The eye examination with Dr. Lee and picking out my frames with staff assistance was an excellent experience. When there was a problem with one pair, Brianna and Nationwide were quick to work with me and everything was handled expediently and to my satisfaction. I was very fortunate to get Briana not only highly professional & knowledgeable but sweet.She corrected a problem I had with previous lenses by re aligning Trifocals.She also assisted with frames & outcome was great. Thank you Briana in Prescott AZ!!

The staff is kind enough but my problem with this place is i ordered new classes and i wait for 2 weeks just to have them call me and say the lab got it wrong so Im sure Ill be waiting another 2 weeks. Yeeeehaw

Cannot recommend. Office staff is not trained or able to perform their duties. Dr. Lee needs an office manager and tries to do this job herself while attempting to serve patients. It doesnt work. Try another nationwide as the one I came from in Phoenix was fine.

5 STARS... Nationwide Vision at Frontier Village is one of the best in town! The Optometrist, Priscilla Lee is the best!!In the past, I have been to Rummel, Costco and another eye doctor in Tempe... NONE of them found the (slight) stigmatism in my left eye. All of them just said I had dry eyes and get used to some irritation.This is a slight stigmatism that has caused me significant irritation over the last 3 years. Dr. Lee was extremely thorough and knowledgeable... resulting in an accurate diagnosis for the first time since I started wearing contacts!I can’t thank Dr. Lee enough... I can’t even feel my contacts now anymore... I forget I’m wearing them!! I never knew they could be so comfortable! I also don’t need to have a bottle of eye drops handy all day anymore.I also had a TON of questions and they patiently and accurately answered ALL of them. I needed the (trial) contacts for a specific date range and they didn’t have them in stock!! I was a little stressed... very anxious! They went above and beyond to meet my needs... all in the same day... I had contacts for the specific date range!!The entire staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Megan and Brianna were extremely helpful, accurate and patient with all my questions.IMO... All previous reviews are outdated! They have new management at Nationwide - Prescott and it has obviously fixed any issues they had in the past.I will only go to Dr. Lee at Nationwide in Frontier Village from now on... I wish I could could give them 10 stars!

Im not the easiest person to fit glasses to. With that being said, Tina, the manager, was able to do so. She took her time, never rushed me and made me feel I was important. She is kind and helpful in picking out frames to compliment your face and your budget. I had a good time picking out my frames. Everyone at NV is nice and the customer service is top notch.

I had called and asked for my prescription to be faxed to which I was told my prescription was expired and that it was “illegal” to fill a prescription using my current script ( according to the Arizona board of optometry I do not have to fill my prescription every year) so I had asked for my prescription to still be faxed, and after going back and forth with the Receptionist she finally faxed me a copy that she had wrote with a sharpie over the actual prescription “rx expired” the nerve of the staff at this location is beyond me I very well plan to take this up with corporate! I do not recommend this location.

The store would not allow me to have my wife with me due to covid restricting when I went in to purchase a pair of glasses. We were the only two customers in the store. We will find another store.

Cannot even give it 1 star. Girl was more than incredibly rude concerning wearing a mask and other issues,tried to make my mom leave the room,called her defiant and when my mother said we wouldn’t be back she exclaimed “good!”. She also called my mother gross because she touched her. This place is out of control and she should not be allowed to continue there. More than disappointed.

Stopped in today and asked about any specials. The lady behind the counter (while not rude) did not act as if she was glad I was there. Her attitude was she could careless if I was a customer or not. All answers to my questions were short and one worded. Again, not rude but definitely not sales or customer service. Ill go back to Costco!!!

My 91 yr. old father was taken to get his eyes checked for new glasses by a friend and his part time care giver. Papers were filled out giving her permission to have access to his med. inf. She told them on the way in that they need to consult with her before doing any extra tests. No one consulted her after he went back but when he came out his bill was $165 not the $10 co-pay. When I went in today to have it explained they said they explained everything to both of them right at the counter. When I was leaving I heard one of the gals behind the counter say, We explain and people just never understand. Gee you might want to think about the way you explain things but then you couldnt blind side people with big bills. As I was walking out the door the gal said, Why didnt she bring her father in. I turned around and told her I had another appointment. I just hope someday she will have to care for someone 24/7 then she will understand. I have used nationwide in Mesa for yrs. and also this one but never again. A ripe off

They are not even worthy of 1 star!!!!Bought baby 2 pairs for 99.00 Exam cost 59.00 Paid 10.00 per pair for warranty.So get this, first pair broke early in the year, they said they were discontinued through the manufacture, so no remedy. Still have the 2nd pair. They just broke and they said she was due for an exam 12 days ago and that canceled the warranty.So I have two pairs of glasses broken and a company that did not stand behind their warranty.Going to try and gorilla glue them and find another company.Very bad service and they do not stand behind their product.$247.00 out and my daughter that is a 20/700 and she has to try and go to school with a vision like the photo in this comment.

I have been going through them since i was 6 years of age and they have become completely frustrating. Refused to even look at a pair of my broken glasses that i spent over 300 $ on, told me over the phone there was nothing they could do. I would highly suggest if your going to charge the prices you do you, that you offer good customer service and nice supportive staff. Will not be returning. My buisness is no longer going to them. What a shame.

I wish I could give negative stars! I bought eyeglasses and sunglasses. Both pairs were made wrong. They were sent back and after 5 1/2 weeks, I finally received my sunglasses. I am still waiting for the eyeglasses. Whenever I inquire about them, all I hear is they are still working on them and they have no clue as to when they will be ready. This along with an attitude of they really dont care. Take your business somewhere else that will value your patronage.

Went in 3 times for contacts finally got the fitting took 3 weeks for trials when I called to tell them the trials were good they said they would order them right away 3 weeks have gone by I called to ask about my contacts and they said they never ordered them and hung up on me

I usually only get glasses for my son here but decided to get his exam here. I made the appt on a Tuesday and filled out the paperwork. Came to the appt on Friday but they had lost the paperwork. Then they bumped 2 ppl ahead of me leaving a full hour before we were seen. We picked a pair of adult mens glasses since my son has a big head. The lady helping us with the glasses said he could only get kids glasses because of his Rx. I asked if that meant adults couldnt get adult glasses. So we left after an hour and a half with no glasses. These ppl suck. I liked the optometrist and feel sorry that she works with rude ppl.

I had the worst experience at this place. I paid approximately $400 for lenses and the prescription was wrong. When I went back they said that since I brought my own frames, the warranty was invalid. Manager was useless NEVER AGAIN.

Appointment at 11:15 told to be there at 11 . I walked out at 1:30. Wasnt even busy. Plus I made a contact appointment and asked if I had to pay anything, told no. Get home to a message that I owe 40 and they wont order my Trial pair until I pay. Unreal way to do business. And it was the manager who told me no fee .
