I called to ask a quick question and i was due to pick up my new phone & no one answered ever ....... i hung up after 23min on hold & I cancelled my new service. to soon to start that
Not happy with this store trying to purchase a phone they did not have in stock so I asked Jeffrey ODonnell the supervisor to get the particular I was looking for and I will pick it up later he could not do that they had to ship it to my house concerned about having a phone sitting at my doorstep I wanted to pick it up in store and Jeffrey ODonnell the supervisor was unable to do that because it would have been my phone at their store so I said order one for stock Ill pick it up Jeffrey ODonnell could not do that they could not do that they have no control over what stocked at the store. Even though the website says order your phone and pick up in store.
Had some issues transferring from AT&T to verizon and the folks here were tremendously helpful. They walked us through everything and we left 100% satisfied.
The associate that helped me greated me very politely. After that, they asked me what I had come in for. The moment that I told them that I was not in to purchase a phone, they changed their tone completely. I asked if I could buy or have a sim card, because my new phone wasnt compatible with my old sim.They told me that they dont give them out, and that if I wanted one that theyd have to install it and set it up. I called best buy, and Im picking one up tonight free of change.Heres a screenshot of the Verizon website with info on sim cards.

Best customer service ever! Went in expecting to have to pay $150 to replace phone. Britney and Jeff not only got my phone working temporarily, but placed a one day order for a replacement phone! Amazing staff and an amazing GM!
Wandered in with some questions on upgrading my phone and left with a wealth of knowledge and a solid lead on my next device. The only reason i didnt commit to the upgrade on the spot was this store was out of state and the local taxes were higher than I would pay at home. Staff was courteous and friendly and understood the service and products they were selling.
I came I here to look and hope to get my new phone! I walked in a person said, may I check you in?, Which I did, I looked around for the phone that wanted. The phone I wanted wasnt even there! I knew that they should have it! I had waited over 30 minutes to get some help...nope no help, I walked away never coming back!

Guy in there was negative, leading to a unconformable experience, it would be nice if he had a belt also as I didnt wish to see his underwear. Low class not what i expected from Verizon. Zero stars.

The manager claimed they were unable to cancel a replacement that was ordered minutes before, gave me attitude when asked to call to see, and gave up when a first level representative said they couldnt cancel it just said told you and hung up with them.It took me all of 10 minutes to call myself and request an escalation as it seemed ridiculous they couldnt just cancel it. The manager on the phone was able to cancel it no problem, and I was able to go into another store to do what I needed to do. Unfortunately they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock so Im now waiting almost a week to get what I know is available in the mall location because I dont want this joke of a manager to get that sale.UPDATE: Ive now gone through multiple defective devices. Each one has been replaced with another DOA device, management doesnt seem to see this as an issue, however.
If I could give this place a -5 stars, I would. This has been, by far, the worst experience I have had with any purchase I have ever made. My sister and I walked into this Verizon branch with the hopes of buying two Samsung S5s. The representative, Omar, told us about a special in which we purchase the phones and $400 worth of accessories and the $400 will be applied to our future phone bills. We were very excited and decided to go through with the idea. I never thought I would have regretted a decision so much. After months of calling, dropping by the store, and having our phones constantly turned off, we have only seen $200 of the promised $400. This has become an absolutely ridiculous experience; I dont think my sister and I could have been screwed over more. We hate Verizon wireless and we hate Omar and his awful lies. I hope those $200 they refuse to apply to our bill are worth losing two customers over. My advice to anyone planning to purchase anything in this branch (or any branch, really): DONT. Go somewhere else. Youll be better off, I promise.
I was quoted a sales tax of $43 on a $240 purchase. I was originally quoted $70 for sales tax. When I asked why, the clerk fumbled with her reasons, stating the calculator on the computer is sometimes wrong.I pick up my phone tomorrow and will be asking for a manager to see what was going on. Rhode island has a sales tax @ 7% which should be $16.80.Update: I had the amount reduced to $15 ON TOP OF taxes. I am not sure why the clerk said it was taxes at first, but it turns out it was some sort of activatiia fee. They clarified this during the second visit.

I visited verizon to switch my contacts over from a broken phone onto a newly purchased one. After speaking with a representative, she immediately took my two phones and walked away without clearly communicating what was going on. She disappeared into the backroom nowhere to be found for approximately thirty minutes and the other representatives did nothing to assist my needs, I simply wanted to know what was going on. As a wireless network retailer, i feel as though their communication skills should be more efficient
Let me stary off by saying i was better off ordering a phone online. Then going into the store to deal with the reps their. I was coming from sprint and coming from an android and switching over to a iphone. The women i dealt with. Was so rude, you can deal she was forcing her self to help me. I believe that if you want to be unpleasant and have an attitude with customer service is not for you. I am not a Verizon specialist, so why get frustrated at the customer for asking questions? Is it not your job?. Just because reps know the ins and out of Verizon that doesnt mean customers do that why the company pays you all to educate customers on device, phone plans and etc. Sooner than later they are going to replace all you attitude having employees for machines and indian customers service reps overseas. Anyway going to keep killing people with kindness. But dont waste your time at this place.
Yani was my cell phone savior! I was on out-of-state and already in a stressful situation when my old phone went haywire. I was frazzled to say the least. The employee named Yani was professional, patient & fun. She heard me, helped me and sent me on my merry (thanks to her!) way. An all-around gem of a person & employee. Thanks, Verizon!

This Verizon store and its associates are a joke. Unprofessional staff make for a terrible buying experience. I was interested in purchasing the IPhone 7 plus and also purchasing the IPad Pro (Verizon had a fabulous offer of $250 off the IPad when you purchase a IPhone) I was waiting for my my place in the queue and decided to play with the IPad Pro on display. I asked a staff member a question regarding the IPad. She then took the IPad and began to assist another costumer with the IPad. Great job losing a+$1000 sale.
