Had a return which was handled quickly and efficiently. Visited 3 other departments where I had questions. All workers were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. One even walked me over to show me where the item was. Very pleasant experience.

Everything I needed to transplant & replant my 45 Palm Tree 26 Rubber Tree transplant my overgrown Bromeliad never mind breaking up my over grown Pothos that !out of 1 original good sized hanging Pothos that now a beast & will easily make 3 nice new hanging plants & the potted small Pothos thats now the size of 2 medium potted Standing beauties! All for under $57. I got appx 80lbs of potting soil 50 of organic the other 30is the regular 3 month feeder soil to mix in ! The organic soil has Kelp & all the fun stuff my Palm tree needs that normally Id have to hunt down the soil additives for but not at Quincys Home Depot! They have EVERYTHING & if by straight chance they dont theyll tell you where in Quincy to go that does! Now THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Once i walked into the store i needed help i kindly ask i think is name was bruno tall guy with his name written on his apron was super friendly and very helpful. Then i had to go to a different area of the store came across Alex he was very helpful and friendly as well. Ty guys for a great experience.

Im a first time home buyer. I really have no idea what I’m doing with these renovations but the folks from Home Depot at both Quincy locations have been nothing but helpful.However, I wanted to give Elizabeth from paint department in this location a shout out. Her energy is super awesome. And she was able to help me out choosing colors and making sure I got all the tools I needed for the job. She even walked me to the right part of the aisle to make sure because, again, no clue what I’m doing here. You rock, Elizabeth.

I went there to rent a chain saw! And check on a door delivery. While I was checking on the doors I missed the time to rent the chain saw! I got a $ 100 credit for the inconvenience of the doors being late and the doors salesman mate it possible for me to still rent the chain saw! Great service!!!

I have been shopping at HD for years and years. This is my first time using curbside pickup. I ordered 10pk of soil for pickup. I got there and click on the app to notified HD I was there. Within minutes my items were brought out and placed in my trunk. Very nice service.

Will definitely be coming to this location from now on.Picked up a bottle of hydrophobic spray. Its the best! Makes all my shoes as close to waterproof as I can get. Asked three employees for double-sided tape and 3M velcro. I was sent to three different locations none of which had them and none of the employees cared that they were wrong.This Home Depot is not particularly very large or very clean.The worst part is just outside of the entrance there are potholes that are literally a foot and half to two feet big and 8 to 10 in deep if you are on a motorcycle that would be the end of your rim and certainly dangerous. You would think somebody would walk out with a bag of tar and gravel and fill them.

The worst experience EVER, fiancee went to return activated gift that DID NOT work and was given the run around by a manager ( Bryan ) who told the cashier he would handle it and raised his voice at the cashier unnecessarily because she was super patient and helpful, as Bryan called his self helping he did nothing did not speak to or acknowledge my fiancee and some woman came in 15mins. after that and asked to speak a manager and Bryan proceed to walk off with her having DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !! Thank GOD for the wonderful cashier ( Hunter ) who deserves a raise for dealing with an awful manger and then abandoning her to figure out and correct the problem on her own !! Will try my best NEVER to visit the Home Depot near Quincy Adams ( MBTA Stop ) EVER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE !! They need to hire more people like the cashier ( Hunter ) !!
Always a bad experience. The place is overwhelmingly large but everyone who works there is underwhelming knowledgable about products and their location. Every time you ask someone where something is located, they will tell you they think its in aisle x which may end up getting you closer to what you need, but almost never actually there. Every time I enter the store, I feel like Im participating in a scavenger hunt, except several of its clues were purposely omitted for increased difficulty.Somehow, every one of the stores 5 dozen employees (I dont know how many actually work there on any given day, but it feels like employees are everywhere) are actually too busy to bother to actually show you the location of the coveted item youre searching for, because anything is more important than effectively helping their clientele.The one time someone did take the time to show me the location of an item, the guy didnt seem to understand English and brought me to something entirely different than what I was looking for. Eventually I just gave up trying to explain it and just left empty-handed. So that was great. I find this comically ironic in a company that donates money to a man that actively disparages immigrants.These days, I only go here when its too late in the day to shop at Curry hardware and there are zero other alternatives for what I need.Go literally anywhere else.

Nice clean store has a dunks inside! Theres no panhandlers in the parking lot. Big difference between this store location and the one in south bay shopping mall; plus you can feel saver @ this location rather than south bay, when walking through the parking lot...
The garden center has some good stuff
Went into store yesterday to pick up an order after I received an email saying it was ready. I made sure to call to make sure it was there as I always have an issue with this store. You get the email and go in and then end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time because the order is in fact not ready. As I expected my order was not ready after waiting 15mins I asked to speak with the supervisor of the service. It took him another 15 mins just to come to the service desk and when he did you wouldn’t even know he worked at the store because he did not have an apron on. He had the worst attitude and acted as if me being a little annoyed for having to wait almost 30 mins in store and still not have my order was a complete inconvenience to him. He told me he would personally go grab the items for me so I waited another 10 mins and he came back and told me they were all sold out of the 3 things I had ordered. I honestly don’t even think he went looking for them. Being completely frustrated I then went myself to go find them and what do you know they had all 3 items in fact all 3 products were fully stocked. It is clear the supervisor at the service desk Ryan doesn’t like his job and doesn’t like to help customers. To go walk around and not even look for the items and then come back and lie straight to my face is absolutely ridiculous. I truly hope this isn’t how the store manager allows there supervisors to interact with the customers on a daily basis. I would also like to note that he was more then willing to help the white gentleman that was after me and gave him no attitude whatsoever.
I like that everything that I need is there on the shelves. I always check out some of the new tools and Christmas ornaments that they have on display. The Christmas poinsettia and the Christmas cactus are beautiful.
I visited this store very unsatisfied the man who helped me in flooring was too busy flirting with another female employee, I walked out.

I did the online order (pick up in store) at 4 this afternoon. Website says maximum 2 hours and spoke with HD associate and be informed me the same information. It’s now 8pm and it says there still working on it. No update at all. So I called the store and the gentleman says how many items does it say are in stock when you placed the order and I said 14 and he said wow I’m not sure what to do hold on. The. Transferred me to someone that never answered the phone. So obviously I won’t be getting today and of course they took the money out of my account the second I pressed confirm order but I’m really tired of getting the run around about this. I’m sure there busy but how hard is it to go grab an order and put it aside then send a confirmation email to a customer that has already paid. So looks like I’ll have to get it tomorrow. (Hopefully) kudos to the young lady in customer service that did her best to help me when I went in the store to see what was going on. She did her best and as much as she could. Hopefully I’ll have my purchase first thing in the morning!
Good stocking on shelves but horrible service, I went there to look for a specific type of bulb that my kitchen needed. I requested help since I do not know what would be the best as replacement, I spoke with a group of guys at the entrance and they said they will help me in a moment if I waited at the electrical section. I waited for 45 minutes and nobody came, I went again to ask if the person was on its way and they replied I dont know you tell me. Now Im not willing in making a scene and neither to argue with anybody about this but I decided to leave the store. It was a total waste of time.
I always love coming here I love their plants they have everything in their cleaning supplies are so cheap there are cheaply made their inexpensive tell me the prices of oil out there though not for cleaning products

I arrived around 830 to try and get a shed that I have searched up and down for. There were 2 employee with the lift getting some things done, I asked if they could help get the last shed that was high up. They immediately came to help . The garden center cashier was very polite.
Knew what I was getting. Was in & out in minutes. No lines, no waits, no hassles. This HD was great!

Customer service was great. Rental equipment was not. Old and useless. Great thing, it comes w/ a lot of accessories to keep you going and safe. HD should really invest in buying newer equipment.

Excellent place for all your hardware needs. Huge parking lot, well lit. Very visible so you cant miss. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The tool rental and van rental too are very useful things to have. They have a in house cutting set up to cut large wood to make it easier to take it back. Nice deals during Thanksgiving and other times.

Have been waiting for my order in the curbside for over an hour (with my child) and no one brought my order!!!! I came down to the pick up service to find out the employee sewing a crochet scarft!!!!! When I told her that I was outside for an hour she rushed into the computer to find out that me and other cars have been waiting forever outside. Terrible.

Right across the street from the Quincy Adams T station on the red line. Staff is always very helpful, willing to walk with me and find merchandise thats been moved/reorganized. Great selection of plants, especially the wide variety of succulents. I love the 2.5 and 4 sizes that are actually labeled with variety identification.
The Home Depot is my craft store. I love to paint BIRD HOUSES so I buy the sample size of paints and/or I find a great color on the shelf where the mistakes of paint for less cost.I am, also, doing crafts for the interior of my home and yard: walking stones, solar lights, plants, paints, wire, and SO MUCH MORE. Check out the fun in creative imagination. You CAN do amazing things....
I dont know about the others, but this is easily the biggest HD store Ive been in over the years. It would be v.good to carry a HD store layout map.Store still packed 7/2020 1030am on a Tuesday. Consider oddball hours.The HD staff knows where stuff is, and most every rep is Excellent.

I was looking for a deck umbrella base and unfortunately they had already put them away to make room for the Fall items. I checked online and it said they were available :(( Anyway, overall nice and clean store with helpful employees.

Came here after being disappointed at the other Home Depot in Quincy. This one is MUCH better. Especially if youre looking for flooring.The customer service desk is right up front as you walk in and it is better staffed for customer service.They have all the options laid out in a nice displays. Plenty of samples and a desk where you can arrange for installation.
Just like most Home Depot stores, maybe a little smaller. Nancy in the garden area was really helpful when shopping for products to help our lawn with weeds and bugs. She’s awesome and a huge wealth of knowledge for someone who cares for their own yard. Shes knows the issues and products to remediate them. Impressed and will be back.
