One of the best places to grab Chinese desserts. The hot black sesame, red bean and Tofu pudding are must tries.Unfortunately, there is only street parking.

I have been here several times.Yummy and refreshing sweet soup. My favorites are Mango Madness and Thai Taiger (the purple one).They made them pretty fast too.

I like to come here to sit down and eat frozen yogurt. Its a comfy spot, Ive been here several times. There are a lot of selections to choose from like sweet soups, milk teas, hot dogs, pastries, etc. I always love their frozen yogurt. I had Hot Milk Tea for the first time from them and it was really good. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Quick ordering and strict adherence to Covid protocol. Ordered 2 smoothies and a black sugar boba oolong tea. All three were great. Will return. Very reasonably priced.

Asian dessert like sweet kingdom. I didnt order because my friend didnt show up, but I liked the setting and parking on street was easy on a Monday at 2pm. I will come back and then I can comment on taste & prices. Be careful when seating in the back blue couch, it gives and slumps...surprised me.

Get the frozen yogurt with mochi as toppings, its the best. I dont like the fruits as its frozen fruit. But overall really good frozen yogurt!

I love YoCha! Their mango banana smoothie is very tasty. I also love the fro-y o & the variety of toppings that you can get with it. The fresh fruit toppings are my favorite. The staff has always been so sweet & professional. I recommend this place so much!

This place is great! I get the iced red bean/vanilla ice cream float every time Im in the area (yes, even in winter!). The shop is kept impeccably clean and service has always been stellar.

Never disappoints. I’m a regular here and it’s amazing. I haven’t had the chance to try out the food items yet but the tea is amazing. I have tried different kinds of teas and my favorite is the Thai tea with caramel pudding. There is lots of on street parking available so it shouldn’t be too hard to find parking.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and get yourself the sesame seed pudding with the peanut mochi balls.

Had an excellent dessert that I can’t recall the name of. It had ice cream, tapioca, and coconut jelly in coconut milk. Was delish.

Tea is half decent. Good aroma and strong tea flavoring compared to chatime or p tea near by. Though It isnt the first of its kind as the description of the place says. Go to Allston and you will have your pick of Asian inspired dessert shop.

It is a pretty place. They do not have a lot of choices, I wish we had some sugar free and more low fat options. The people of the staff are nice.

Great desserts, I loved their unique sweet soup dessert. My parents were skeptical but ended up ordering their own after trying it. The flavors for the frozen yogurt are great. My wife who is from Beijing said it is the most authentic, flavor and item wise she has found in Boston. As for the place itself its clean, the music is okay and overall decent.

My favorite mango smoothie got changed to me more water then mango. I can’t believe that. I have to find another spot for a smoothie.

This is the second time weve been here. And second impression is just like the first. The selection of desserts is huge. You have all types of pudding to pick from. And if you just need a simple coffee or milk tea, they got that too. The flavor is spot on and great way to take a nice relaxing day and enjoy something here.

Delicious and modern twist on old favorites. Love the red bean and toasted sesame desserts, they are delicious and bring me back to my childhood. Its always a treat to stop in when were in the Quincy area.

I come here almost every weekend to get dessert. The “Mango Madness” is my go to. It gets quite busy in the evening, but quiets down late at night. Their menu is quite expansive with lots of variety although pricy.

Good place to hang out for shakes and ice cream. The best iced Thai tea. Try it. You will love it.

Lots of options to choose from! The fro-yo was great and you can sample before you buy. I go you wish it was self serve though.... The strawberry flavor fro-yo was really good. We also tried the strawberry soup bowl. It was very good! I would get it again. Staff was very friendly!!

I asked for Avocado Kobe Hot Dog, Passion Fruit Iced Tea and Strawberry Soup for dessert. No regrets

This place has very poor customer service. It was 5 minutes before closing. Without even greeting, they did closed. With no eye contact at all. No explanation. I felt very ignored. I understand the storing was closing but there are better ways.

Yocha was the go to spot as it served as one of the first Asian desert spots in quincy. Overtime, they was just maintaining as prices rose and even now, they serve hot dogs which are a bit pricey. The froyo here is ordinary and they stopped selling the coconut slush, which was probably their best drink on the menu.

Peter Tse, apparently the owner, gave us a free item after trying to fix an order that I forgot to show a discount for. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. He even gave his name in case I got home and the order had double charged my account. Very kind.

One of my favorite spots to grab a boba tea (oolong milk tea specifically). Their brown sugar boba is soo amazing and extra sweet which i love! Definitely check this one out!

I came here twice for their sweet soup dessert and was not impressed. The soup was really bland. I had high expectations due to the hype but I had better sweet soup desserts from other Chinese restaurants such as golden gate and peace farm.

They served us a desert that was still frozen and too hard to eat. The bubble tea is just okay, youre way better off going to Vivi across the street.

Their mill tea and dessert are awesome. Not many places open as late as they do. Depending on the time of day you go it can get busy there.

The drinks are not bad but it gets get watered down if you dont drink it quick enough. It is expensive, a smoothie is almost $7. The staffs are friendly.

Best Hong Kong Style Milk Tea. Their Chinese desserts arent very sweet. Not for me but some people like that sort of stuff.

The Kona coffee is good. I dont care too much for the other stuff. My girlfriend typically gets the cloud 9 and was disappointed this last time around, saying its not as sweet as it used to be.

A tad bit pricey, but the Coco for Mango was pretty good.

Service was pretty good. Froyo didnt taste natural. Desserts are average.

My go-to order is a Mango Madness with a large milk green tea (less ice, no boba). Their milk teas are pretty unique. You can taste the tea, and the flavor (green tea, mango, peach, etc.) hits you afterwards. I dont think Ive had a better green tea anywhere else!

Very cute atmosphere. I ordered a chai tea with black sugar boba and it was significantly sweeter than every other boba shop Ive had - not just the tea itself but the boba as well. The jasmine tea special was pretty good, if recommend if youre looking for something tasty but not too sweet

I love this little cafe. They have a great selection of froyo and toppings, bubble tea, and their sweet soups are fantastic. All of the employees Ive interacted with are nice and provide good service. They also have a rewards program (punchcard) for bubble teas and froyo where every ten purchases you get one free.
