We were given all the information on the item we thougth we would purchase. Our wonderful sales rep, Nicole, explained the difference between two models, and then we tried a third. There was no pressure on us to quickly decide, just keep trying the mattresses. Yes, all the differences were explained and we were thrilled with having all the information we needed to make a good decision.

I was greeted by Sarah when I came into the store. She was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me in trying a couple of mattresses. She advised me wisely and answered all my questions. I found a mattress that was considerably more comfortable than my current one and with an Early Black Friday price. I won’t have it delivered for a couple of weeks but was pleased with the shopping experience.

The product I needed was actually a bed frame (I purchased the bed from Mattress Firm about a month prior and was hoping an old frame I had would work, unfortunately it didn’t). Mattress Firm didn’t carry the frame I needed by itself in the store but were able to promptly order one at a reasonable price that will be here in a couple of days. Overall a very good experience!

The only thing I didn’t like was that if you buy a bundle it comes in the mail and may not arrive when your bed is delivered. This meant that I wouldn’t have my sheets, protector, and pillows when my bed arrived. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great from start to finish. Benjamin is knowledgeable and helpful, no pushy sales pitch here (and none needed). He was very patient as I tested various mattresses-- and theres a nice selection in the store. Delivery was perfect. I had one phone call from the warehouse to clarify the order. Arrival was on time, workers were polite and efficient. They hauled off my old bed and set up the new one, no problem. Im very happy with the new mattress, its quite comfortable and just what I wanted. If youre mattress shopping, I highly recommend this store.

What can I say? When I arrived I was uncertain, uninformed, and worried I would make a big, expensive mistake. By the time I left, I felt happy, satisfied, and fully informed. And you know what? I got a great deal, too!

Purchasing a bed for my sister. Benjamin helped us to a point there was no need to go elsewhere. In and out in less than an hour and delivery was within 2 days. Ill be back.

We received a fair deal at Mattress Firm. We could have gotten a lower price at a discount/wholesale type place, but the service with Mattress Firm is worth the extra. Our mattress arrived with some blemishes that we did not notice on first deliverly, but once advised our sales rep, David, immediately replaced it for us. David was excellent to deal with throughout. Certainly the 120 day return guarantee is also worth paying a bit extra, ie buy a mattress and if you are not satisfied exchange it for something else. The selection today is daunting, and having expert advice from a rep like Dave was invaluable, particularly with the 120 day guarantee. The delivery workers were also very professional, putting on plastic covers over their shoes before entering your house, and a matt in your doorway to protect against damaging the mattress. It also comes wrapped in plastic until it is inside your house. Not to mention free delivery to our remote location. We highly recommend the Prescott East Mattress Firm.
