Store was closed due to No Electricity.

My friend and I came in 30 minutes before close and the entire staff was sitting around on their phones and were just overall rude to myself, my friend and the other customers at the time. I too work for the service industry and understand the frustration that comes when customers come in soon to close but I don’t believe that attitude should impact the rest of the experience. I can read the sign that states the stores hours and don’t need the rude tone of voice to tell me you’ll be closing soon.

DO NOT SHOP ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!They shipped my order to the wrong address. I called them to inform them of it and they told me they would issue me a refund as a lost order. They told me I should receive a refund email within 24 hours. Three days later - i never received my email or refund. I called them again and they told me that they couldnt refund me because she stated that the order confirmation had the same address that it was delivered to and it was the customers fault. I asked to speak to a manager because my order confirmation clearly showed my correct address on both, the billing section and the shipping section. She said she couldnt see that on her end. I told her she should not be accusing customers of supplying them the wrong information if she cant see what it shows. I was willing to email her a copy of my order confirmation showing that I entered the correct email and she declined. She finally agreed to refund me as a one time courtesy - when it was their fault. I explained to her that this was the first and last time I will shop at their store anyway!!!! Poor customer service!!!!

Really nice stuff, but wayyyyy overpriced! The fact that you are on Thayer Street lets them charge ridiculous prices. 😐 not that the clothes are of better quality, nope, your just on Thayer.

Love shopping here! They always have the best selection of styles you could together in a moments notice and look amazing for the night. Plus they always doing a sell of some sort.

Love the brand but the store can be a little intimidating. The first time I came here I didn’t even know there was a changing room because it was on the second floor. The staff are all friendly though I was just a little nervous that day.

I love going to Urban outfitters. They have a broad selection that is trendy and happening and the prices are not so bad. Its nestled in the area, right in the middle of Providence, on Thayer, that is local to everything like Chloe Cafe, Baja, a Francescas and several yogurt places.

Full retail is still expensive but they have a lot of good stuff on sale

Love coming here to shop, very few place where you could shop for some decent clothes around here. This place has been a heaven for us whos picky in regards to what we wear.

Extremely rude staff especially the blonde one, I did not feel comfortable as a person of color. Will not be coming back.

Writing this review as a plea for someone to pretty please pretty please wipe down the dressing rooms :) cleanliness of the dressing rooms has been whack past few times Ive been :(

Don’t do business online with these people. They use a third party company called AfterPay to help assist you purchases BUT fail to mention that they are Thieves. Urban outfitters did absolutely nothing to help and simply told me to file a complaint with AfterPay.You’ve been warned.

Cute! Employees are nice and helpful but they need to get a line of fila set like they have for the men and Patagonia for the men but non for woman.

My favorite store, always has really cute clothes,body care, and house decor/miscellaneous stuff, its expensive but the quality of clothing is great and lasts

Picked up a few things over the weekend and one of the staff members told me about the website. And since them, Ive been on there non-stop. Theres so much online thats not in the store.

An unimpressive company. Overpriced goods that are basic quality, not really worth a visit. They also relocated many of their products and got rid of their vinyl section and their clearance variety.
