So impressed that I bought a king size cooling pillow top mattress and my girlfriend bought a king size mattress as well! Mine has a 10 year warranty and my girlfriends has a 20 year too! Kellen was awesome to deal with and totally legit! He made us feel right at home, we felt no pressure, and he wasn’t selling defects or “fall-off-the-truck” Specials… We did some research on mattresses before we went and his prices are definitely better than nearly everybody, and most of the mattresses we looked at were only available online for the lower prices… we got to test them at his shop. Oh yeah, and he’s by appointment only, so you don’t have to be self-conscious about how you test the beds…

We recently purchased a King size bed from Drop Box and love it! We have had Simmons, Serta and none hold up to their warranty or durability. The mattress always starts to sink or dip and your stuck with it when it does because the string test is just a hair off. This has upset us with the money we spend on a good mattress . Drop Box will not treat their customers this way.We felt assured when buying our bed from them. Very friendly and very reasonable prices! They sell Sapphire and Heritage brand beds.

Great price for a really good mattress. High rating for customer service while shopping for mattress. Paid for mattress cover, but it had to be ordered. Also needed frame/ headboard brackets, not in stock. We had to contact them for ordered items, as we had not heard from them. The items just came in, was the reply. We live more than 1 hour away. Set up a meeting time to pick up items. Only 1 own was in. Kellen was with a customer at the time, but was not as friendly when he was selling us the mattress. I guess we will have to drive back another day for remaining items.

The service was top notch. He was honest & friendly. It was a week before Christmas so it took a little bit longer but it was so worth the wait.

This is legit. Purchased a queen sized bed, frame, sheets all for a great price. I feel like Im sleeping on acloud and its the most comfortable bed Ive slept on. They will have the mattress you are looking for. I did not feel pressured into buying a mattress I was not happy with. They answered all my questions and in the end.. I walked away with a new memory foam mattress for under 400$!A new update! My first purchase was a bed for my toy hauler. I went back months later to get a king mattress for my bedroom. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited to lay down for bed. I paid a bit more for this mattress because of the quality and size, but I still walked away with a bargain. The owner is amazing and even helped load it and tie it down in my truck. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. 🤘🏻

One month ago I had a new mattress delivered, just days after I visited BoxDrop Prescott.  My experience at BoxDrop was superb and Kevin was extremely accommodating.  It was a pleasant environment and there were no high pressure sales techniques; just friendly teamwork and a great price on a quality product!!!  I wanted to wait at least thirty days before I wrote this review.  You see I’ve always had extreme back and neck issues.  I treated myself with this purchase to a Thermic Cool-Phase Hybrid.  Wow!!!  I loved it when I got it but the longer I have it the more I fall in love.  Not only is my sleep improved, and as a hot sleeper am much cooler throughout the night, but my pain level has dropped substantially.  My entire quality of life has been enhanced from this purchase. The only drawback is that now I never want to get out of bed!   If you are looking for a mattress, and would like to get it at a discount to something comparable, you’ll find the deal of your dreams along with the mattress of your dreams at BoxDrop Prescott!  I recommend both the DropBox Prescott and the product highly!

We have 5 beds from the best mattress store in Prescott, Arizona- Box Drop Prescott! There was an issue with one of the mattresses (from the manufacturer), Kellen took care of it swiftly and with ease (for me) and replaced it under warranty for me so I didnt have to deal with the factory. Very nice folks here and they have the sweetest dog too!

Compared to Mattress Frim and other retail mattress companies this place has the BEST PRICES!!! After searching for a mattress with the quality I wanted and the affordability I needed, it seemed that I was going to have to settle for something less then expected😭.
