Easy, drive up service. Make sure you take your tape measure. Went for a 1x12x8 and it was a full inch short. Plus they said in the phone they had 8 foot long boards but did when we went. Had to buy 10 foot and it was not what they quoted me.

Needed new sink strainers and helped us out

Called woodmart for some railroad ties, we werent able to make it to get them before closing. Without even asking they offered to deliver at no charge!

Contractor in Quincy for 10+ years. Have dealt with them a few times, and they offer great products, great service, and when they screw up, they make it right! They also help Habitat for Humanity with selling products at a discounted price, and deliver for free sometimes to those projects. They always bring 2 strong guys to help with any delivery, and are on time 99% of the time. Great local company!

We built a new house and the staff in every department at WoodMart was outstanding. They took time to explain all our options. We live an hour away, but they came out to the job site as often as they needed to make sure everything was right. My kitchen is fantastic...beyond my dreams. They helped us with our bathrooms, too. From the faucets to the flooring, the new windows, our deck....we cant say enough about how professional WoodMart is. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I purchased bathroom cabinets - and was given a delivery date that worked for my schedule. A local cabinet builder was $300 cheaper, yet had a 1 month longer lead time. So, I went with the more expensive cabinet from Wood Mart.I called a week before promised delivery to check on the cabinets and was told they would be delayed 4-5 weeks. When I complained, several times, and asked for a refund - Wood Mart finally cut me a check for $265 dollars.When I cashed the check - or tried to cash the check - Wood Mart would not honor the check. Then to add insult to injury, my bank charged me a $12 charge back fee.Further, the cabinets Wood Mart delivered, where of inferior quality, resembling something youd expect to receive from an amateur shop.Stick with a local cabinet shop folks - and avoid these jerks!
