BEST STARBUCKS IN PRESCOTT! I dont know what it is about the way they roast the espresso beans here, but it always is a deliciously smooth finish that bursts with richness. I never knew coffee could taste so good! Ive heard this location is meticulous with their cleaning methods which allows for the flavor to cone through more. Whatever youre doing, keep it up.

This store is permanently closed as of Jan 2021. The great crew have moved to the 2 other SBUX close by.

10/10 love the workers and everything about it but what are the new hours and when are they going back to old hours because last week the hours were 7-2:30 or something like that and just wondering if anyone knows when it going back to old hours!

I have no idea why this location is still listed as temporarily closed. Its been permanently closed (as evidenced by the picture) since 1/10/21.

Wonderful Starbucks spot. They have all types of non dairy creamer and great service. No drive thru.

Great coffee, excellent service!We order a decaf pour over in the evenings and its always perfect, bold and flavorful. The staff is always warm & friendly.Quite different than the (🤣ahem ) other Starbucks in town 😉. Cant seem to get a good pour over in Frontier Village.

Great service and personal attention!!I am not a coffee drinker and usually dont go to Starbucks. I met a friend and the young man behind the counter offered me a decaf tea blend of peach and some kind of calming blend. It was wonderful!!

I enjoy Starbucks but this one sucks. Ive been there twice and I wont go for Third time. Neither time was a good experience. First time I got about three quarters of a cup of coffee. Second time I asked for a dark roast and the guy filed the cup half full of hot water and then used the rest of the prior customers pour over to fill it up.

The barista was so so kind ❤️ I ordered my little girl a Frappuccino and was going to make her share with my other little girl. She offered to split the drink for me to ease my morning. I love kind people and this barista made my morning.

Always smiling faces when I go in. They start my day off awesome because of their friendly attitude.

The girl taking my order and ringing me up was sweet.The problem was, I waited for 10 min for my drink and watched 20+ drinks for the drive thru get made and served. I will add, no one was waiting ahead of me. I then jumped in line to get a refund. Waited 15 min in line. They promptly gave me a refund back on my app but the manager never apologized or cared. The girl that rang me up apologized a few times. I told her it wasn’t her fault but the manager should def be monitoring the wait.The people in your store should always come first. After all, they are the ones who will look through your retail items and probably purchase more.Makes no sense.

Its nice here. The people are friendly its clean. Everyone knows the coffee is a bit overpriced though. Overall its a nice place to be. The wifi is fast and free. Chairs are comfortable and plenty of power outlets

Love this Starbucks!! The baristas are so genuinely warm & welcoming. They went above & beyond to ensure that not only I, but all other patrons had nothing less than a wonderful experience.

The Starbucks had good customer service which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. Otherwise I would rate it with one star because it was completely filthy. The bathrooms were filthy the floors were filthy and every table was filthy. I did appreciate the fact that they had strips of electrical outlets running along the wall so multiple patrons have the ability to plug in their electronic devices but there was not enough seating or chairs.

I actually didnt buy anything, I just drove past. The road was in good condition, the width was good for my vehicle. There were several parking spaces close by that I passed. Overall a good experience driving past Starbucks in the parking lot.

This was an awesome Starbucks and we went twice because the employees were very nice and we just love Starbucks, were hooked.

MOST of the time the drinks are prepared correctly. However thebppl are great!

I go there often enough that they know me and they know what my usual drink is. They are professional, consistent, and I never wait too long. Only once or twice has the dark roast not been ready or fresh.

Great place to relax with a good iced coffee.NITRO is excellent.

Waited 20 minutes in store on a mobile order while three different orders were placed, made, and sent out. When i finally got my order (which was only one drink)it was pretty bad should have probably just ordered a large glass of milk cause that’s what i got anyway. I placed another online order, half of my two drink order was not made and i was stilled charged for it after being told in store they would refund it.

Fist time here so really cant say what it looks like other days. But this store is not very clean. Floors, tables, chairs dirty. Furniture is old and dirty. Girls were real friendly and coffee was fine. Lemon loaf was a little dry.

Always good! The staff is fantastic and calls you by name if youre a regular! Caramel Macchiato is on point!

Great location, great staff. Accurate, and friendly they take care of you. Drinks are great as always. If you want to spend time here you can as well, Wi-Fi works well. They have a small outside area as well.

If you are a past employee who quit due to health reasons and health code not being followed, know that when you go in, Beth will make almost every drink you order wrong. By that I mean not to Starbucks standard. A quarter of my latte was full of foam. None of the thick syrups in any drink were melted. Almost all Of the toppings were not put on. (If she is on front bar as opposed to cold bar.) Thank you for the lovely time.

I didnt get the bagel I ordered. Although the bag was warm by the time I got my drink, 15 minutes later (because they cater to mobile and drive through customers). I discovered my bagel wasnt even toasted and now was cold. I was the only one inside waiting for a drink and they just kept making and putting orders on the counter for people who wernt even there. Wont be going back anytime soon. Walk in customers should get there drinks and food at the same time and in a timely manner. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

The Starbucks on sheldon and montezuma is skimpy, they really diss you on the product.. the one by Walmart is better and friendlier.

I use this Starbucks once, sometimes twice, a week. Gotta live a place where I walk in and the barista says, Toni! What will it be today, one or two? And then starts my order if short capuccinos.
