I would say that I had an overall really nice experience with them. They were really nice when I came in and while they did not have the part in stock when I came in, they ordered it and it came in pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend if you need any part for your phone or any kind of battery fix.

Had my daughters iPhone xr there for the back panel replacement. Shortly after that the battery failed, took it to drop doctor in quincy and was notified that over half of the screws were missing inside the phone causing the battery to fail. Highly impressed with drop doctor stay away from interstate. At least that has been my encounter. Drop doctor was over 20 dollars cheaper on battery replacement ive had a screen replaced there before and had good luck. You could shake my daughters phone and here stuff shaking inside of the phone. My wife was there when it was disassembled so I have no doubt it was missing screws.

Great experience, they were very professional and helpful. They had fast and easy service. I love that they only charge 10 bucks for a battery installation. They have a range of prices to choose from so you can usually find one to fit your budget.

RE-CRACKED PHONE SCREEN ??I took in my husbands Moto G6 Play to get a cracked screen fixed. The price was awesome it was only $70.00, and for $15 more they even agreed to mail it back to me seeing as I lived 50 miles away.RE-CRACKED...This was all awesome and I was so happy had the phone less then 5 days and the screen cracked again, while being in my husbands coat pocket with my grandchild in his arms.My grandchild weighing 24 lb and his chest coat pocket being where the phone was in between my husband and my grandchild there is no way that should have cracked the screen again but,...Sure enough it cracked the screen I dont understand how it could happen so easily, being as it took dropping it on concrete to break it in the first place. I have a call into them now, hoping they do the right thing and it is taken care of correctly, because they do have a 90 day warranty and for that price it should last more than 5 days. I will be updating this post as soon as a resolution is reached!

Very Helpful and they will find ways to save you money if they can. For example, I went there to get my 5 year old daughter a standard power wheels battery and they set me up up with a different battery that was cheaper and had more hours of life. The power wheels seems to run for a long time and that is unusual.

Replaced phone screen twice, first time fingerprint sensor didnt work and had dirt behind rear facing camera lens. Screen looks good after the second time but they arent competent enough to seal the back glass properly. Scratched it up and got adhesive all over rear glass and discolored it. Dirty rear Camera lenses now and gap on rear corner glass. Going back to give them 1 last shot then might have to get ugly with a manager... not happy..

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with explaining different battery options. The store is organized well and always clean. I keep going back for the great friendly service and I know Im going to be taken care of like family.

As usual they provide top grade customer service. Their products are also very good quality. Had a battery quit today due to cold weather and too old and they had me in and out within 15 min or less. Extremely friendly staff too. Will continue to use them for my battery needs.

My moms car broke down the night before from battery corrosion destroying the battery cables and had it towed here. I was expecting to get taken due to our situation. Was astounded when I received a call the next morning and our bill came out to under $100 for a used battery replacement with all new wiring and posts. They took really good care of us and went well above and beyond my expectations!

This place also fixes cracked phone screens. Interesting scenario happened as I had my phone screen crack and took it into interstate battery. They replaced my phone screen however within a week my touch screen quit working, assuming it was due to the screen not being repaired just so. Brandi took great care of me, not charging me again for the original problem, as this was the cause of the secondary issue. This is great business as many places would unethically charge you for their services. However, Brandi recognized that this was their mistake and she righted the wrong. I had an incident happen with a watch that was fixed, neither my fault or theirs intentionally. However, due to the lack of experience with working with a specific product a misunderstanding occurred resulting in a faulty product. The most impressive part was the honesty of the company taking responsibility for accident and offering to compensate me completely. Talk about service, in a society that sells out anything and everything for the bottom dollar this company will do what is right, not what is most profitable. Ive always had good experiences here but this time was above and beyond. I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. It worked fine other than the shattered glass. They went through three new screens without success. Either the image was upside down or the touch didnt work. When they put the original screen back in the touch didnt work anymore. Now this may have been their fault or it may have been a symptom of the screen being cracked. Regardless, they wanted to make me happy. So they are buying me a new version of my same make and model. I didnt have to ask they just offered. Made me say Wow!. Shop here.

Great service. They do a lot more than just batteries. They can even replace cracked cell phone screens if they can get the glass. I go into him with a concerning problem and invariably Ill walk out with something more than I had originally concern. A wonderful place to do business with.
