hair turned her back to me didnt speak at all didnt say hello welcome to Kroger or have a nice day she was just on her phone which I found was very rude and disrespectful but other than that good to go.

The cashier doesnt have to check your drivers license if your over 21 the customer service lady told me that when their cashier gave me the wrong cigarettes. They eventually LET me pay more for what I orginally asked for but wasted 30 minutes of arguing.

First of all, VERY PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY. Store is just as great, most of time, good handicap access, with plenty of motorized carts. Fresh food and good deals. Save on gas by using surveys. Friendly folks everywhere, and weekly sales. I love Kroger!

I love Kroger. I navigate the store with ease. Every aisle is self explanatory. Theyre always so neat and clean.Sometimes theyre stocking the shelves or stocking in the meat department. Its not a problem.They actually step out of the way so you can continue shopping and even help you locate an item if you need the extra help. Kroger is my go to for fresh produce, meats and dairies for the lowest prices. Including cereals and can goods. Ill always shop Kroger. 😄😄

They truly have the BEST DEALS- especially on Seafood. I just bought several fresh Lobster Trails for $5 ea and shrimp skewers for $1 ea from there. I LOVE IT!🙌🏿

I love the free Friday downloads. I shop here all the time. Its good to get something from the store to show appreciation for my shopping there. They mail me coupons for things I buy on a regular basis.

I love shopping at Krogers! Customer service is great, sometimes I forget stuff that I bought and I can always retrieve it back with no hassles. Their store set up is easy to memorize and just make my shopping fast and convenient especially when I am in a hurry. Come and make it your home shop too!

It was good. Taking off a star because in the dairy area, there was a open container of yogurt left on a display. Someone probably dropped it, but it should not be there. Anyway, it is a good visit.

My Kroger is always exceptional. The people the cashiers the stockers the managers and the general attitude of all the people is exceptional. Ive been going there for years and will continue to go there regardless the stores that are around me. I recommend this store to anyone.

I enjoy shopping at Kroger because they offer a large variety of organic options, that are VERY, VERY reasonable. However, I went to a different location this morning and they were out of Bays English Muffins. Also, when I ordered lunchmeat from the Deli, I asked for the meat and cheese to be sliced not too thin, yet both were. This wont stop me from being a loyal Kroger customer though, because these two issues are rare incidents.

Doesnt carry as wide a selection of merchandise as it used to. Fruit and vegetables are better at Publix

I am very disturbed by the amount of expired items on the shelves. This includes sandwich meat, beer, hummus, etc. Check your dates when shopping here. I spoke with customer service to make them aware of there expired items, one being a Winter beer that expired 10 months ago and she said she’d take care of it. I came back to the store several days later to find this had not been taken care of.

Today was the last straw for this Kroger. I only had 10 items on my list, and this Kroger was out of 3 of them. I had to go to Publics to finish shopping. Publics is only 3 miles away, and a fully stocked Kroger is 10 miles away. I might as well start at one of these others since Ill have to go there anyway. Ive discussed my concerns previously with management but nothing changes. If you only need bread and milk, fine. Otherwise, go to Publics or the Kroger in Dallas.

Best Kroger ever!! I have WIC and they always help me out with getting the right products. And there is this one guy who walks to work every single day! I seriously couldn’t be more impressed. The list goes on and on. The staff always asks about my kids and gives them stickers when they can! Love this place!

Kroger has always been the market of my choice when it comes to cleanliness, picking up something quick and fast for dinner, and most of all the overall discounts in store and for fuel.What I dont like I believe that Kroger should screen their cashiers more often for customer service, some of the cashiers can put on a great front and become very unprofessional. The people at the lunch meat area, never seem to be pleasant, its like they hate their job. The people in the pharmacy area is always pleasant and very professional. I wish some of the other workers will take notes

Nothing is every in stock at this Kroger, especially in the dairy department. I’ve come in a so many times and at different times of the day and haven’t been able to get what I need. They weren’t even specialty items. (Milk, creamer, juice etc) Also watch out for expired food! I’ve had to return items before because of this. I have given up shopping here. I wish I didn’t have to because it’s so close to home but it’s such a waste of time having to go to multiple stores.

Brownsville rd Kroger is my favorite store by far. Only one other kroger is better. Management is friendly, the workers do a great job, always items in stock. Thank you!

Good fresh vegetable vegetarian vegan everything you want its right there Kroger

4 stars for their organic section and organic produce section, everything else is fake processed food thats not really fit for human consumption. Thankfully for Kroger most people are unaware of this and believe cheap and convenient (counterfeit food) is the way to go despite that it harms their familys long-term health.

The self checkout registers were all open unlike in other grocery stores is the area. This meant faster checkout for me.

I shop at this Kroger often due to location. Please check your bags! I cannot even begin to mention how many times Ive gotten home after shopping and Im CONSTANTLY missing items I purchased. It happens way too often to be considered excusable.

On Brownsville Road is one of the special Krogers I know of for it is close to my house and its reasonably clean

I love this Kroger. My wallet got stolen at the Kroger on hospital Dr douglasville and the manager was like oh well. I spend a lot of money at Kroger and get my meds there. The manager could have at least called the police for me and made me feel better. I have not been back since.

Not a big fan of this particular Kroger mainly because of the location, parking and limited availability of the items I seek. When I need to shop in any Kroger, I try to use the one on Macland Rd. Nonetheless, the staff there are tremendously helpful and friendly.

Products are generally in the same area, not too crowded. There are only two self checkouts for a large number of groceries but 6 additional ones for about two bags of groceries. Getting out of the parking lot takes more time than others.

Had the most positive experience at Kroger on Brownsville Rd in Powder Springs, GA tonight than Ive ever had before. Very helpful, polite and courteous.

The produce was not fresh, or clean and had flys all over the department will not shop here again. I will go back to the Krogers on Powder Springs Rd. were the produce is always fresh and the department is always clean with the rest of the store.

Staff are superb! Very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. The only issue I have with this store is they have some out of stocks in produce area on weekends and evenings. Update: They are frequently out of Kraft & Sargento parmesan cheese, Dasani Sparkling, and Powerade when those things are on sale. I wish they would put up displays to help keep some inventory on the floor when there are sales for those items. Last time I was there (this past...Sunday afternoon?) they were out of Powerade Zero Mixed Berry 8pks (as well as every other flavor except Fruit Punch) and when I asked the store associate if he could check in back, he said if theres nothing on the shelf then thats it. Unfortunate - the regular out of stocks are my main issue.

Kroger has the cleanest bathrooms compared to Walmart and the Mall. It always smells good and kept well.

Found out of date Apple Juice in the Dairy Cooler. There were 9 selling units of 1 gallon Apple Juice with an expiration date of September 25, 2017. Your consumers trust, that products purchased will be safe to consume.
