Its my first time painting and Rick helped me select all my supplies and paint. He then set the items involved in an upcoming sale aside so I could come back and purchase them on the sale. He even carried out the paint to my car. Very helpful!

I’ve visited the store two days in a row. My initial visit was fantastic. The young man that helped me was super helpful had great ideas and made me feel confident in my choices. My second visit however was much longer than it should have been. I went to pick up a quart of paint from the ones that gentleman had suggested the day prior. I went in with my four-year-old who is overstimulated by the colors so I submitted my order and said that I would be back within 5 to 10 minutes just enough time for him to prep the can. When I came back the gentleman was helping someone else which I understood but it took a very long time! The gentleman was clearly indecisive and was dragging his feet trying to find the best discounts while I on the other hand had a loud four-year-old and was patiently trying to wait for the quart that was sitting on the counter waiting for me. In my opinion he should’ve asked the gentleman to give him a five minute break so he can cash me out and they can continue their conversation instead I ended up having to leave again and having to come back and he was still working with the same person. It was the customer that actually said why don’t you cash her out and we keep talking but at that point I already had a headache. I rushed out of the store and ended up spilling half the can of paint in my driveway losing more than half of it. UPDATE: the store manager called me after reading my review to replace the paint, I never took them up on it but I appreciated the gesture!
