Great staff, reasonable prices for contacts and you can pickup at the store in a few days. I also thought they have a good selection for frames. I hope they move the location from the mall as they had to have portable air conditioners and fans, and it was still warm.

Always amazing customer service! No high pressure sales and they have the best selection of lenses. I have a very high prescription and lense crafters has the thinnest lenses available.

Only place I will go for glasses. They are friendly and patient with me. I have a hard time getting my lenses just right and they always work with me until they are perfect. I highly recommend.

The Doc was so thorough and nice I never had a an eye doctor take the time that he did to make sure i was sure and understood what type of vision help i needed.and the staff was super helpful and nice as well. We wont go anywhere else from now on😊😊 thank you all!

Good place. Its clean, open, and the ppl that work there are friendly and knowledgeable in their field. What more do you need from an opthalmologist. Just dont watch the Adam Ruins Everything episode about eyeglasses and youll be fine.

Everytime I go to the Lens Crafters in Prescott I have a great experience. They do a great job.

Ive been to LensCrafters across the country and have had mixed experiences. The Prescott location is by far the best location I have ever visited with both the LensCrafers staff and Dr. Williamson.

My friend spent almost four hundred dollars on her glasses and they couldnt give her a little bottle of lenses cleaner. What a joke. What ever happened to customer service and satisfaction? It is no more. Selfish world we live in. So sad.

Accidentally slept on my glasses and bent one of the arms almost a full 90°. Since they’re the ones I got my glasses from I figured I’d see if there’s anything they could do and, even though I forgot to catch his name, the gentleman fixed them so close as if I just bought them new. He truly saved me from a possible small financial crisis and I appreciate it so much. This is why I won’t go anywhere else.

Customer service very poor. My glasses did not fit well and were even worse after they adjusted them. Prescriptions seemed off but no one would listen to my complaints. Spent $400 plus on the glasses. Had them 3 months and they would not redo . Never go there!

We have been dealing with the Prescott Lens Crafters for years. My husband and I have had multiple purchases from this location and have been very satisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received from them. One person in particular is Colby. He has always been on top of any of the fitment problems we have had over the multiple purchases we have made and always made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the store. My husband recently had an issue with his most recent purchase. Colby contacted him via telephone and asked when he could come in so we can get this problem taken care of? He went in the next day and in a matter of minutes his problem was very well taken care of. Now thats what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Colby needs to be recognized by his Superiors for his ongoing commitment to the Customer and Lens Crafters. I surely hope that Corporate reads these reviews. They really are valuable to your Business. I know that my husband and I will be Lens Crafters customers for life. Thank you.

Was in a bit of a pickle having forgotten my glasses and spare contacts in another city. The folks at this LensCrafters were able to help me out on short notice and were friendly and very understanding! Thanks! :)

Very disappointed. I expected an experienced optometrist, quality work but instead I received the worst prescription ever. I paid hundreds of dollars for an exam and a pair of glasses...but I cant even use those glasses. I went back to let the optometrist know that the new prescription is not working for me...it gives me severe headache, and I feel pressure pain in my eye. He said it takes time to get used to it, ...come back in two weeks. Well, I could not put up with those glasses for two weeks...so, one week later he still refused to do another exam, and of course I could not return/exchange those eye glasses. Over $300 went down the drain. So disappointed with the optometrist.
