Jake was extremely professional and understanding after my accident. He went out of his way to make sure I could get my things from my vehicle and understood that I live 2 hours away from Prattville. Definitely an upstanding person!! Very much appreciated the way I was treated!

Our car broke down on the side of I65 on our way home from vacation and Powell was the towing company our roadside assistance set us up with! Such a wonderful, friendly, and helpful place! The driver came to our car, waited for the rain to subside, AND helped us look over our car to find that the battery was drained. He probably saved us a lot of money to tow it. I DEFINITELY recommend them if you need help!!!

Joel Powell rescued our family from the interstate at 2am with a smile, was kind and friendly and prompt. Helped us get the car to the dealership and our 3 little kids to the hotel. He was very knowledgeable of the area and his vehicle was clean and perfect for the job. I hope I never need his services again, but if I need a tow hes my man!

They seem to be the only towing service for police tows in this area as they have had 3 of my families cars this year they always hold the cars over night as they are NOT open 24 hours as they claim .. and they charge double the towing fee of any other place Ive dealt with at $150.00 per tow minimum.
