The only reason Im giving 4 stars is that people tend to be told that 5 stars are bought reviews. I would give 10 stars if I could.The mechanic went over and beyond to make sure our 2001 GMC Yukon not only had a working ac, he made certain that the engine is strong enough to handle the extra stain of the AC. Also even though so much time was put into our vehicle they didnt even charge the original quote but made sure it was under it. I will and have been telling everyone I can to use Network auto.

I have been using Network for years. They arent cheap but they are reasonable and more importantly they consistently do good work, and dont try to pad anything. Highly recommend.

Network was reccomended to me by the guys who change my oil at Grease Monkey. I.was able to get an appointment on-line for the following morning. They diagnosed my A/C issues, fixed them quickly and were very friendly & professional. We are new in town so this was a winner.

As a retiree, I travel full time. I’ve had plenty of experience looking for a good repair shop in relatively small towns. All of the great reviews on this place is true. They went above and beyond to provide 5 star service. The extras they did are too numerous to list. I must mention that they treated me with respect and took the time to explain what was happening. My coolant hose/leak issue was diagnosed and installed by a certified mechanic with many years of experience. It was such an outstanding, stress free experience that I didn’t mind waiting patiently for a part to arrive. I relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful town of Prescott. I’ll be back to have them do scheduled work on my vehicle. I was very fortunate to break down in Prescott. By the way, use Midnight Towing if you need a tow. Thanks guys!

Alternator died while up in Prescott. J.D. was honest about parts and labor. Car was fixed and other items of repair were discovered and was advised of the findings. Never tried to say to“Repair now or else”I highly recommend this place and I would take my vehicles here always if I didn’t live in Phoenix.

I have used Network Automotive Service before. (2012 Infini g37 alignment) This visit was for an alignment on my 2017 Ram 1500. They were very professional and courteous. My appointment was for 8am. I was taken in right on time. The work was completed in less than 30 min. I was told exactly what was done. I was given a discount for my Discount Tire referral. Will definitely use the again.

Appreciate that they got me in quickly, but tried to sell me parts I didnt need and way overcharged for the parts and service I did receive. Used this place only if you are desperate.

Traveling through and a bolt had come off on my skid plate. Very nice folks helped us immediately and didn’t even want to charge anything.

I took my car in to get an oil change. The mechanic noticed one of my seals was leaking. There was no pressure to get it fixed that day, he just indicated that the work should be done soon. The work was completed at a reasonable price. A trustworthy mechanic is worth its weight in gold.

I had loss of power and check engine light. JD got me in quick and during diagnostic revealed a faulty throttle body. Less than 48 hours later the part was ordered installed and the truck was back to me. Second vehicle I have had them work on and will not be the last.

After reading several of the five-star ratings from other customers, I have to agree with all of them. Even though Network was booked up until the following week, they were able to squeeze me in earlier. I was told by a dealership that my shocks were starting to leak. Not only was I told that my shocks were still good, I was brought back to my vehicle and shown that there were no leaks. Its just nice to find a place thats honest as Network is.

I was told about your shop from a friend and I have been very satisfied. My vehicle was to be aligned and the mechanic pointed out parts I needed to have replaced. They did not charge me for the initual inspection. I installed the needed parts and made my appt. Again, they aligned the vehicle and checked out some things I had concerns about. Outstanding service and there was no trying to sell me things I didnt need. Very happy with this clean organized facility.

This was actually our second time in. They were great. They took the amount of time they said the appointment would, which was great with my 19 month old :) They charged a fair price for the alignment. I would not go anywhere else in town.

I have utilized this auto shop since I moved to Prescott. I took my car in about a week or so ago and needed a brake repair. They were, as usual, honest and up front about what my car needed to be fixed. Nick was wonderful and when I came in to pick my car there was a lady standing at the counter talking to him about her vehicle. There was also a lady and her young son sitting in the waiting area. The lady was clearly distraught and when Nick went into the back to see about squeezing her car in for repair, the lady in the lobby piped up and said, You may have to wait a few days to get your car in, you may pay a few more dollars but they are awesome here. I wont take my car anywhere else. I felt the need to follow that up with a Me too, I agree. This just proves I do not need to worry when I refer my friends and co-workers. Great price on oil change with coupon. Long wait however at 1 hr 15 mins and no one in waiting room. Oil life reset not done but no big deal. Would recommend.

Great place, down to earth people. Very straight forward pricing and service, no hidden fees or fine print. They did my alignment which was an issue and my brakes. Great job. Friendly staff. JD took care of me and gave me the best service considering my car had been in the east coast and salted roads caused a lot of work for his techs. They got it done, it was time consuming but like I said JD was a huge help. Highly recommend these guys. they also did a transmission flush in the past with new filter.

Excellent customer service. JD quoted a price for a tune up and suggested replacing the boots on my spark plug wires. When I picked up my car, JD stated the boots were good and reduced the price. It is rare that you find this kind of honesty nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone and will return in the future.

Stayed an hour late on a Friday night just to get my vehicle finished. They do great honest work and will go the extra mile. They have earned all my business and I will refer them heavily. Great job!Recently found out that my tires couldnt be rotated due to extreme inner wear on front tires. Had bought 4 new tires last April. Rears look new; fronts worn out inside. Somehow Discount tire (from whom Ive bought MANY tires in the last 30 years), my husband who periodically checks such things, the car dealer mechanics that have serviced my car for 11 years, and I ALL failed to notice this improper wear!So last week I bought 2 new tires and went to Network for a front end alignment.In addition to the alignment, the guy who test drove my car noticed a horrible noise when he revved the engine and that my coolant was dangerously low!I then took my car to my dealer/shop where they figured out my new serpentine belt (part of a recent $2500 repair bill) was installed WRONG causing both problems.Thank you Network!!!

Needed a quick diagnosis to see if we could get back to Flagstaff. Symptoms included smoke billowing from the engine compartment and it would have been very easy to convince me to do the work here, but the mechanics assured me that the car was fine. They even charged only half of their regular diagnostic fee. Professionalism and care - this is a great garage!

Two solenoids were replaced quickly while I waited right after the diagnosis when my engine light came on, and the price was reasonable. J.D. made me feel comfortable as an older, single woman that they were doing only necessary work. I will return for regular maintenance and any other problems on my 2012 Equinox LTZ, as he mentioned his grandmother has the same SUV and had the same problem recently.

Network Automotive is awesome! College students get a 10% discount, the employees are great and authentic. I brought my car in for a check up before a road trip, they looked at it for free. I feel completely safe leaving my car there and know I will get an honest and fair diagnosis.

I needed my power steering rack and pinion assembly replaced. Not only were they able to get me in RIGHT away but matched the lowest price I had received from 2 other shops. They were very curtious and friendly and did excellent work. I would go back to them for all my automotive repair needs.

I was referred to Network by my friend who had some front end work done on his truck. I had them do an alignment after I installed a leveling kit on a Toyota Tundra. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and they got me right in. 45 minutes later my truck was aligned and I drove away. With a six-month 6000 mile warranty on workmanship I couldn’t be happier. After I found out the depth of work they can do on your vehicle I’ll be back for a brake job shortly And I plan to refer them to anyone I know who needs vehicle work.

I have a PT, so it needs a lot of maintenance and this is where I go every time. They are friendly and the price is quite agreeable. JD, the manager, gave us a great deal and was detailed in the analysis of the car.

All the work Ive had done here had been great. I drive a lifted truck and since they changed alignment techs they cant seem to align it properly but thats not really a ding against them as most shops cant align it either. Brake work is always spot on and the prices seem honest. They do a good alignment on my wifes car every time.

They always treat me well here. Last time I was in to get my brakes fixed but the pads they gave me were defective. They got me in right away, fixed it quickly and didnt charge me. Excellent customer service. As a side note, sometimes auto shops treat women poorly. Ive never been condescended or made to feel like an idiot - I appreciate that!

Nerwork Automotive is the only shop we trust to touch the hot rods and classic cars we build. They are always extremely careful and have given great service every single time we have taken vehicles to them. They have done alignments and AC work on cars for us from the 1920s all the way to modern cars.

Theyre great! My check engine light came on in our Lexus, we dropped it off this AM. It was also do for a synthetic oil change. They ran a diagnostic reset the system and only charged $46.58. at noon.Theyve done all my work for the last year and their always reasonable, competent, and get her done fast.

Just leaving Prescott on my way back to Tucson when my truck started making wild noises....then the battery died. JD and his team were very busy but able to fix my problem and get me back on the road in good time. They provided excellent service at a reasonable cost.

I took my car in exsplaining I had bought it while I was still in Montana I knew the car needed the brakes adjusted and a battery.I told them I didnt have alot of money and please if there was any way to cut me a break PLEASE, nows the time. Now later when I spoke with Keith,the GM of the 5 shops, he did tell me they charge 118 per hour for labor. THAT WOULD OF BEEN NICE TO KNOW. Anyway I returned fir my car and the parts on my doors for the windows were left hanging out, by the wires, When I tried to shut my door the door panel came off in my hand I went in and the man at the counter didnt know what to do so they had to keep my car another day. Now when I payed it had cost me almost 600 dollars for whatever they decided my car brakes needed..I was also given a slip of paper with 2 things that needed done. One was not something I had asked about, it was the upper control arms,and I was told not to take it out on the road, it wasnt safe.(as in go drive it far, ...it .what he meant because i asked) .this repair was almost 700 dollars. I just COULDNT do it. In the meantime my car died on the road. My family help me move it to a shop in chino valley. They fixed it.it was a sepintine belt I guess. Anyway since i was there I ask .them for an estimate on the window motors and the upper control arms .the window motors would be 200, .WHAT?? I was told 600 by Network Automotive. Hmmm...something ..to consider for sure. A 400 dollar difference seemed impossible. Well it gets worse THE UPPER CONTROL ARMS DIDNT NEED REPLACED. I couldnt believe it so I went to another shop and sure enough they were fine. So I went back and faced them.I ask why would you tell me a 700 dollar repair needed done of.it didnt ??? I was told that is not the machanics fault its the techs. That they just do what the tech tells them to do. I said so you would do a job for 700 dollars, a job that DOESNT need done? He just looked at me.And this was the same machanic that did the first work..on my brakes and now I imagined I got ripped off so I contacted Keith the GM whom gave me 50 dollars back. I was thankful until I found out about the other repairs that didnt even need done. After I was aware I emailed Keith And I said they lied to a person who actually asked them to cut her a break!! If I hadnt been broke I would of left my car for that repair, believing it wasnt safe for the road..You know for 2 weeks I believed my car couldnt be driven.I didnt go anywhere. and I needed to get a job. I finally drove to my mothers it wasnt far and thats when the car dies and had the belt replaced. I lost 2 weeks of driving time plus the day they had to keep it to put it back together. To this day my window controls hang out I constantly push them back in best as I can, THAT is NOT the way my car went into their shop. SO BEWARE. 700$ may not be alot to all, but to some it is an awful lot. If I can save 400$ getting my window motors, and 700$ by finding the upper control arms didnt need replaced, then I saved 1100$.I gues it wss a good thing I was broke. Or I just would never have known. Now Im letting ..as many people knoe as I can Even in wallmart I told a few people. I just cant believe that that they can act sio nice, yet when it comes down to it they blame the tech.I had heard about this kind of thing, but WOW.why? They certainly make enough on repairs that need done dont they? Anyway I have a job now and can let more people know. Anybody who took the time to read this please tell your friends and loved ones. I tried to settle with keith by asking for 200$ total he had already given me 50 ..because they didnt want a bad reveiw..Thats hows I got Keiths email. They said contact him before you give us a bad reveiw.. well when I asked for the 150 back since I couldnt drive my car for two weeks,he didnt bother to reply. I sent 3 emails Ive kept.Ive been busy but plan on contacting the courier Also for those of you that dont know. You can report your machanic the forms are online just Google ripped off by my machanic,the forms go through DMV,

JD Davis and his team at Network are awesome! My daughters car overheated on our way to Prescott, and new thermostat did not solve the issue. These guys spent several days checking through all the systems on the car so as not to replace the wrong part and overcharge me. In the end, it needed a new radiator. They only charged me for that replacement and not all the hours of labor they spent diagnosing the problem. JD kept me updated throughout the whole issue, confirmed charges with me prior to final work, and personally delivered the car to my daughter when it was finished. Coming from a background of having a race-car-driving father/mechanic, and growing up old school with regard to trustworthy service, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks for saving this teacher a ton of money and anxiety!!!

They replaced a clutch and an entire AC. They encouraged me to replace the entire AC instead of just the compressor because there was a freon leak some place, and this was a sure way to repair the whole system for good. This way you wont have to have it done again if the leak is in one of the hoses... The AC worked until the freon leaked out again, which means they sold me a more expensive repair and didnt repair what they said they would. Better yet, all their work is under warranty, but I dont live in Prescott anymore, I live in Massachusetts. Granted, this is not their fault, but it also doesnt help me get my AC fixed. Also, when I picked up the car, they had forgotten to tighten something or other when they put the drive train back together with the new clutch, so it was making a horrific noise from the front passenger axle. I had to go back to have it fixed. This tells me there is little attention to detail. Bummer. (The clutch is great since I returned and they fixed it immediately.)

I had problems with my car that no one could diagnose for years and JD and his team figured it out and fixed it. They were friendly and explained all the charges. The only down side is that its a bit of a wait.

My first visit. I brought my own alternator with me and asked them to install it. It’s not their preference to install customer provided equipment and they won’t warranty the job as a result. Expecting a major snowfall the next day, I asked if they could “fit me in.” They were “full up” but said they would find a way to get it done by the end of the day if I left the car (it was 10 am). About 3:30 they got to the car and discovered the alternator, although having the right part number, was incorrect for the car. Nic, showed me the parts, called Autozone for me, explained the problem and asked them to bring another alternator. Autozone, to their credit, was there with the part in 10 minutes. It was the right one. Keith, their mechanic, put it on and by 4:00 I was ready to go. Considering, I didn’t have an appointment, brought my own part (the wrong one) and asked for service on a day when their schedule was full, it’s hard to have anything but admiration and praise for their professionalism, customer focus, and follow up.

I recently had some brake work done at Brakemasters and it wasnt done right, so I took my vehicle to Network Auto and they fixed the problem. They said my rotors needed turning because they were warped . When I had the brakes done a few months before that at Brakemasters the rotors hadnt been turned like they were supposed to be. Now my shimmies stopped and everything is running smoothly. Thank you Network Auto for fixing the problem and being honest about your work. I also received a very good quote on some front end suspension work (mainly the rack and pinion) .
