They also take the time to explain why things have to be fixed so that we can better understand it too! I had a wonderful experience here at Meineke! When I walked in, they were so friendly and they made the process very simple. They kept in communication with me the whole time they were repairing my car so that I always knew what was going on. They were honest, produced quality work, and wanted to help me whatever way they could! These guys are AMAZING! Shout out to Lindsey and her team for doing such a great job on my car. I had a blown head gasket, and needed a new flywheel and clutch plate. I was kind of picky on because I drove a Mini and Lindsey totally understood and supported it. My car runs better than it did when I bought it. Lindsey was excellent at communicating everything that came up and gave me updates often. Ive already recommended friends to come here and I know Ill be coming here from now on. The lady at the front desk was very nice. However, I only gave them 3 stars because I had a friend with me that saved me over $150 because they were trying to sell me services I didn’t need. They didn’t know it, but I had bought the car from him, which he had owned for several years and he’d carefully maintained the car very well when he owned it. He knew I didn’t need those extra things done. Because he had already taken care of them just recently.

Cant recommend the Provo Meineke enough. I’ve been using their services for over a year and they’ve always done a great job.Most importantly, they are VERY honest. Today, I went in thinking I needed a car oil change, but the staff at Meineke told me I didn’t need one at the moment.They even offered to fill my tires for free since they were a little flat. 10/10 recommend the Provo Meineke!

Meineke has really stepped up their game. I got emailed a photo report of the condition of my vehicle, which was awesome! They also noted a couple things Ill want to take care of as soon as possible, which, for me, means after the snow stops flying and I can out our other tires on. :-) Great service--very speedy.

The repairs were done well, they did happen to accidentally break my shift knob and part of the shift boot assembly. They at no cost repaired the broken parts and gave me a good discount. Good service, kind employees working with costumers.

Super friendly and helpful. We were worried about our brakes but they took a look at them for free and reassured us we didn’t have any problems. Emissions were cheap and they gave us the option to get the stickers there for free instead of the DMV

This place is wonderful! I had them do an oil change and tire rotation. They look over the whole car and let you know of anything that may need attention. They give you a quote to make any repairs and theres absolutely no pressure whatsoever to fix anything through them. Lindsey explained things such as a few leaks and let me know how my brakes look and how much longer I have on my tires. Definately reccomend. Make an appt though!

I really loved my experience here. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation and was so happy with it. The prices were fair, making an appointment was easy, they were on time, and finished the job quickly. The cute drinks and snacks were a nice bonus! I loved getting an email with the results from my inspection. I want to come here for all my car needs now.

A friend had recommended me this place to get my car fixed and Lindsey helped me. They checked the car to see what could be wrong they identified the problem and “fixed the issue.” Costed about $500 I picked up the car and drove it a few miles and the same problem came back up... of course I was upset and called Lindsey to let her know. She mentioned that they could take another look at it for no extra charge and after said it was a transmission problem and they don’t handle transmission problems... to take it somewhere else she even recommended a place.However I just paid $500 for nothing basically that if they “inspected the car” properly would have saved me money instead of saying it was something else when it wasn’t...however I wasn’t able to pick up the car because my wife was in the hospital and Lindsey didn’t mind the car staying on her lot for about 2 weeks. So I appreciated that of course she’s a good person just upset about losing $500 I think anyone would be..

Dishonest in the most laughable way. My wife took her vehicle in to drop off for an oil change and I went to pick it up. Their tech came out of the back with a printed multi-page list of things that were wrong with the vehicle that they should fix before I left, such as having no appreciable fluids in two reservoirs. They took pictures of the dipsticks for those fluids which had obviously been cleaned off, and I was able to verify for myself that they were perfectly fine. Tried to upsell more than $100 worth of unnecessary service for the vehicle because they thought their victim didnt know enough to tell them no.

The companys name is hard to pronounce and hard to remember.. so its hard to refer them because its like what were they called again?. Other than that, they were great. Got my car fixed up and they seemed responsible and trustworthy and competent.

I ventured in on a Groupon oil change deal 2 years ago and have been taking my cars in ever since. I have some better than average car knowledge of how and what makes a car run, and Ive never had any concern or qualms about their diagnosis or repair costs. Lindsey is top notch. Excellent service.

We love this location. All the staff have been good but Lindsey is amazing! She always give me an honest opinion of what I need versus what I can wait on and explains how long I can safely get by before repairing it etc. I have never once felt like they were trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. We’ve used a lot of car repair shops, until a couple years ago when we started taking our car here. I will continue to go back to this location because they have such great customer service.They also have great deals on oil changes and other discounts through their car care club. Sometimes they are busy and it’s hard to get an appointment same day but they always seem to get repairs done very quickly and have parts in stock so I don’t mind making an appointment for a day or two out. It’s worth it to me to know they’ll take good care of me.

They are so honest!!! I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. They really do tell you what’s immediately wrong and if there’s anything that may need to be fixed up in the future, then they will give you a quote and timeline so you can prepare.

Update: I came for my second oil change here and was met with the same warm service as my first time. They had fresh baked cookies and warm apple cider for everyone while they waited and had the best prices in town for a basic oil service. Ill certainly be back!

My oil changes that I had paid for had expired because we didnt use them with the pandemic. They still gave me my oil change and were very understanding. Also I didnt realize I needed a emissions for my car and all I had to do was call and they took care of that at the same time without a separate appointment.

I go out of my way to seek service at this location. Ive found them to be honest, fair priced, and extremely helpful. They finish my car on time. I may have to wait a day or two to get my appointment but Id rather schedule later than not have my car finished on time.

Very helpful staff that went above and beyond. I especially liked working with the two women who were employees, making this the first time I felt confident that I was given accurate pricing information.

We took the truck into Lindsey and they quickly addressed the issues and made the necessary repairs. When they could have made a replacement instead of repairing the existing part it showed to me that they aren’t in it just to make money. Im SUPER impressed! Im always wary of trying new auto service places, but I needed an oil change/tire rotation asap as my schedule has made it impossible to get in for a few weeks. Theyre right next door to me so I ran over in a spare moment. They not only took my car, in spite of no appointment and being fully booked, but they had it done in 30 minutes! Theyre prices are very reasonable and Im very happy with the service. The employees are friendly/great to work with.Ill be recommending them to my friends for sure.

I came to Meineke for an emissions test in order to register my vehicle at the DMV. The worker I spoke with was very polite and was prompt with setting me up an appointment. I even called back and rescheduled my appointment and they were very accomodating. The emissions test itself took about 35 minutes.

Courteous service, timely work, and they solved the problem at a fair price. They came recommended, and now I see why.

They were awesome from the moment I stepped in the door. Chocolate chip cookies baking, drinks,, pleasant greeting, got car right in. Out in 45 minutes. Watched handling other customers professionally. Gave excellent advice to one customer with problems.. Reported washer reservoir leaking. Real service came after 2 miles down the road dash lit up with all kinds of error codes. Went back and Brian checked everything out. Computer malfunction. No extra charge, and Brian said to bring it back if it did it again and theyd see if they could run it to ground.

Careful they remove parts without you knowing then say you need those parts and charge you alot

We had the brakes changed back in February. It’s normal for new brakes to make noises for a short period of time. I called a couple of months later and Ashley at Meinike said to give it a little more time, and if they were still making noises to bring my car back in.My husband and I traded use of cars so we could take advantage of better gas mileage for further daily travel. So several months went by and we switched cars a couple of days and I noticed that the brakes were still making noises. I called Meineke to set up an appointment. Meineke checked the brakes, couldn’t find anything wrong with them, and then switched them out for a new set at no extra expense to me. I am very happy and relieved at the way I was treated. The employees at Meineke are so nice! They kept my car clean and I didn’t get in my car to find oil across my steering wheel or my seats dirty like I’ve had with previous oil change places. However, they didn’t top off my power steering fluid even though every other shop I’ve been to includes this in their service. They didn’t rotate my tires even though I paid for it and they didn’t offer a discount on the price I paid for my oil change and tire rotation despite not getting my tires rotated. My tires have to be rotated to be in compliance with my warranty. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Lindsey spent at least 15 minutes and on the phone with me helping me get quotes for repairs our car needs and explaining what certain parts do and what they typically do to fix them. I dont know much about cars and she never made me feel dumb and helped explain things I didnt understand. She was extremely patient with me and helped me figure out what I needed. Big fan of this place. Used to go to Jiffy Lube, they were too expensive. This Provo Meineke has been my go to for the last year and I’ve been super impressed every time! Cheap, fast, super friendly, and the staff aren’t abrasive at all. While waiting, I’ve seen Lindsey (the owner) interact with many customers and I’m always very impressed. UPDATE: Still coming here with 3 vehicles. Today, I brought them an older van with some problems for a quick oil change (always such a good price.) The emergency brake light on this van ALWAYS flickers on and off while driving, even if it’s disengaged. I never mentioned this issue. As I drove away after the oil change, I noticed the light was gone. The e-brake now feels smooth when engaged. These guys are amazing - they noticed a problem, fixed it, didn’t charge me, and didn’t even mention it. This shop is too good.

Front brakes developed pulsating. Meineke shop that did original work had since closed. Lindsey replaced required parts and honored warranty. Fast, professional. Too bad her shop is 40 miles away or I would return regularly.
