We went in about 9 am Monday as a walk in, was nicely greeted and i was taken right in after some paper work. very well treated I was impressed with the tech and the Dr. My wife went in not long after i came out.The both knew what they were doing. Friday afternoon we got a call our glasses were in. We went in Saturday am to get them, mine fit very well and my wife need a slight adjustment. We see very well with them and would recommend this place.
Great customer service and great prices for prescription glasses!
Myself, my wife, my mother, and my mother-in-law having been using Walmart vision centers for 6 years. This was the first time using the one in Prescott. In 6 years we have not had a problem getting our Pupil Distance. My wife and I shelled out 120.00 to get our prescriptions updated. I informed all 3 staff members we dealt with that we needed all our info to order glasses online, same as our family has done for 6 years, in 2 states, and at 5 other Wal-Mart locations. We were polite, courteous, and nothing but gushing about Wal-Mart vision centers. The staff left the PD off our paper work. When we got home and I realized what happened I called in and asked for help. The woman on the phone was rude and curt to the point that I had to hang up before I became rude. This was our first and only time we will be using this vision center. Again 5 other locations, and Sams clubs too, have not had this issue.
I had to wait until I got my glasses to leave a review. Got them today, here goes. I used a big name Optometrist office in town, got a bad prescription. Went back, got another bad prescription. Very skeptical at this point, I went to see Dr Sachen. He was so cool. Great personality, made the visit enjoyable. Now, picked up my glasses today and its amazing! I can see!!! Highly recommend him!
Visited three different times, and saw a different dr each time. Finally got insurance that would cover glasses, now I can actually read street and traffic signs.Would I recommend vision center, well at least not the one in the Walmart on hwy 69 in Prescott!
Karla and Doctor Capane are amazing! They have given me nothing but excellent customer service. After switching eye doctors, I have been in great care and always had a pleasant experience with them.
I had a great experience. From the front desk assistant, to the doctor, to the employee who helped me check out. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it was very affordable. I’ve tried several other optometrist in town and I’ve had the best experience here!
I went there for my glasses about a month ago. Was happy with the lady who helped prior to my eye exam and the eye doctor. Then came time to pick out frames was sticking to what the eye doctor said. So choices in hand go to the lady. And it was bad shes like those wont work for bifocals. So she walks over to the discount rack and pulls off a pair and says this is what you need. I looked at the price I said dont want to spend $80 as my lenses are expensive she says they are discounted well when looked at my receipt at home no discount . Called and questioned why was given the reason a child was in there playing and put them on the discount rack. Now I should of been more questioning about prices. But she should of been more forthcoming about the price. And also picked out other frame options. The clerk picked my frames. I learned my lesson but very dissatisfied with the sales clerk think she is the manager at the center. Wont go back.
Called twice during business hours, got machine, left message, AND NO return phone call. Went somewhere else!!
This place has had its ups and downs for me. The first time I went there I hated it! The eye doctor was so rude. I had asked not to get the air test because my eyes were extremely dry that day & I was driving far after. She made the remark aww poor baby, its the kids who normally try to get out of that test. I ended up going back there again a year later because they are the cheapest for self pay rate & they had a new eye doctor. The new eye doctor was awesome, he was so nice & understanding. I had no problem that trip. But when I tried to make a follow up appointment, I was shocked with how rude they were. I had tried to make an appointment because my eyes were dryer than usual, the reply I got was well did you even think about trying eye drops?. I was so put off by that that I hung up on them & will not be going back.
The worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. The doctor would not listen and gave the wrong prescription. He would not allow me to go into the exam room with my wife. She suffers from anxiety and wanted someone else with her. He would not allow it. They also charged me for a service we didn’t get and it took awhile to remove the charge. Stay away from this horrible and bizarre place.
I wasted $300 of my hard-earned money here. all three visits I made I informed each employee that I spoke to that I was inexperienced at shopping for frames for prescription lenses (my 2nd pair). the employee that ordered my glasses for me was not helpful, the employee that I picked them up from was not helpful and when I returned to the store manager within 30 days she told me I was stuck with the results too. (in spite of her 43 years in the business, she can do nothing about this terrible frame choice I made)!
Go here if you want to get ripped off. I have expensive glasses I cant wear. I took them back within the 30 days cuz they were done in correctly. She wouldnt redo them. They are wayyy too strong and I am stuck with them.
Terrible service that guy Michael sancha
Not great, but cheaper than the other two walmarts in the area. (because they are not really walmart) Times are slim, gotta go with the cheaper deal.
Came in because I needed new perscription, had one bad contact and couldnt Dr. Sachen
If I could give less than one star, I would. Dont bother to enter this vision center. Wretched-acting, haughty woman manager. My symathies go out to the assistants who work with her.
