Currently I need storage space because I am selling my primary home. The Quincy Extra Space storage location is convenient to my home so it’s easy to pop over to my unit with small loads as i pare down instead if waiting until I have a truckload. Two of the bigger highlights are1. Wes - he prepared my contract and could not have been more helpful or informative. A pleasure. And 2. The cleanliness of the facility. It’s spotless, well illuminated and in good repair. Also a pleasure.

Great service made it so quick and easy to store my belongings when moving to a new apartment. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even offering me a promotional deal that saved me quite a bit of money! Would highly recommend.

Online reservation process was almost straightforward, but I kept getting an error message when I tried to check out. I had to call local office and toll free number, though employees were very helpful. Probably because of the online issues, I was charged for two units, however the office caught and fixed the mistake right away. I recommend this location over Dorchester (Norwood St) bc the salesperson there was not honest about the insurance. Im deducting one star because there is a small, sharp piece of metal right near the latch on the unit door, which is already hard to open. So, as Im struggling to slide open the stupid latch, I end up slicing my finger open as well. Not cool. If you get a unit thats easy to open, youll have no issues. Place is clean, climate controlled and the employees are friendly.

I was given a tour of the property and was provided knowledgeable advice on which storage space to select based on my needs. I signed up for the storage space online and its quite easy. When I went to checked the storage a few days later, Wes from the office answered all questions I had and also gave me a grand tour. He walked me to my storage space (the place is hugh) even though he already emailed me a map; and explained all the details to me (special thanks to Wes). My boyfriend is very picky but hes impressed of how nice the setup of the building and the convenience, cleanliness throughout the building.

We had the greatest experience the other weekend. We booked our unit online and were met with the most friendly onsite manager who showed us right to our unit and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Awesome, clean, secure, and easy. Im here for work and had to use them to store my tools for the holiday. The first month was free and it was so simple and came back and even used them for a little longer then expected. The whole process was simple and as soon as I was done they closed my account out just like that.

I rented a unit online. When I arrived I asked Steve where the unit was and he immediately showed me to the unit and the best way to access it. After seeing the location I decided I would rather have a unit that was easier to access (without stairs). Steve was very helpful in finding a more suitable unit for me. It was exactly what I needed. I already have one space here but needed another one at fairly short notice. I showed up close to closing time but Tom was more than patient and willing to help me! Tom is a LIFE SAVER!! We had a huge Last minute dilemma with our new apartment and had to find a place to put our stuff in less than 24 hours. He was highly competent and helpful in explaining what type of storage unit would suit our belongings. He listened carefully to our needs and offered his advice in the best and most affordable option for us. He also took his time to demonstrate how to access the unit most efficiently to make it easier for the move. After dealing with a terrible series of events the past couple of days, his empathy and wonderful sense of humor was exactly what we needed!!
