The only thing consistent with this company is not responding to phone calls and being late. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wish we would have gone with another company. They also cost us extra money and we had to get another contractor to fix their work. We had an old formica kitchen counter top with a cutting board on the left, they mistakenly removed the cutting board in demo as well as the top of my dishwasher which i had to reorder parts and left a 1 inch gap between the end of the cupboard and my cabinets. For time sake since it was already installed and we are selling we went with it but they did not even use the same quartz that we picked out when they installed. Their installers left a mess in the kitchen and outside. The only person worth anything was the person who comes to cut the templates. VERY POOR CRAFTMANSHIP on joining the two pieces of quartz for the backsplashes as well. CAULK JOB looked like a toddler did it we had to have it cleaned up. The utensil they used to mark where they are going to put the sink and faucets in both bathrooms will not clean off my counter tops. The installers lost the drain pulls and stoppers for our brand new faucets so we had to buy new ones. I could go on and on. They seemed nice at first, and I was happy to go with a family company. I could not be more disappointed. I was going to have them do my personal home as well as my moms house but forget it after this experience. To top off their terrible customer service I get a text saying I still owe for the second half when I paid in full and wrote a check. Then a few days later they sent me a receipt. Very disorganized.

Steve was my contact person throughout the whole project. He was very helpful and kind, and he worked with me until the job was completely finished. The men who came to my home to install the quartz counter tops and windowsills were experienced, skillful, and congenial. They made sure the work was perfectly done, and they cleaned up afterwards. I am pleased with the outcome.

Dont know how many drivers they have but one of there guys today at Home Depot in a black F-250 was taking up a trailer spot while not having a trailer making it a bit more difficult for us with trailers to park ñ, having to park with trailers in cramped spots
