Felt like they definitely shouldve stated that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We got our couch and were very unhappy with the size of it in our space. I honestly though it wouldnt be a big deal because we bought the exact floor model. We were told that everything is custom ordered there because of how long it takes to replace something on the showroom floor right now. I obviously shouldve read the fine print because it states that custom orders are non refundable. Im just super disappointed about wasting my money on a very expensive couch that will sit in a room and not be used. Went to the Old Cannery and picked a new couch and made sure they had a good return policy. Lesson learned.

Great personal attention!

My husband and I moved to the area due to military orders and wanted to purchase American-made products from a local establishment. This lead us to Newell Hunt which started out great but because of the poor management of our order and customer interaction we would not recommend purchasing from this establishment unless you enjoy being treated as though you are insignificant.This was one of the worst big purchase customer service experiences we have ever had. We purchased our mattress from them and then proceeded to order a sectional and love seat. They were very polite during this process however, it seemed once they had our deposit they forgot about us. We were told 6-8weeks for the order to arrive and there would be contact if anything changed. The love seat arrived in approximately 4weeks to which they said they would hold it until they got the sectional. 4weeks later we had not heard a word from them so we called and they informed us there was a delay in the sectional construction which lead to us not having furniture for Thanksgiving (week 9). When I informed the owner of the poor communication and added stress of not having furniture for the holiday she just made excuses for her staff members instead of excepting responsibility for the matter and proceeded to blame the manufacturers. Our sectional finally was delivered on 7 Dec 2018 (week 11) and upon reviewing our payment statements they over charged us. When I requested a discount for the poor customer service we received, the owner assured me this is how they treat all their customers and would only offer me store credit.

After going to many furniture stores in the area, feeling frustrated we stumbled into Newell Hunt. This place is amazing the staff took their time to show us all of the options came to our home to help us choose the right colors we couldn’t be any more happy!

My girlfriend and I just moved to Seattle after getting new jobs and were in need of quality furniture within our budget. As you can imagine, we had visited quite a few stores prior to visiting Newell Hunt, with no luck! When we walked in we were greeted by a few staff members and offered coffee, water and treats. We looked around the 3 floors and found a lot of nice options but needed help putting it all together. The designer we worked with sat down with us for 2 hours, answering all of our questions and really making a point to understand what we wanted and and needed. Based on our budget and conversations they provided amazing advice and recommendations. Id be hard pressed to buy furniture anywhere else because of their dedication to customer service and high quality, American made furniture options.

Low selection and as soon as we walked in ready to buy the woman working said we looked lost rather than welcoming us in for the first time. Seemed like low inventory, overpriced and rude staff. Much rather go to the Cannery.

THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE FROM LIVING ROOM TO BEDROOM TO WINDOWS TO KNOBS TO DECORATIONS TO SO MUCH MORE! YOU DONT HAVE TO STRUGGLE WITH CHOOSING THE RIGHT THING, WHEN YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE IT YOURSELF! IVE BEEN THERE MILLIONS OF TIMES AND ITS EPIC. ALL OF IT. IF NEEDED, THEY HAVE AN ELEVATOR, HAVE A SHOW ROOM, AND EVEN PROVIDE FREE COFFEE, SOMETIMES SOME SORT OF TREAT IF YOURE LUCKY. OVERALL, NO PLACE BEATS THIS PLACE, AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE CHERRY ON TOP OF A PERFECT SUNDAY. :) WORTH IT • GO THERE •AND ONLY FOR THE BEST
