I went to this location to be matched with the HudaBeauty liquid foundation. I was stuck between two shades and a young guy named Tito was sent over to help me. He gave me the absolute perfect match. He was so friendly and patient. If he had not helped me I likely would’ve went with the other shade and it would’ve been just a little too light. Their selection is amazing and their customer service is top notch!

When trying to ask for help, you get ignored I get its busy and its a few days after the holidays but still bad customer service. I ended up walking out after an hour without purchasing anything from them. My advice just order online less hassle.

First time Ive ever been in an actual Sephora. Disappointing on numerous levels. Let me start off by saying that the security guard at the door was great. Friendly, engaging, gave me a compliment on my eyeshadow technique (probably does that with everyone tbh but Ill take it!) &was overall very professional &thorough in his explanation of store policy &the rules. He is the only reason I didnt give it 1 star. Once inside the door I turned to the first display to the right of the door to start my way winding through each display before getting to what I came to see. Almost everything was out of stock? Not to mention, no one, including staff, is allowed to swatch products so I dont understand why then, the products which were being swatched are STILL on display? Can Sephora not afford to put fresh palettes out on display to be viewed? Every single palette was nearly destroyed from previous swatching. The fact that this particular Sephora was closed for over 3mos &everything just sat &now that the store is reopened &those same old, touched, nearly empty palettes are still sitting out? &this was the theme throughout. Disgusting. The products that werent sold out? There were maybe 2 or 3 of each for purchase. I can only assume that they keep the majority of stock in the back because the store itself seemed nearly barren. I love Sephora online. Sephora irl? Not so much. Probably the biggest disappointment was that 3 different sales people started to approach me &for whatever reason stopped halfway to me, turned &hightailed it away. It took a total of 25 mins for a sales person to finally approach me, once I had made it 3/4 of the way through the store &was at the Sephora collection brushes (what a shocker). The sales woman who finally approached me was fairly cold/indifferent though somewhat helpful. She just didnt really seem to care. She did help me locate a brush I wanted to see in person that I was planning on purchasing from their online store but the second I said I only came in to look &to see that brush she quickly turned her attention to other customers WHILE I was still talking to her. Horrible customer service. I will never return to this Sephora. It was a dump &the people who work there (aside from that lovely security guard) quite frankly, suck.
Good products but in the hour I was looking around not one employee asked if I needed help....and there was like 4 of them just doing their own makeup.
I love coming here for the make overs but lately I have been loving Sydney. She did my prom makeup and I love it, it lasted all night and was still a cute and simple look. Look for her!!
Booked a makeover for my daughter so she can feel beautiful and confident when networking for her future career. Please excuse the possible misspelling, we had an artist name Keisa to attend to her & shes absolutely fantastically brilliant!She listened to my daughters need, didnt pressure her to try anything outside of her comfort zone, and when it was time to purchase products? She stayed within our budget, including finding substitute, and e-mail her the items she omitted to purchase in the future. Oh, I must add she took my daughter to a natural light area to see how her makeover would actually look like.

I just left the store at the Providence Mall, and I hope to not get there again. I went with my color IQ, I chose my make foundation and only asked twice to two different associate if they can confirm if I had the right color based on my color IQ. The first associate said you have to go to the make up area and ask there. I went to the make up area and waited patiently until an associate finish with a client. So the associate started looking into the system for me and suddenly said: I have to look for someone else to help you because I need to clean this area first. I said, well this is the second time that this happened to me and she said sorry honey. So I went to the cashier and before paying I asked for a third time before buying this does anybody can tell me if this is my color? The cashier said: there is someone was able to see you but she was with a customer (no she was not), you have to wait she will see you. I said I went to her but she told me that she needs to clean something first. The cashier said: she can see you now, and I said OK, never mind Ill come back later, and left the store because of the horrible treatment that I received. Everybody was too busy to help me, or had some priorities instead of provide customer service. Im not going to be a customer again.
Everything was good staff was helpful but they were not having all the rewards products for the points which u can see online so kind of disappointed
They were really more patient than Garden Citys. Also, they always help me to solve my question by friendly. They have really quality service.
I went in with my granddaughter and was pleasantly surprised by somebody who actually wanted to help me and didnt just want to push products on me. Zhenia went above and beyond and I will be back to see her for some more recommendations.

A bittersweet mix of Sweet amazing employees who will go out of their way are funny genuine dedicated and will leave you feeling happy, but also a weird uprising of rude employees *lately* past 5 months. so I really am confused at times how Ive felt about this store lately as Ive been a loyal customer here for almost 9 years. I just hope it wont get worse like the MAC counter in Nordstrom downstairs In the far future! Yikes. I would give this 3 and a half lately. The hiring managers in the past have done an exceptional job with the hiring of fantastic people I just hope this doesnt dull further as the employees are half of the experience if not more.
Stay away from this store the manager is the most rudest ignorant person!

I wanted a buttercup blow dryer that cost $199. Had 7 Sephora gifts cards that I saved over a long period of time. These gc’s Had $246 in total. Gave all 7 gc’s to my mom to purchase the dryer because she was going to providence place mall. My mother handed 6 gf’s to a girl named Iman that worked there to ring the transaction she took 1 of the gc’s saying nothing was on it, also that I only had $95 in total!! Took it and her and the manager Gina would not give our card back saying it was empty. It had $65 on it! This is the rudest,condescending, snotty staff I m out $65 due to their mistake I called several tmes and Gina the mng. said w an attitude ”they’ll get back to me” AWFUL AWFUL IM VERY UPSET
I am an extremely dedicated Sephora customer I have had my sephora card since I was 11 years old and usually spend more then $100 each visit. I have now tried to make two appointments with this Sephora for a makeover with my VIB points and have been rudely turned away each time the first one was right in front of me where I saw the women shake her head rudely to the other employee and the other one I called to make an appointment for my 21st birthday and they rudely declined a second time, when I know in fact that on a random wednesday conveniently all day they have been booked solid..on a Thursday. You are so lucky I like your products or else I would never shop at this location EVER again.
