I went here for a state inspection and they failed it. When i requested them to give me an idea of whats going on, he asked me to come back a different day to get it fixed. He was rude when I asked him to explain a bit more. After I got the issue fixed by a different mechanic and went back for the re-inspection, he failed it in 10 seconds using expletives. I later verified with 3 other mechanics that there is no issue and eventually it passed inspection.

We took our Jeep here for the annual state inspection, the mechanic failed the inspection and told us it needed a front ball joint. Obviously he must have wanted the business because and lied, we took the car to our own trusted mechanic....no problem with the ball joints! We then took the Jeep to another garage for a follow up inspection, he also said there was no problem with the ball joint. Live and learn! Taking advantage of people: sleezy.

Repairs are too much money, only if your wealthy enough too get your car fix go for it

Do not go here for any car service during COVID-19 outbreak. None of the mechanics or employees wear masks or gloves. There are no safety precautions when entering your vehicle or touching your keys. Employees are not maintaining 6ft from customers or eachother.

Dee & Rich the mechanic absolutely saved me! I came to them with an emergency flat tire. Using my roommates car over an hour from West Boylston where we live. No AAA no mom and dad to help with little money in my pocket. Dee was quick to offer suggestions, advice and really genuinely cared about my safety. She called over Rich which was busy but took the time out of his day to help a non educated car man. Thanks so much Kens Automotive! !! I will live by them from no on! Its hard to find people that give a sh** and are fair and good about what they do. They havent known me for years.. this isnt a favor .
