Looking for a 4ft. washable rug in a solid brown color. Nothing. Clean and orderly. Personnel hard to find, and only one entrance and cashier.Sinking ship!

Works great for in our refrigerators bottom shelf. I used 20# double sided tape and it worked perfectly.

The staff have generally been super friendly and helpful, they have good deals on clearance things, and as long as youre aware of real pricing and make use of coupons or sales, the prices here are entirely reasonable. Wait times to checkout can be a little long and the rear entrance/checkout seems to be inconsistently available and/or permanently closed?

They have Simple Human trash bags ! Awesome, I dont have to order online. They also have compost pail liners, though they are out at the moment, and have those little things you need and cant find anywhere else.

Great selection of many things

Lots of variety! If youve never shopped a Bed Bath and Beyond, they have a bit of everything and plenty you wouldnt expect. Its a fun place to shop because of that as well. Good selection on towels, curtains and bedding, large selection of kitchen wares and gadgets. Plenty of great seasonal things that change over for holidays and seasons. Also plenty of As seen on TV items and random things you never knew you needed. Easy to find gifts here, and there is a wedding registry option as well.Store itself has friendly employees. Aisles can be tight and if you have grabby kid in stroller they are nearly impossible. The shelving and section dividers are tall in some areas making things a tad darker and claustrophobia inducing. Bathrooms are generally tidy.They do close the mall side entrance at a certain time, which if you dont shop often enough to know this you may find you cannot get out the way you came in. When this happened, I actually called the store from my cell while in the store so they could send someone over to open the other side as I was parked on the mall side. They were super friendly and came to let me out, but it is good to know that as the other stores close in the mall, they do lock up that entrance on that side of the store.

Same as always - exceptionally high prices. I only go here with a coupon every 6 months or so to buy a new shower squeegee. Even with the coupons, most anything else this store carries can be purchased elsewhere locally or on line for less money.

We’ve spent a substantial amount of money at Bed Bath and Beyond. Thanks to their political wokeness and cancel culture, we will no longer spend our hard earned money at Bed Bath and Beyond. They can keep their coupons...

Me....being a guy....NEVER knew there was so many selections on really cool stuff...that I have NO idea its for... BUT, my WIFE does, and she is the BOSS. The shopping carts corner well, and have good traction...(especially by the towel section guys) have pulled some 6 second isles there.. so, if your WIFE needs something you have never heard of before, take her here!! Its amazing place for all your wifes needs in home decor.

I live in Sedona but ordered a Papasan chair online during a sale and came to Prescott to pick it up. All the people I interacted with, both by phone and in the store were super helpful and friendly. Parts of the chair were hard to fit in my car but the assistant manager was cheerful and made sure we got it in and brought out rope to attach it. I really appreciated how nice everyone was and I love my new chair.

I love this store . I can never just go in and look, I always come out with several items. Use the coupons! They take their own coupons even when they are expired doesnt matter how expired they are and theres no limit on how many you can use, no other store offers this. They do accept other manufacture coupons if they carry the item but they can not be expired.

Very helpful after a while. I was dirty and dusty from work, think they thought I was homeless or something but once I was ready to spend I was helped. I always shop here so I was disappointed. The sales lady that finally helped me was wonderful. Dont know if I will shop here anymore.

Last month, in preparation for my husbands memorial service, I ran in to buy 4 guest towels. Because I was in a hurry, I didnt look at them until I was home. What I found was that I paid $34 for 4 wash clothes. They were the exactly the same in every way except for being called towel, but cost more than twice the price. I couldnt return them as I needed them that day, so I removed the tags and washed them. I know I shld have looked at what I was buying, but I had a lot on my mind.

I just had ceramic tile put down in my bathroom. For 76 years it was only vinylflooring. Today at BB and B, I found the light gray towels anf frosted shower curtain I wanted. The frost curtain, in front of a gray one, will give s silver look which is whst I wanted. Thank you for the wide selection of colors of quality merchandise.

I returned an item today with a receipt and I was asked by the salesperson if I had already returned the item (?). I said no.She said her computer showed that the item had already been returned.She called a manager who authorized an over ride on the computer.Then she asked me for my name and address. I asked her if it was normal procedure to ask for a customers name and address. She said,no only if there was an over ride. I asked for the manager again. I explained that I purchased the item in good faith and that I had a receiptfor the return and yet the store was clearly flagging the return with myname and address. She excused the interaction by saying that thiswas just a system procedure. At no time was the original salespersonaware of the embarrassment she was causing me nor was the manageraware that claiming that this was the fault of her system was a clearsign of poor customer service awareness. Had either been kind orfriendly during the lengthy time needed to process this return, thispost would not be here.

Sales staff on the floor was awesome. The cashier, however, didnt acknowledge me and I had to ask if the transaction was finished so I knew if it was time to insert my card. It appears that the cashier and another associate were discussing schedules and couldnt put their conversation on hold until after my transaction was finished.

Went for a vaporizer and came out with a unit better than what I went for and much less expensive. Excellent variety to choose from. Sally

Very tidy, pretty quiet.......we had the whole store to ourselves. It was a shame really, they sell get brand name products and have nearly everything for a home.

Theres a need to go here every once and a while, and its always useful when you do, I like them, they are helpful and polite.

They were able to help my wife and I return an item that was purchased on accident online and then get the new, correct item. They didnt have many people helping out customers at the time, but they were still able to get through everyone fairly quickly.

The store needs scanners for customers to use as most merchandise has bar codes only and no price tickets. Many stack out,s do not have price signs and to go to the cashier to check a price many times there 5 people in line ahead of you just to check a price.

They seem to have every household thing you can think of, so they are good for finding what you want, but they seem overpriced.
