The staff at The Home Depot is very helpful. They have always went above and beyond to help me in every aspect. From advice, to finding hidden items. I truly appreciate all of your hard work. Thank you all very much.
Multiple time shopper and again, had a great experience at the customer service desk. Carol and Jacque went above what is expected! They quickly processed my in-store pick up and also helped me with other questions. Staying professional while also having a great sense of humor! This is an excellent Home Depot location here off the 69 in Prescott!
Was a big Lowes fan but my last trip to Home Depot was so good I will be doing business there now. Friendly helpful people. Thank you.
Best Home Depot around. Always have what you are looking for and helpful staff.
Relatively friendly and helpful folks, with the plandemic service is overworked due to shortage of staff. I still prefer HomeDepot over Lowes. The location of this HomeDepot has limited or non-existant T mobile cell service, its on reservation land though I dont know why that would matter since its right off AZ highway 69.
Im renting a Pinskey TRUCK AND so far the customer service has BEEN GREAT, MAC IS THE MAN GREAT GUY THANK YOU MAC
We Love Our Home Depot! They have just about everything you need or want for your home! The Ryobi days is a great way to get tools such as the cordless fan that we use All the time-so nice not to have to worry about anyone tripping over the cord! The people are Very Nice especially Ryan in the Lumber department-he always helps us!
The service was great, asked a sales person where something was and he directed me there. The girl at the register showed me how to use it. GOOD EXPERIENCE!
I came to Home Depot because they had the supplies that I needed. As like everything else they have doubled in price. Got to love Joe Biden. I just wish things would come back to normal because all this inflation is killing me
Long, long story but the bottom line is never, ever use the Home Depot online ordering. It seems as though their online division is completely separate from their brick and mortar stores and if there is any issue whatsoever, the store is unable to deal with it.Also, dont expect a phone call from the store if they are only delivering a partial order...they will just show up and drop off the partial order. This isnt the first time weve had issues with their online ordering, but I can say without qualification it will be the last.
They do their best to help you find what you need. The pro desk is always on the ball
Home Depot is trash. Their customer service is terrible. They contract out with other companies and take no responsibility for the service that is provided. My mother ordered a washer and dryer to be installed but the delivery person tore down a tree and refused to deliver the appliances while yelling at her and my moms neighbor (saying “he wouldn’t argue with a woman”). The delivery company hung up on us twice when we filed a claim for tree repairs—no resolution. Home Depot then finally had another local company deliver the appliance and they came without the installation brackets and didn’t install it.My mom paid for all of the above. And Home Depot is now saying they won’t install it and those brackets won’t be here for another month. The worst part is that every person we’ve called just passes us to another employee claiming they don’t have any power. Trash company, trash customer service—don’t waste your money or time here. Especially if you are a woman.
I would give it zero stars! Today went to drop some money on a new grill was all excited to check them out, no one would help us or even give us a price they told us we need to drag each individual grill to the counter to check the pricing. Only one employee was trying to help but even his coworkers made fun of him. Went to Lowe’s right across the street should have listened to everyone’s advice and save my time. But Lowe’s, wow greeted better quality spent more then we wanted but worth it. Bye bye Home Depot for all our business rental needs and anything else. Thank you for pushing us to Lowe’s!
Went into this location really quick to purchase a single stick of wood moulding. After entering the aisle where the moulding is located, an associate closed the aisle block off gate at one end and just stood there staring at us. Not a single word uttered. Just stares. After a few seconds, another associate closed the gate on us at the other end of the aisle. After a few moments passed, I heard a third associate from the next aisle over say “Just go tell them to get out!” After that, the second aforementioned associate came over to us to ask us if we needed help and asked us how long we were going to be. We had chosen the moulding we wanted and asked the associate if he could cut it in half for us. While walking to the saw, I had seen the forklift operator retrieving a pallet off of a shelf. I then understood that they were likely closing off the aisle to avoid potential falling hazards to people on the other side. The way these associates handled the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional. The first individual just leaning on the gate and staring at us like we were just an inconvenience. The forklift operator especially telling another associate to “just go tell them to get out”. I am a paying customer that can take as damn long as I choose.
Received excellent customer service from Amanda today. I was having to deal with another Home Depot (Flagstaff) to pick up a shower door kit there because my Prescott store did not have it. The guy in Flagstaff called me to say they didnt have it either & would refund me the money that I had paid in advance in Prescott so that I could contact the other store in Flagstaff because he checked & they had it. I asked him if he could just call them for me & explain that I have already paid & would pick it up there and he just said No. So I went back to Amanda here in Prescott and she went above and beyond to help straighten this out. She is having it shipped here so I dont even have to drive the 100 miles to Flagstaff to get it. Thank you Amanda!!
Great store. Has all you need or want for lumber or repairs, etc
Had exactly what I was looking for! Communication was excellent too!
I met a gentleman named Bob (in flooring) on my visit to Home Depot today. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions concerning tile setting. His 50+ years of experience before retiring and working part-time at Home Depot really showed. Because of his help and expertise, I will be buying all my tile needs from him for a rather sizable upcoming project. Cudos to Home Depot for having someone like Bob on board to educate customers like me!
Helpful employee cut my order to my specific needs.
Will never be back on service on help Sam Walton is turning in his grave
Was disappointed you only had 15 ft and 50 ft and 100 foot garden hoses, I wanted a 25 ft. Other than that the store was fine.
I ordered a large shelf online to put in my garage for storage, but the Home Depot web site did not say the dimensions of the boxes that would be delivered. So, I called and Valerie measured them for me right away. I determined that they would fit in my car, so I went to pick them up and Valerie put them on a large cart, wheeled them to my car, and put them in for me - all with a cheerful attitude. Thanks, Valerie!
Helpful staff but not always easy to find someone available. Great selection. Very helpful loading my truck. MILITARY DISCOUNT!
Grills look great and are already assembled. Will be going back up to get one. Yummy food!! Nom nom nom
Good luck finding anyone who will help you. They literally try not to make eye contact!
Store has what you are looking for most of the time, people are usually pretty nice. However their heating and air conditioning contractor sucks high pressure Doesnt listen to what your looking for Never will use their contractor
Too many people walking around. Ask clerk question and they act as if they dont work there. Their employees should spend a few days at True Value hardware and get what customer service is.
Went to get a texture sponge. Such a massive place but they dont carry it in stock. Wasted trip.
We were able to order our special items easily and was pleasantly surprised that the HD in Prescott had lower tax rate!
No help whatsoever. Except at checkout in the garden center. What a nice person.
I like the variety of items but it feels like Home Depot is Jack of all trades, master of none. Id give it a higher score of there were employees to be found to give advice, and if the garden department people were more knowledgeable. The in stock supplies of big ticket items is paltry, from tubs to tiles to appliances and they never have samples of the LVP flooring Im looking for. If you need a specific big item, go to a specialty store, ie, a flooring store, or lighting store. Totally Floored in PV, and Watters for landscaping is incredible by comparison.
As always they had what I needed to get the job done 👍
Just getting through to a real human to ask about an item is an exercise in patience.
Nice store, but nursery has not many spring, frost resistant annuals. No bare root toses in stock.
Went with Santiago & Lil Becks old man from Phoenix to get a door and some fence poles for their house in Prescott.
Never order online from this location. They took to long to get my bath tub and found it had been miss handled and broken. Was told there was another Tub in Flagstaff that was on hold for us. Went to Flagstaff they did not have the tub and was told never did. A wasted trip and wasted money on a company that shows customer service is non existent.
Has good assortment of anything that you could possibly need
I love it they have the things I need
Great customer service!
Return some flooring that we didnt need that I gave us no excuse whatsoever
Really appreciate the sales associate named Kate, she knew where everything was in the store, even though her Department was window covered. Above and beyond to help us. Very good experience. Not so impressed with the check out person
Home Depot cares little to rectify their mistakes or the delays they cause to a customer. After sending my material to the wrong city, then a second try with sending the wrong materials, then a third try by not keeping to their word to get the materials to the job site for workers to install the materials, their answer to the two week delay was to refund my money and then ignore the problem they caused with the incompetence by their workers. Home Depot corporate is no better. Since notifying corporate of the situation, I have yet to hear back from them.
Nice employees & lots of stuff
Outdoor garden staff was knowledgeable about plants and terra cotta pots were very reasonable priced.
This is my favorite home depot of all. When we need something they always have it. Wish or hope they could deliver when we place an order. That would be great. Either or great store and helpful staff.
Good customer service. Quick checkout.
Im a contractor and I have been since 2004, never before have I been so disrespected by a manager, I totally feel like my business is not appreciated. I have been working with a customer putting in a trench drain and all the Home Depots in phoenix had zero inventory of the trench drain I needed, I purchased the last three from store 0488. The pro desk informed me that Prescott Home Depot had 21 available, item number 052063002767. I asked the person at the pro desk if I could get the other three that I needed by Friday and he informed me that probably would not happen. I expressed the urgency of needing the product so I would not inconvenience my client, he suggested that I drive to Prescott Home Depot and pick them up so pretty much that is what I did. I arrived at Prescott Home Depot and located the trench drain that I needed, I asked for the manager to see if I could get a little discount on the price since I drove quite a ways to get this trench drain, I was surprised when the manager (Chance Haller) became very aggressive and spoke to me with a loud tone of voice and said these very words, (I didnt tell you to come up here to buy my products, so NO I am not giving you any discount). Damn how rude I felt totally disrespected by this guy, and he was supposed to be a manager? It wasnt my fault that Home Depot didnt have the product that was required for my client. I have been a customer of Home Depot for a long time, I think I might need to rethink where I purchase supplies for my clients. This Home Depot is located at, 1941 East Highway 69 Prescott, AZ. 86301. Beware of this place and the personnel you might get the same disrespectful treatment as I did, go to Lowes theyre much nicer and respectful.
Was looking for a thinner Christmas tree and they had several to choose from with some good prices. Thank you to the employee who happened to walk over just when I needed help getting it into my cart. Im really sorry I didnt get his name!
Multiple trips to this location, each employee seems put out, to offer what little help they have time to provide. Management seems more interested in setting up halloween displays at the busier times, then having staff available to help the purchasing customer. Staff was friendly, but was too busy to assist.
Just spent over$1000 on wood, very next day when we go to build half the wood is covered in this stinky pink bacteria or mold, not sure which. For the ridiculous price of wood I hate putting my health at risk. They need to sell bleach next to their nasty products.
While building a kids fort in my yard, needed cull lumber for the siding trim. James in lumber was kind to help me with what I was needing. I appreciate the help and being able to find people to help out.
Wow, the Home Depot representative, Randy, was outstanding!! He is definitely a 10!!
Great shopping 🛍 n nice staff.
Home Depot is a big box store that if youre needing to build something you can pretty much get what you need reasonable price indecent selection
Basic shopping experience for me and the employees are helpful with most questions
I usually like shopping at this location. Black Friday 2020 changed my perspective. I went into this location to order a Husky 46 tool chest which this store recently sold out of. I already had the item and catalog (SKU) number from the Home Depot website. I was told on an online chat that I could go into the local store and present my Veterans ID card to get my discount. When I was waited on, first I was told that they could not honor a Veterans discount for online orders (funny, I went in a few years ago and ordered a dishwasher and got my Veterans discount, but evidently there is no consistency). Secondly, the Point of Sale terminal for credit cards kept declining my credit card which has a credit limit of over $8,000 and no balance owed on it. These 2 situations made my experience very unpleasant. I came home, went online and ordered the item myself with the very same card. I guess the associates have no way to figure out if there is a glitch in their POS system or if they can or cannot honor discounts. Home Depot has always advertised honoring Veterans and providing discounts to active, retired and Veteran service members. Well I guess this experience make that false advertising. No one tried to reach out to a manager to verify anything so I guess problems will not resolved for loyal customers. Funny thing is that once the competitor across the street has a Veteran entered into their system, the Veteran can receive their discount both in the store and online. Home Depot needs to wake up and smell the saw dust.
When we bought and paid for our Samsung Refrigerator in this Home Depot store on 1-10-21 we were told it would be delivered on 2-5-21.It arrived on 2-5 through HD delivery service “Barlows” with both front doors smashed in. It was Not accepted and returned immediately to the store with delivery staff saying we would be notified that day of a new delivery date.I placed a call 2 days later after not receiving a call from them and finally received a call back 6 days later that it would be delivered on 2-18.However between the 12th and today 2-19-21 we have received 4 calls from this Company giving us a different delivery day each time which again has to be changed. Today 2-19-21 it was postponed again, however we took a chance yesterday and moved the barely working fridge that came with our recently purchased home out to the garage where they said they needed it to be for pickup, with the fridge Now no longer working at all.In order for us to keep our refrigerator food working I had to find and buy an Ice Chest($85.00) big enough to continue to store our food until Home Depot’s Delivery Service FIGURES IT OUT!I Am Very Unhappy And Don’t Recommend Buying Any Appliances Requiring Delivery!!Totally Unacceptable!!👎👎
Clean, nice folks. Old lady cashier cant think and walk at the same time. Had questions in chainsaws. The kid said yeah 40-1 mix is fine. Read instructions and later it says 50-1 mix. Old hardware stores and knowledge have gone the way of hiring the incompetent.
Perfect place for at home repairs, or on the job tools!! 👌👍 Great service is provided and the people are genuine.
As usual. However, its handy had they changed the packaging of the Kelloggs raised bed soil from 3 cubic feet to two. 21# less weight. This is an example of Google wanting reviews for a place that doesnt need reviews...
This is a nicely kept, large Home Depot. The location is well staffed and the staff are usually very helpful in directing towards hidden items I may be shopping for. The layout offers and products are much like youd find in any other store.
Overpriced to the point I hate going there.
Associates are the nicest people. Helpful and funny. Knowledgeable and remember you by name. I love my home depot store
Chris gomez in flooring was the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I have ever dealt with. Thanks Chris, we cant wait to get our floor installed!
Home Depot is the best place to go if youre looking for something for like wood metal unless youre looking for something for a manufactured house thats the only things they wont have other than a manufactured house /other than that they have everything theyre nice carrying it outgoing
Good place to find it almost there anything you need.
Cool and clean many items and decor items too. Was fun . One way in one way out. Follow the arrows on the floor. We used our masks. Excellent place. Credit cards or gift cards no cash at our register upon check out.
Home Depot has lots of market advantages, like size, market share, and economies of scale, which do little to enhance the customer experience; these are corporate concerns, not customer concerns. In consequence, I have seldom seen a Home Depot manager while shopping; I surmise their job is largely to manage the expectations of headquarters, which leaves a huge void in customer service training and satisfaction at most stores.Unfortunately, my method of dealing with their conspicuous shortcomings has been to lower my expectations because they give lip service to excellence and customer satisfaction, but, most of the time they have fallen far short of my expectations. In addition to lowering my expectations, I shop elsewhere whenever there is another store that focuses more on customers than the needs of their owners.
Home away from Home lol.Im a electrician and my local HD is amazing. Prescott Home depot in my opinion is way better than the prescott Valley location. Seems like to employees are more knowledgeable. Quick service
The garden section is on the West end of the store. All of the cashiers are on the East end of the store. To pay for my purchase with a live cashier I have to drag my 500 pounds of gravel all the way across the zip code, then all the way across the parking lot back to where I parked next to the garden section. The store is amply stocked, & the employees are friendly and helpful. The payment lay out sucks. Lowes, down the street, has cashiers readily available at both ends of the store. Why does Home depot have to be so special?
Great cashiers great attitude. Always have what I need
Good selection of cleaning supplies. Masks are also available here. Halloween decorations are looking good.
Its a decent store. Didnt have what I went in to buy but no big deal.
Julianna was very helpful. Great service friendly environment. Can always find what I need.
As good as Home Depot gets!
Still try to capture a picture of these rarely seen HD specialists
Good people and good stock!
Lance in the electrical department was extremely helpful he got me exactly what I needed.
Lots of great deals for a good savings. Cashier Laura was very helpful. I appreciate her help and knowledge.
Xoxoxo
The people here are very helpful, and knowledgeable prices are good. We prefer this older location better than the newer store. Great employees make a big difference. We came to this location after being rudly treated and dismissed at the newer location
Can always find someone to help.
This place doesnt take care of contactors very well
Hit or miss with customer service. The gentleman told us there were no small plants and we found a plethora and a gentleman who helped us with a doggie door went over and above to find the inventory.
Has three different people wear three different items were and they all three gave me the wrong aisle..
Sometimes hard to get help.
Prescott Valley Home Depot did not have the item I was looking for but did offer to order it online. I chose to go to be Prescott Home Depot which is only a couple of miles away and they had one left. Customer service is always amazing at both locations!
This store is a typical example of why Home Depot is my preferred choice for home improvement supplies. Its well organized and intelligently run. The flooring department even has helpful staff, which is unusual for a Home Depot. I got some great help from the flooring department last time I was in there, and it was a real blessing. Thanks!
They have a sign at the door advising masks are required but I was the only customer wearing one and trying to physically distance myself. Staff seemed apathetic, and good luck getting one to help you find something.
They wont honor lifetime warranty on store brand tools that they quit stocking
Lots of variety of products. 3/5 because customer service is always bad.
The store would not match their on line price. I went to Lowes.
Prescott Arizona Frontier Village Home Depot. Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Met the Manager working the floor like his people. A real in the trenches with the troops guy. What a relief when under extreme stress living in our house that we are remodeling!Mac of the tool rental area is superb... makes you want to wonder why you are accumulating all those tools that you use now and then but are running out of room in your garage to store. If I could can Macs nature and sell it in a bottle... I would be on my yacht in the Caribbean! He is one of the most relaxing, friendly and knowledgeable people I have met.Aside from the more pleasing and cheerful colors of Home Depot, these are a few of the reasons why I buy most everything from Home Depot instead of Lowes.John Jack LaDuke aka Jack LawsonMember Special Forces Association Chapter 51Author of “The Slaver’s Wheel”, “A Failure of Civility,” “And We Hide From The Devil”“The willingness to stand in Harm’s Way and if necessary, without hesitation, sacrifice your life so that others may live… is the supreme spirit of mankind” – An anonymous Special Forces Soldier
Customer service was awesome.
Always a geat place to go. Had what I needed
