Bought a $30 Hyde disposable before I headed out to Vegas. I tried to hit it, wouldn’t work. Tried to charge it and still would not work. Got back home, tried to exchange it. Shop would not give me an exchange but offered 5% discount on a new one and had to toss the other one. I do not feel like this is good business. If something is defective and can tell it hasnt been used then that should be honored for an exchange. Will give my business to a different shop.

So Ive been shopping with these guys for a while and every employee Ive interacted with is always real helpful and friendly. Keep doing what youre doing, I always walk outta there happy to support the business.I didnt catch my attendants name tonight & didnt recognize them, but they really rocked. Genuinely attentive and a total joy to interact with. I could probably say that about anyone there, but this particular person left me with the feeling I should let other people know what a good job they do here.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half now and those dudes at VapeNado have been taking care of me the whole time. Super friendly faces and super cool people like Matt, Fibi, and Ariel. Go talk to them and chill out with them in Chino. Dope new store! Also they have a pool table.

I love this place the employees are super awesome and super kind. They wont hesitate to help you in the right direction whether it is being new to juices, new to vapes, or just silly little questionsAtmosphere is super welcoming and they were awesome when it came to the realization that a Novo 2 I purchased had an awful factory malfunction.I am pretty bummed it is strictly 21+ now since July 1, but you bet next year I will be looking forward to being a regular again!
