I spoke with a gentleman named Scott who was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also gave incredible discounts for labor day and veterans status. Love the guy. Go buy your bed stuff from him, you wont regret it.

After ordering the Firm edition which turned out to be way to hard for me corporate allowed me to exchange for the Medium version and Im very satisfied. Love the mattress!

I got off late from work and headed over there after I called to chk inventory, the nice gentleman was ready to leave 5min before close. I knew which two mattress I was interested in so it was quick. He was accommodating and very pleasant. I purchased the mattress and was out in 15 minutes. I truly appreciated him and his customer service. I believe his name started with an S, he was a young tall guy with short hair. He made it worth the time, drive will use in the future and definitely recommend him if you go to the store.

These guys helped us out so much. We were on a tight budget and couldnt spend much but they were able to find solid mattresses that suited us. The staff was friendly and helpful and got us a great deal.

We went in with a budget of about $700-$800 and I honestly only expected a really cheap bad mattress. But prices were taken down so well for us to fit our budget. More than $170 off of a queen mattress that we thought was insanely comfortable with a pillow top. Not only did we get a mattress in our budget, but we also got a frame to put it on, delivery, and a mattress protector, all for around $750. Amazing customer service! When we were indecisive, the salesman-who I think was named Scott-was polite and patient and brought out several mattresses to try to make sure we got the perfect fit.

We visited the Prescott Mattress Firm store today and purchased a new Tempurpedic Mattress. We had been shopping online and in another store before visiting Mattress Firm. Much of our shopping was for our education so when we came into the store we had some knowledge of what we thought both for comfort and price. Scott Ward, our salesperson was extremely helpful and guided us but did not push us on what product we should buy. We made our decision and placed our order. We were probably there for an hour altogether. All in all, a pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our new Tempurpedic experience!
