Made appointment, they didnt have it in their system when I showed up.Had an extended warranty for a couple of problems, they couldnt find it in their system.Had already done a 15K service, they couldnt find that information in their system. Wanted me to do that appointment again.

They are not responsive to customer concerns. Bought a car and discovered a flaw in one of the wheels. Took multiple calls and over a month to get them to agree to fix it. Had to show up in person to make that happen because they don’t return calls. Service manager was supposed to call me to schedule a time to fix it and I never got a call.
