Better service than I received years ago from here. Service tech was courteous and extremely friendly.
Took my Xterra to this dealership in August because it was cutting out while driving and not starting regularly. During this my husband was having emergency surgery in the middle of the pandemic spike, they had it for a week and said it was fixed by cleaning ground wires and replacing a few that were bad but that I needed struts. Had struts replaced, $650+, didnt even get to Mingus mountains and it cut in and out 4 times. Towed back to service department, they had it for a month, told me it was a sensor on my alternator...$800+!! I only drive it once or twice a week, in January it started not starting again intermittently, with a new alternator and battery. So I just stopped driving it off the mountain, to the point I was having friends get me gas in a 5 gallon can to fuel up so I could drive around Jerome. I have a neighbor that fixing problem vehicles is his kind of fun, $27 for two camshaft sensors and it hasnt hesitated to start in over a month, it has more power and hasnt cut out on me. Nissan doesnt even know how to repair thier own product!
